Don't trust this business. I had previously taken my car to Cooper automotive in Hobart and felt confident with them so when I started working near Moonah it made sense to take my car there. The twice I have taken my car for a service to Cooper automotive in Moonah I felt like I was being ripped off. The first time there was an extra $700 worth of things to fix and maybe there was, but I didn't question it and I wish now that I had. This time they quoted me an extra $400 to have spark plugs and wires replaced as my car was arcing. Something felt off so I took it back to the Hobart mechanics. Hobart charged me $275 for the same fix and were very surprised to find I'd been quoted $400 at Moonah. Plus I discovered that my car only needs to be serviced every 12 months, not 6 months like the Moonah Cooper automotive were telling me I needed to do. If they are doing this to me, you can bet they're doing it to the majority of their customers. I can't speak to the quality of their workmanship but I suggest you go elsewhere if you don't like being ripped off. Moonah Cooper automotive are damaging the Cooper automotive brand. ZERO STAR .Shitest experience i had with them. The guy whose name is (ADAM).i drop my car with him 3 weeks but he didn’t gave me any answer and only one thing he saying all the time increase your budget .then after 3 weeks I picked up my car and dropped to the mitsubishi show room and they fixed it with in half day and reasonable charges .very bad service and very bad experience with cooper automotive moonah .

Couldn’t fault my experience. The staff were friendly and efficient from beginning to end. I was given an indicative price for my car service which is not something I’ve experienced before: the quote proved correct. The service was completed promptly with a full written explanation of the work done with any issues noted for the future. And the thorough wash and vacuum left my vehicle looking as good as new!

I found these guys to have a great service but the quality of work completed was poor. I found bolts had not been tightened on timming cover witch was causing srcaping noise under timming cover. I Returned vehicle for further repair and Issue was resolved free of charge. Overall Adam provides great service I just feel he was let down by his mechanics.

I had something wrong with my car taking a Client to an appointment, pulled into Cooper Automotive, Got out my Car and realised I had a flat tyre(understatement) Spoke to Tim & he didn't hesitate and changed my tyre straight away. Service is 2nd to none..thank you so very much, she was able to continue with her appointment...!

Cooper Automotive Moonah is a great service mechanic company and great friendly and helpful customer service staffers team and I will rate them 10/10 Can anyone tell me where Adam moved too so that I can go to him and see how he is and to book my cars in for a service with him

Scheduled service was done promptly, cost slightly less than the quoted price, was ready to pick up well within the time suggested, and the bonus was a washed exterior and vacuumed interior. Staff are friendly, polite and clear about everything. Highly recommend.

Very professional to deal with. Had my wifes car fixed and on the road within 5 days. Were other mechanical dealers couldn't see the car until the end of this month. I will be definitely using coopers moonah again.

Had an AIS inspection completed at Cooper Automotive Moonah. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Fast service and went the extra mile to help us out. Highly recommended.

Charge me extra ask in start less and once they finalize my car they asking more money without letting me know they said they put 3 extra hours on it
