My name is Daniel and I live in Howrah, and the Coopers team at Mornington have helped us with our vehicles numerous times over the years. The team is always kind, understanding, professional, and helpful even in the recent case of our beloved family CX9 having a potentially very expensive electrical fault due to an error caused by my own failed attempt to fix a battery issue, and due to my stress, inexperience and financial situation could have catastrophically damaged the vehicle. Obviously I felt like an idiot and was extremely embarrassed and upset. The team was able to resolve the issue much easier and more quickly than we expected, and only charged us for the small amount of labour and diagnostics required. I am beyond grateful and can’t speak highly enough about the team at Coopers Mornington, and have always felt treated with compassion, understanding and respect even when things go wrong. Somewhat rare in the world of mechanics and cars in general, and I felt compelled to both call with my sincere thanks and leave this review. Daniel (Howrah).

Unfortunately I would not trust Cooper. I usually do all my servicing myself, but in this instance I had cooper perform a brake fluid flush. When I picked up the car they gave me a report on what needed replacing next. According to them the air filter was blocked; I double checked and it was like new. They said my front pads had 1-2mm left and they were half worn. They said the battery needs replacing and I haven't had any issues for about 20 months. They did however say my rear pads were very low too and whilst they were getting low, they had another 8000km left in them. I have since replaced the rear pads myself for a fraction of their quoted price. They probably saw my European car and thought $$$. I feel sorry for those who do not have the mechanical prowess to assess the advice of these "experts".

I took my car to these guys, paid $154 for an inspection even though I already knew what was wrong with the car, I just wanted to know if it could be repaired. After a thorough report, they found a number of things that need fixing, in total if I go ahead with it all $9064!!! I paid $6,000 for the car. The parts, I later found out through a different source can be obtained much cheaper than brand new in Japan. I am in absolute shock that they expect me to pay for that amount to repair a car. Not even helping out a pensioner by suggesting some cheaper options. Obviously it’s a job they didn’t want to take on. Thanks for the help. Im happy to be taking my business elsewhere.

I recently used the services of cooper Automotors and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The service was slow and inefficient and over priced. The work that was done on my car was low level and even they don’t bother to filled up my coolant and did not meet my expectations very disappointed . I would not recommend coopers Automotors to anyone and will be seeking out alternative options for my car maintenance needs in the future.

We have three vehicles Cooper Automotive help us with. To be concise, at times the front office staff and service people have gone beyond the normal to help and/advise us. We continue to return to them. Simply, no need to seek other assistance. Since the post above, I have again returned to Cooper Automotive in Mornington for advice. These folks have been and will be our first port of call. Service is uniquely tuned.

Hi not impressed with their prices a bit over the top. They told my daughter that she needs new brakes and because of there over the top prices we took it to another mechanic "Dransfield automotive" because I go there and could not be happier with his service, he checked the brakes and did other work and told us the brake pads were fine and still had about 20,000 kilometres left on them.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable bunch of people, both the mechanics and people at front reception. Always polite, well mannered and recommend what’s best for you, your vehicle and at an affordable price. I’ve taken multiple different cars in over a few years for both major and minor work and would recommend to any of my friends of family

The whole team at Coppers Mornington were exceptional could not have asked for better service my Car (Murry) was squeezed in ahi ft notice and they had (Murry) back to my family and I very promptly with out any issues They rang me first to discuss the job and price b4 doing anything awesome service

The staff at Cooper Automotive are friendly and helpful and provided an efficient, prompt service. The cost was reasonable and I was informed of what was happening to my vehicle throughout the service. I was also very pleased with the complimentary clean and vacuum of my car.

Would have liked to talk to the mechanic who worked on my car, I had a few questions about the car, the person at reception was pleasant but only read from the invoice what the mechanic had written.
