We ordered a coffee table and paid in full upfront and our salesman Matthew told us it would take 2 weeks and then we could collect it in the shop. We opted to collect as they charge a staggering R870 to deliver to Simons Town. After 2 weeks I phoned Matthew and he told me it still wasn't in the shop. After a few more days I called him again and he said the truck from the warehouse was cancelled so it would take another week. For one month Coricraft have our money and not even a free delivery is offered for the delay and lack of communication from our salesman. The store has lovely furniture but after sales service is non existant.

I would never purchase anything from them again. Once you've paid they simple do not care about the customer. I paid for an order 2 weeks ago to only get delivery this week with the wrong item which i sent back. I notified the store that this had happened and was told they would notify me when the correct chairs would be delivered. No follow up, after multiple phone calls and fights, the warehouse told me the only time the delivery could happen is in 2 weeks time. I still await delivery and they have my payment. If i could give zero stars, i would. Absolutely shocking. Be warned.

Awful service, I'd rather shop anywhere else going forward. Bought a dining table and chairs, the dining table arrived damaged and couldn't be assembled because the screws were placed incorrectly. The delivery guys were confused. Then Johan at the Tokai branch had the audacity to say I must just keep the chairs. What am I supposed to do with a bunch of chairs and no table? I insisted to send it all back and I'm still waiting for my refund. It's been almost a month since the purchase. What a mess!

It seems that Coricroft believe they can word an advertisement as they wish then rely on the words "T's & C's apply" to exonerate them & prevent accountability. Today I received an sms stating 20% discount on ALL living room furniture but when I got to the Tokai store to make a purchase I was informed it was only selected living room furniture. Why did the add indicate ALL

A cavernous space devided into select matching of beautiful furniture depicting lounge, bedroom scenes which are imaginatively mixed and matched. The staff are attentive but not hovering allowing one all the time one will need to browse and take in lovely pieces. It's expensive and worth every cent.

Worst service ever of all times st this Coricraft....waiting on headboards almost 6 months! 2 days before the headboards were supposed to be ready (after the 3rd date of promises), I get told that that they don't have that stock of material....If I had not called them, I would not have known....

Nice store! Unfortunately Coricraft now charges R890 delivery even in smaller items (headboard) adding an enormous % to the cost of the item. Definitely not worth it.

Great place to shop for quality furniture and extras to make a room look like a home. Luv shopping here
