**Updated Review on October 24th** Despite my previous encounters with Cornerstone Laundromat, they have processed a remove my credit from their app. However, their insistence on handling the refund in person instead of crediting it back to my card has been inconvenient and unsettling. Cornerstone’s management maintains that they can't refund directly to my card. Yet, it’s disappointing that alternative satisfactory solutions were not explored, especially considering the earlier negative interactions and feelings of discomfort associated with visiting the establishment in person again. I appreciate that a refund has been arranged, but the process has not been as accommodating or as customer-friendly as one would hope, especially after a disturbing experience. Future customers should be aware of these potential challenges in resolving issues with the management. October 21 update: Please read owners response where treats are made. Did I grab my bag? Yes. It has a red tag. Did I give him the receipt? Yes. and they is where management (they fails to disclose name) this is where he charged at me and I responded with the same attitude as his body language and tone of voice were treading. I showed him the text with the same attitude he requested, which he ignored. Blaming race in this neighborhood, as I am also a minority its sad to justify his anger problem. It’s human interaction, customer service, and safety at this business. Which starts from the owners. Future clients: if you have a problem with his business, they will even try to go after your claimed employment if managmenet wakes up on the wrong side of bed. Original comment: Exercise caution if considering Cornerstone Laundromat. Despite prior warnings about the owners’ behavior, my experience confirmed their aggressiveness. Chris or Steven displayed alarming conduct, compromising my sense of safety during a visit. Efforts to address the issue were met with hostility and challenging communication, and I was later told that my patronage was no longer welcome. Additionally, there is an unresolved matter regarding a $200 credit refund on their app, casting further doubt on their professionalism. On a positive note, the neighborhood offers alternative options. There’s another laundry mat, Sullivan Cleaners across the street offering similar services like drop-off, pick-up, dry-cleaning, and tailoring, providing a less treading environment where you don’t have to fear for your safety when greeted by the owners. I advise considering alternatives to Cornerstone Laundromat due to the unfortunate encounter with the owners, Chris or Steven. Julian
This is a new business to the Soho neighborhood in NYC. They took over an old Laundramat that had been at this location for more than 30 years. I’ve lived in Soho for 32 years and have created great relationships with all of the small businesses in my neighborhood. I’ve had terrible encounters with the management at this laundromat. They ruined 3 of my shirts by returning them with blotchy oil stains that had to have happened in there machines. I stopped allowing them to do the wash and fold for me for many months. Just today, I had no other choice but to do my laundry myself at this place. I encountered the manager to be confrontational from the moment I arrived. I avoided any confrontation with him as long as I could but he persisted and found any reason to be aggressive, hostile and confrontational. It lead to a heated exchange of words and I vowed to never return. Because of his threats to me and his hostility I was forced to report him to the local police. I will never step foot in this place and I urge any that’s uses them to procede with caution. They will damage your clothes and take no responsibility for it. This place is horrible. As suspected, if you scroll down you will see that management at this terrible business has decided to write lies about me, by saying that other small business owners in Soho expressed similar negative experiences with me. That’s an ugly lie and I defy them to back that claim up, which I’m sure they won’t because they made this up. Also, as you scroll through the reviews of Cornerstone Laundry you will read multiple negative reviews very similar to mine. Mostly instances of aggression from the staff, rude behavior from the staff and from the manager at this establishment. It’s a wonder that anyone in our close knit community still wants to use this laundromat at all. I’m very happy to have found three alternatives for doing my laundry and they’re all within a very short walk from Cornerstone laundry. I’ve already reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I will continue to tell my friends and neighbors in Soho about this abhorrent business that’s become a problem for people in our lovely neighborhood. If you see this manager at this business, please do your best to avoid him. He’s the aggressive, rude confrontational person that multiple customers have complained about .
I have been a loyal customer to this laundromat on my street for a few years now and have always had a pleasant experience until today. I was denied the ability to do my laundry within the rules listed on the door. The sign on the door says “Last Wash at 5:30pm.” In effort to honor the signage, I walked in the laundromat promptly at 5:30pm on the dot (literally) to do my laundry — which for the record, takes far less than 1hr and 30 minutes (close is at 7:00pm). Usually, it takes 1hr and 10 minutes for me to complete my laundry, as I set timers on my phone to ensure I switch the loads from wash to dryers immediately. I have never been in the laundromat as late as 7pm on the dot and have never left items in the laundromat. Upon arriving today at 5:30pm sharp, I placed my laundry bag down to begin loading a washing machine and was quickly stopped by a woman (who I’ve noticed is newer to the laundromat in the recent months, and her arrival to becoming a staff member seems to correlate with this new signage). She seems to be in charge of managing the laundromat based on the way she interacts with staff and customers. This woman is shown in the photo I took today in wearing the apron and Nikes. She told me I could not do my laundry and that I would have to leave because she needed to prep all the washing machines for the next day. She stated that my arrival was in violation of the policy on the door and told me clients must arrive “before” 5:30pm. I pointed to the door and told her the sign says the last wash “at” 5:30pm. She disagreed with this and said it was management’s sign and that it was incorrect. I inquired that if I had arrived at “5:29pm” (which is when I was crossing the street), would I have then been allowed to do my laundry? She said I would have been allowed to do my laundry if I arrived by 5:25 or 5:36pm. This is absolutely absurd and insulting to me as a paying and loyal customer. I have always been kind to the staff, and quietly went about doing my laundry. To be treated like this is absolutely unacceptable. It is rather unfortunate for me, as I live on this street and I cannot morally or ethically justify ever returning here to do business. I hope this is addressed and handled appropriately so this never happens to any other customers in the future.
I'd leave 0 stars if possible. $50 for two loads of self-service laundry is insane. It would've cost $20 less to send the laundry out from my local laundry but no, I thought this would be cheaper and easier. Expensive, tedious, and utter indifference to customer service. "Store policy", which is written nowhere, states customer's bags and items will be put on the street and they are NOT responsible for lost/stolen items. They didn't tell us this, so imagine our surprise when we returned to find a local examining my bags although the laundromat was completely empty at 1 on a Monday. It's one thing for a sock to disappear, another to offer free suitcases to the neighborhood. Washing machine cost $10-15 to operate, with further upcharges if you want a special cycle. It took 15 mins to download their app, which requires location, bluetooth, read/write, and camera permission, create two passwords that both require 2FA, manually input credit info because it doesn't read from Pay... To scan a QR code. You can only load insane increments ($20-$50), which takes 5 mins to figure out in the awful UI.
I’ve been coming to this place since before and after the new management took over last fall. Christian, Steven and Nia are some of the most helpful, reasonable, and down to earth people I’ve come across. If you’re looking for a place to do laundry in the neighborhood you can’t go wrong with Cornerstone. Every employee is helpful and positive. I have never received anything other than kindness and respect. When I was desperate to fit in a load of laundry late one night, Steven graciously let me dry my clothes for an extra FIFTEEN minutes after the place was closed. When I saw the rating was as low as 4.1 I was shocked. I’ve done both self service and drop off, and every time whatever instructions I gave with my clothes, they were followed exactly. This place does same day wash and fold for no extra charge as long as you drop it off in the morning, which is absolutely unheard of in this neighborhood. If you’ve had a bad experience at Cornerstone, the problem isn’t with the establishment. This is an excellent laundromat run by honest people. Would recommend to anyone who asks!
**Update** Just wanted to re-review Cornerstone because the service has continued to remain spectacular! My drop off items are always ready on time and it’s such a pleasure talking to the staff and/or management whenever I come in. Very thankful as always for their consistency and care! ________________ I have been using Cornerstone Laundromat’s services for a few months now and am thoroughly impressed with their attention to detail and thoughtful care of my clothes. The staff, both wash and fold as well as the front desk, are always wonderful, kind, and extremely helpful when I have questions, concerns, or requests. The inside of the laundromat is clean and tidy, and the general vibe of the place is very aesthetically pleasing. I have used both self-service and drop off services, and I love how fast they turn around my items when I drop off. My clothes always come back to me as I’ve asked (i.e. follow washing and drying instructions, use detergent of my choice) and it is worth every single penny. Highly recommend Cornerstone for your laundering needs!
Just want to give this place a shout because it’s a fairly small space & tends to get pretty crowded with both self service customers & wash and fold orders but the staff is always extremely kind and responsive about helping you find an open washer or dryer if there aren’t any immediately available. I’ve never had to wait long for a machine because a staff member always notices me & the lack of machines & points out which one will be free soon and helps unload the previous one. One load of wash + dry typically runs me about $12-15 total (for a wash cycle plus 60 minutes of drying). It’s more than I’m used to paying (back in California!) but it’s a very clean space, and again, really wonderful service. You pay via an app they have with QR codes, which is nice and convenient.
If I could, I would give Cornerstone Laundromat an 11/10 rating. It’s the best laundromat I’ve gone to living in the village for 7+ years. The employees are all super friendly and extremely helpful especially if you are new or need help using the machines. The laundromat itself is extremely clean - there’s never dust balls or random dryer sheet hanging around. It is also super easy to do your own laundry through an easy to install app on your phone, or you can just drop off your laundry and depending on time of drop off, expect your clothes back same day or the next day - and they send you a text when it’s ready for pick up. It’s always a pleasant experience when dropping off my clothes - everyone is super friendly and always down to chat. Couldn’t recommend it more!
When I realized tonight on my way to do laundry that I was going to be a few min after cornerstone’s strict 5:30 last wash cut off time I called and spoke to the manager Jenny. She informed me that there was still a machine available but that they would have to start cleaning them so if I wasn’t there soon she couldn’t promise anything but she was very friendly, courteous and honest about the situation. When I arrived she saw me go to the machine and asked if I called and she smiled and seemed glad that I had made it early enough and was really kind to me and didn’t make me feel bad about it at all. She was upfront, professional and kind and I had a very pleasant experience. I will definitely continue doing my laundry at cornerstone!
I just moved into the neighborhood and immediately started looking for my go to spots. It’s sort of a tradition of mine to establish familiarity in my neighborhood. Local bakery check, local restaurant, local gym, unfortunately not yet, but local laundromat checkeroni. Cornerstone Laundromat is my spot! The service is impeccable, the laundromat itself is clean, and the staff is inviting. I give it a 10/10. Like a typical New Yorker, I’m always busy so I often bring my threads to Cornerstone and they take care of the details. During the summer in the off chance I actually get to do my own laundry, I grab good book and chill on the seats outside; the views are amazing, if you know what I mean
Although I did self-service my first trip, the staff working there were friendly and greeted me upon my entrance. The second time I came here, I used the drop-off service. The prices were fair, the staff used the detergent I preferred and they also obliged the drying instructions for a couple of my favorite dresses - thank you! Something I've developed into a habit is looking for or asking about the sanitizing/cleaning policies of businesses -- thanks Covid -- I was glad to learn that Cornerstone Laundromat takes sanitizing their machines seriously and does so daily. I'll be coming back due to the cleanliness, staff friendliness and prompt service.
This place use to be great. Prices were reasonable, the staff was very friendly, they would play positive & calming music(I think it was a Christian radio station), and you were treated as part of a community. Since new management, the staff are now very rude, they play terrible music, the wash and fold takes up majority of machines, they lost my dry cleaning, prices went up, and did I mention the staff is very rude and unprofessional.. Also, they changed “last wash” to 5:30pm.. who gets off work to make it before 5:30 in NYC? Sad to see it change. If ownership sees this can you please explain what happened? Why did you make these changes?
Cornerstone is one of the cleanest laundromats in NYC. It is more expensive than other laundromats, but the machines are the nicest I’ve ever seen and they don’t leave your clothes smelling like they were dunked in a chemical vat. I go out of my way to do self service here and my wash loads range from $8-$10 depending on the size. The dryers are high quality and cost the typical $1.50 for about 40 minutes if I remember correctly. Like I said it is overall pricier but for me it’s worth the price for clean, high quality machines and the clean, enjoyable environment. I wish there were more self service laundromats like this.
I only went once, but prob won’t return unless I’m in a pinch. It’s really, really expensive for self service. One wash runs you $10 and drying was a couple bucks. Obviously it being in soho and also very clean contributes to the high price. I have nothing bad to say about my experience since I went in with little to no knowledge of how much they charge, just wanted to share the price for others. There are other places in the area that charge $4 for wash. Also, they are good about breaking a big bill for you and have a machine to give you coins. They also have an app that you can put money on to pay with.
The staff here at cornerstone are phenomenal. One staff member in particular was extremely helpful when I came here in a bind. NJ went above and beyond to help me out. I was mid wash when my building laundry broke, I came here in an emergency with a bag of wet clothes and a million other errands I needed to run that day. NJ not only reassured me and made me feel calm, but also got my laundry completed with the least amount of hassle. I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much for all of your help!
Ruined my brand new expensive white sheets and refused to compensate or do anything to rectify the situation. The same thing happened to my roommate with her sheets on a separate occasion. We've been loyal customers for 5 months, the laundromat blamed us for the mistake and suggested we take photos of all our clothes before dropping them off next time, completely unreasonable. I've included a photo below of the sheets after wash, these were brand new sheets, never used.
The only place to do your own laundry in Soho where I’ve lived for 35 yrs. They offer drop off services as well, but I’ve never used that. All the equipment is new and efficient with a variety of machine sizes to suit your needs. The place is impeccably clean so you don’t feel disgusted if, say, your wet underwear falls on the floor en route to the dryer, ahem. The staff is so nice, as well as the owners and management. I CANNOT live without them!
I am a business owner on Sullivan st that relys on a washer and dryer for my business. My machines broke down this weekend and i was in a jam. NJ at Cornerstone Laundry understood my perdicament and as a professional business owner and neighbor helped me out. I would also like to say i am thankful to have such professional neighbors and to have such a clean laundry mat across the street.. Thank you NJ and cornerstone laundry!
Stayed for a week in downtown NYC & my laundry piled up obviously. Decided to bring it in @ Cornerstore Laundromat and I was not disappointed. Staff was friendly and helpful. The ambiance was very upbeat and coincidentally there were restaurants & shops all in the same block allowing u to grab a quick bite if desired. Location is great, employees are helpful, my needs were met, well worth the trip there. Would recommend!
Unable to follow instructions: asked multiple times to remove my protective washing bags before drying my clothes so my clothes don't come back to me all wrinkled, resulting in me to have iron every pc of clothing that was dried in a protective bag, but they keep on forgetting! Also, my laundry has been sent back with other ppl's socks - a bit concerned that my own socks might've been lost among others' laundries, too.
I had a great first experience at Cornerstone and will definitely be returning! The inside is so clean and the staff is so kind and are there to help you have a great experience. It’s a super well organized business! Everyone there has great customer service but I had a great experience in particular with Jenny and Steven. They were so kind and so willing to help me get everything done! I definitely recommend!
I recently visited this laundromat and was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the store was. The staff provided excellent services, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free laundry experience. The only downside was the limited number of small machines available, which could be a bit inconvenient during busy times. Overall, I would still recommend this laundromat for its cleanliness and great service."
Jenny helped me today at Cornerstone Laundromat and was kind and patient. She let me squeeze in even though I had just missed the "last wash 5:30 pm" deadline. She then helped me with selecting the right settings on the machines, downloading the app, and paying for my wash. She answered all my questions and we had a positive interaction. Thank you for your customer service Jenny! See you again soon!
I have been doing my laundry here for the past couple months (both myself and wah & fold) and have had nothing but positive experiences! The service is great and fast while the staff are kind and eager to help -- there is no better testament to the great customer service than walking in seconds before close and the staff being willing to stay a few minutes extra to help out!
My experience at the laundromat was delightful, ver professional and great work and care for my clothes. The young lady at the front was very helpful her name is LU and if you get the chance to meet her you’d understand what I’m talking about. Overall 10/10 experience. (the clothes smells pretty good, they get to folded it and put it in a plastic bag).
It's a shame that one or two attendants can ruin the place by being rude. Some of the attendants are nice, smile, and say have a nice day when I say thank you for letting me use their laundromat, some treat you like garbage. Machines are expensive, but very clean and up to date. They can be mean and charge whatever they want because it is the only laundromat around.
I always have a wonderful experience at Cornerstone Laundromat! The service is exceptional - incredibly fast and efficient with their drop off option. Jamie is always so kind and helpful! It's a pleasure to visit a place where customer service is top-notch. I recommend Cornerstone Laundromat for anyone in search of excellent service and a friendly atmosphere.
Staff are extremely friendly. They are consistently working to improve the facilities with renovations and signage and offer all laundry services including customizable wash and fold, self service machines, and dry cleaning. Feels slightly pricey compared to some other spots around, but for the convenience, cleanliness and customer service it’s worth it!
I rarely post any reviews but I feel like this place deserves a review. Though the laundromat is not spacious, everything is kept nice and clean. The newly renovated floors made the place look even better. The staffs are all very nice and courteous. Price is reasonable. Of all the laundromats I've been, I can say that this is the best one yet.
Have been coming here over a year and have noticed there are an increased number of employee only machines every time I come in. Meaning it’s nearly impossible to self wash anything unless you want to wait for hours. I would just drop for wash and fold but it never gets the whites as white/clean and fresh as I would like and can do on my own.
Favorite laundromat I've been to in the city thus far. I've been coming here consistently for about a year now. Extremely clean, friendly staff, and you have the option of paying through an app or with coins. Clothes don't come back smelling and they give you tons of options for detergent, separated colors, etc. All in all a good vibe.
A friend in the neighborhood recommended Cornerstone to me about 5 years ago. From that moment forward, I've always been greeted with a friendly welcome, had great service, a timely return of my laundry. They managed through the pandemic well and are coming out of it in good shape. Kudos to a great laundromat and solid local business.
My girlfriend and I live in the area and started using Cornerstone over the past few months and each experience has been extremely smooth. The management team is extremely nice, the machines are clean, and the process is efficient. Will definitely be coming here as long as we live in the area!
Cleanest laundromat in NY, friendliest staff, so many detergent choices, good vibe, express device done in less than 2 hours. I visit the city 1-2 times a month for work and stay at The Dominick near by and this place beats hotel laundry prices, will definitely be returning every time I visit.
I have been using Cornerstone for the past year and have had great experiences. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and convenient laundromat in SoHo. The staff is friendly, the machines are in great condition and the laundry drop-off/pickup is usually done the same day.
I love this laundromat! The people here care a lot about all of their customers. Shout out to Peter - he is the best! Every Friday I look forward to waking up and doing my laundry here. Peter always waves hello to me on the street and I feel like me and the cornerstone gang are one big family
I have lived in Soho over 25 years and this is definitely my favorite laundromat in the neighborhood. It recently seems to be under a new ownership and if anything it has only improved in the sense of service, friendliness and efficiency. Good machines, nice people, cool vibes. Don't change.
Last night I had to pick up my clothes before traveling and forgot they closed early for Thanksgiving. Thankfully one of the staff inside took pity on me and opened the door, so I'd like to leave this review. I've been coming here for two years, and everyone's always been super friendly.
I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and the service here is amazing!! I do drop off/pick up and the staff is always so nice and really takes care of my items! They’re the best. Shout out to NJ who has shown me nothing but impeccable service and is so kind! Must come here:)
Very friendly employees who are careful to ask what type of detergent, heat, water temp, etc. that you prefer. Clothes are packaged up nicely upon pick-up and turnaround time is quick! I bring my laundry in typically as often as weekly and have always had good experiences.
Although NYC laundromats can be daunting, Nia from Cornerstone made my experience inviting, easy, and efficient. Cornerstone is a well oiled machine with great people driving order and offering care for your time and belongings. I’ll go back to Cornerstone again and again.
I have been using Cornerstone for the past few months when I first moved to the area. They have a great drop off service I use and return the laundry same day. Jamie always helps me at the front desk and makes sure my laundry is done how I like it. Definitely recommend!
Be warned. I had been going there weekly for 2 years. Last week I picked up a dry cleaning item that had literally animal excrement on the inside. Manager said they couldn’t do anything before it had taken me more than 24 hours to notice it. Will not be coming back.
Great laundromat, clean and light inside which makes this a nice place to have your laundry done. I use the wash and fold service and each time the staff are friendly, helpful and remember my requirements. A great option for laundry if you are in Greenwich village.
Besides one woman, all the workers didn’t want to service, but speak Basura in Spanish about the customers, and as a couple we didn’t feel comfortable. A quarter only gives you 3 minutes for a dryer, and prices for wash is expensive, $8 small for batch. …
I absolutely love Jamie & Katie at the Cornerstone Laundromat! I go in there every week and they are so sweet and helpful. They make it such an easy and seamless process. My laundry has always come out great and the fast service can't be beat in NYC. 10/10 !!!
Great service here & very kind employees (they even gave me 5 mins of drying on the house my first time). A bit stressful of an atmosphere & tight of a space, but ain’t that New York! $10 for a wash and $0.50 per 5 mins for drying. They accept venmo too!
Top of the line washers and dryers; I use for self service laundering. Helpful, polite staff. Download the “cornerstone laundromat” app, set up your account, then scan the QR code on the machine you are using, fast way to pay with your credit card!
The staff is so nice & great! Overall, service is fast and my clothes are always perfectly clean & folded! Jaime - at the front desk - is kind & helpful. Also, love that they text you when your laundry is ready! I highly recommend Cornerstone
I will give 0 star if I can. Don't go there. Worst of the worst. It's all about the service. The male who works there called Andrew Wang or something had confusing and disgusting communication and attitude. Can you believe a service person
I'm used to doing my own laundry - that was before I moved to NYC and into a building without a laundry room. Lately I've been using drop off service but I needed something to be washed immediately so I went to do it myself. When I got to
I left a good review below. However, I have noticed the past few loads I have dropped off that clothing items of mine have gone missing. I have looked everywhere to make sure that I was not mistakenly misplacing these items, but they have
I was a little reluctant to try laundry services in Manhattan. I decided to go to cornerstone based on the reviews. The reviews did not do the service Justice as soon as I arrived MJ at the register took care of all of my worried and
I live in the neighborhood and love this place! It’s very clean, and I’ve always had a wonderful experience. The staff -- Jaime in particular -- is great. He’s helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Doing laundry here is a joy!
Cornerstone laundromat is the best in nyc!!! Not only do they do an incredible job with taking care of your clothes, they have the best customer service! Super kind, and amazing work! 100% recommend cornerstone laundromat!
Been loyal here for ~1.5 years now and have no plans to change! The space is clean, the process is clear and easy, and everyone working there is super super friendly! Jaime and the rest of the crew are so helpful!
Super clean, staff behind counter are really nice and advanced tech as far as the machines go. Even syncs with a phone app you can charge up and pay using the QR code on the machine but quarters still work too!
The laundromat of choice in Soho! Friendly staff with clean and organized set up. Reasonable prices for neighborhood self service. Plus they always try help you find an open machine when it gets busy. 10/10
I’ve been going to Cornerstone Laundromat since I moved to the neighborhood 3 years ago and they are the best! Everyone who works there is friendly and the service is always great — highly recommend!!
Came here for the first time today and was shocked with good service and prices! only paid $35 for like 5 loads of laundry which is very good prices for this area. 10/10 recommend & will be back!
Cornerstone made my first few times doing laundry in nyc such a pleasant experience! Luceli is so friendly and kind and all of the staff are attentive and helpful. This is my regular spot!
Super efficient and helpful staff! Always a pleasant experience when I am utilizing the machines myself or dropping off for same day service. Definitely my go to laundry spot in the area
This place is fantastic! Super clean with very nice people. The gas was shut off in our building and I needed to find a local spot to do laundry. I am so happy I chose this place.
Dirty equipment, rude staff who can’t communicate in English and ever changing mgmt with ever changing rules that are anti-customers. So sad to see it going downhill day by day
Katie makes a fantastic manager! She always has a cheerful attitude, even during stressful moments. Great at troubleshooting! Definitely a valuable member of the team here!
This is the best laundromat in soho! Jaime is super helpful and friendly. Definitely come here for any laundry needs! They are so speedy and handle all items with care.
Cornerstone has unbelievably attentive and friendly service. I've been using them every week since moving to the city -- made the transition to laundromat seamless!
been here for 6 months and love the place. all managers and employees are really helpful, they tried their best to make sure everyone got the service they needed
I love it here because it’s super clean and always friendly & efficient. NJ at the front counter is the best— she’ll help you out with everything you need.
Cornerstone is the best - they’re quick, clean and very friendly. Christian is always so helpful he’s the best if you ever need anything. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend cornerstone laundromat. I’ve been coming here for a year and the staff is always very helpful. The rewards program is also a nice perk!
Always a wonderful a pleasant experience! Been going here for three years and no complaints. Staff is so sweet and helpful, especially NJ, she’s awesome.
Nice enough place but it’s pretty exhausting to have them frequently lose socks and never have your second pair when you try asking if it was left there.
Hi my experience with Jaime was outstanding. He is very helpful. The Laundry always comes out fab! We could Use pick up and delivery o the neighborhood.
Love this laundromat! Christian and the staff are lovely and always help find me a machine quickly. Super clean and very reasonably priced for the area.
Great place to do your own laundry or drop off with same-day service - clean environment, very friendly staff, affordable prices. I highly recommend!
This place is wonderful. Clean and incredibly well run. NJ helped me today and was wonderful, in the experiences I’ve had everyone is very kind.
The best laundry mat in Greenwhich village. The staff is amazing. Nj & Chris are always super helpful. I wouldn’t do my laundry anywhere else!
my go to laundry spot at the corner! best staff and service ever. especially Katie! such a warm and loving energy and always so helpful!
I’m new to the area and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in helping me get my account setup and finding an open machine!
Best laundromat in the Manhattan area. Great customer service and easy to use. NJ was very helpful and a nice person to talk with.
Very friendly staff and my clothes are always done so fast. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a laundromat in the soho area.
Although this location is a little pricey it's worth it because of all brand new machinery and excellent service from the staff.
This has been my go-to laundry spot for the last year. It’s always clean and the staff is so kind. Would definitely recommend!
NJ is the BEST!!! She was helpful, sweet and kind. You couldn't have a better employee. She is a great face for your business
I love it here - such a friendly and welcoming vibe! Great addition to the neighborhood! Katie at the front desk is so kind!
