Great laundromat. The operator, Thomas, runs a tight ship! They're super-careful not to lose items. Quick turn-around times. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend. (One note, if you're using their self-serve machines, you need quarters to operate the machines. But the laundromat has a change machine on-site.)

Absolutely horrible service. I had called and asked if there was a dryer there that I could use. After bringing my wet laundry several blocks there, I was told that I could not dry my laundry there, as they only allow you to dry your laundry there, if and only if you wash your laundry there.

Ruined my clothes. Gave JT Turret 2 pairs of jeans and 3 brand new white tops I purchased from the Gap 4 days earlier. Advised not to wash together (like I should even need to) and run cold wash. The white tops came back heavily stained in blue jean dye and totally ruined

Started going here shortly after I moved in to the neighborhood, and I didn’t stop until I moved away. Thomas and his team are wonderful, and they do a great job. I never lost an item, got a great price (especially for the area), and was greeted with a smile each time.

Very quick turn-around time for wash and fold (usually same day) and also does dry cleaning. Prices very reasonable. Friendly service. They also only allow dryer for wash customers which is great as you dont have the concern of people using the machines unhygienically

Overpriced. I had only 6 lbs. but my across-the-street place was closed for Chinese New Year. They're only $8, plus tip. I needed it done, but spent $5/50% more than usual, including $2.50 tip -- $15. Will see how good a job they did

Thomas and his team are reliable and professional. Reasonable pricing especially for the area and he will accommodate by expediting large loads if requested (within reason!). The most reliable laundromat I’ve had in the city.

Thomas, the new owner, is incredibly friendly and helpful. The last time I was there, he even stayed late just so I could finish drying my clothes. Clean, spacious, and reasonably-priced for an UWS laundromat.

Very professional. They pick up and deliver which is fantastic if you have a walk up. Nice job of folding, etc. A tad expensive compared to doing it on your own.... But worth the convince. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, I washed my clothes. A girl who works there, very attentive, helped me in Spanish to use the machines, so everything worked very well and they even sold me the detergent there.

If you're visiting or don't have a machine... Great little laundry. Uses quarters and has change machine. Slightly les$$ than others in neighborhood.

Half of my clothes came back shrunk, new stains were added. Avoid at all costs- there are much better places in the UWS that won’t ruin your washing.
