5 stars doesn't feel like enough for these people! I've been coming to P & K for almost 2 years, and have had nothing but excellent, speedy, and kind service. As corny as it may be, I really feel like I'm part of the family with them. I can't imagine handing my laundry/dry cleaning off to anybody else. Truly an UWS staple. Thank you!

I've been using PK laundry for the last 5 years. They have the best service and great turn around. Also helps that their staff is always so friendly. Wouldn't recommend any other place to get my wash-n-fold or dry cleaning. *Even when we had a washer dryer on hand we would bring our laundry to them... ^^:

P&K is the best laundromat I've experienced on the UWS! Fung is so kind and their family is amazing. Sometimes the dog is around so it just brings a pleasant neighborhood vibe. They're great people and are timely. My clothes smell super fresh every time and the folding/packaging they do is incredible too!

10 STARS. As far as I'm concerned, P & K is the ONLY laundry on the UWS. Fung is so kind, friendly and thoughtful. She makes everyone feel welcome and taken care of. I've been going to her for over four years now and won't be stopping any time soon. Stop by if you need a smile!

Truly the nicest people you could ask for at a laundromat. The wash and fold service is great. If you drop your clothes off early in the morning, you could get them back at 5 PM the same day with everything nicely folded. Prices are reasonable too!

Incredibly frustrating service to use, if you use the wash and fold service with delivery they refuse to communicate times ever. It's always "half an hour" even when the real answer is more than an hour, so you're just stuck waiting. I

For the last 4 years, I have brought my laundry to P&K joyfully. Visiting with Fung at the front desk always makes me laugh and smile. Clothes are always clean and crisp. They look department-store folded in my closet.

The lady was really rude. She has zero compassion for someone who isn’t trying to explain something important. I also found a thong that does not belong to me. One pair of socks was also missing.

Still open even with the construction out in front of the building! Great people; Great work. Live about a 12 min walk away, but been a regular for ~2 years because they do such a solid job.

Laundry and dry cleaning always comes out well and they are very friendly. On top of that they are the most reasonably priced in the neighborhood and they are open on Sundays.
