This Costco is not the same as a regular Costco. Products sold come in bulk. Meaning, the sizes of products aren’t only the large size you get from a regular Costco, but you may also get multiple or even bigger sized items . With that said, a lot of the Costco basics are available. (Frozen veg, berries, cheese, toilet paper, paper towel, diapers, etc). Hamburgers only come in cases of 40. There are no 3 pack of steak but packages of an entire strip loin that, If you have freezer space, you could cut up yourself. You can also buy already frozen steaks, pkgs of 8 or so. If you are trying to save money, you could definitely do it here - assuming you have the space! Example, o bought approx 10lbs of True North Salmon for $65. 3 massive fillets. I cut them up and froze them. I can drive here, be in and out, and back home in an hour. Lines are much shorter than your typical Costco. Be aware, there is no clothing, books, toys.

I was buying costco chicken, but these last two weeks I quit because now they only sell Islamic chicken. This is a sudden change and there is no nonHalal available. It's against human rights, and forcing my religious beliefs to cease. Canada is a secular nation, but nowadays Costco forces its members to buy religious food. I say Costco is now a Sharia Law Islamic store. Costco respect Islamic religious views are appreciated, but this should not offend the belief of others . Why is Coscto not allowed to sell Halal and Non-Halal? A secular country needs a secular, clean and certified food. In a public shop, selling just religious food is against the secular vision of this country. Costco is now questioning Canada's secular vision. Costco can sell Halal Chicken, but why Costco CAN'T SELL NON-HALAL REGULAR CHICKEN TOO...

BEWARE Everything is not as it seems. I regularly shop at Costco and love it, however you need to be careful as their prices can be somewhat predatory. Here is an example. Went to another regular Costco location to look at take out containers. 38 Oz Regular price $8.99 I decided to drive 45 minutes to to the business centre expecting them to have more selection, and better pricing as its the business centre. I was wrong... I thought I was lucky as they happened to have a "sale" on all their takeout containers . However the exact same size 38 Oz was $12.99. On sale for $9.49. So even on "SALE" is was MORE EXPENSIVE than in one of their regular locations. Don't be fooled by their instant savings or seduced into thinking because your shopping at the business centre your getting the best deal. Buyer Beware!

I accidentally left my phone on a table in the public restroom at the shop last Sunday, just around closing time at 6:00 pm. Realizing my mistake, my husband and I hurried back to the store only 20 minutes after closing time. The staff were still busy with closing tasks, but they kindly allowed me to enter and inquire with the cleaning lady about my lost phone. To my relief, she had found my phone and turned it in at the front counter. I retrieved it from there, and the manager asked me to unlock it as a security measure. I was overjoyed to have my phone back in my hands and immensely grateful for the assistance from the Costco staff. I would like to express my sincere thanks for their help and commend their exceptional customer service. I highly recommend shopping at this Costco location.

We are very thankful of the nearest costco business centre near downtown, this is the best places for monthly/bulk purchases of various items such as fresh meat, poultry , seafood, fruits, vegetables , rolls, breads , non alcoholic beverages....boxes and take out containers for restaurants & parties. Please Note: There is no gas station , pharmacies , optical , hearing centres and we don't get any free samples here. This centre opens morning at 7am helping restaurant owners to come early for purchases. i definitely recommend this for bulk purchases and also for home users for bulk purchase of essential price. Costco warehouse and business centre prices are generally same but you get different brand products which will help you save $$

Wow, lots of unusual items that normal consumers don't see. Many products are for retailers, restaurants, variety stores, other commercial resellers. We went there to shop bulk smoked meat which was on sale. Also bought 4 packs of 500gm bacon which was fairly priced, but could be available at better grocery store prices when on sale. Fresh steaks, frozen meats and many other restaurant quality packed foods. Lots of bulk pack snacks. No clothing, shoes, sports items, electronics, jewelry, garden, or other household goods. Good experience to see how retailers stock their stores. Not a log of real discounts or on sale items as this store targets normal resellers buying than consumer shopping. More of a fun visit than buying experience.

Big store with huge size for many items at competitive prices. They also offer commercial size fridges and other equipment. We are usually able to find most items when we need to replenish our inventory. There has been no 20kg brown sugar bags for months now so sometimes they do not have certain items but overall they have good selection and good quality stock. Employees are efficient and helpful as well. Parking is not great in this plaza as it’s always very busy and usually have to park far away so you are no longer near any return cart areas after we are done loading the car. Today there were no shopping carts by the entrance so we needed to scour the cart return areas in the parking lot to find one to use.

THIS IS FOR ALICE IN TOBACCO. After all Durham locations removed their Tobacco sections (which by the way is very frustrating) we have to go to this location and after a couple of trips over the year we went today and there was the nicest lady Alice who took the extra time to verify something and call her manager as when we have asked other times and other locations they just always say no and have been wrong. Thank you Alice for taking the time to go the extra mile. As for the store it is more for businesses so a lot of products and produce is packaged in larger quantities but they manage to ring you up fast so we rarely are waiting in line long which is great.

So far was good, but last time (January 22/2020) I came for mushrooms , which I usually buy there for me and my friends, because I am coming from Etobicoke and its pretty far away. When I came, all packages was half opened , only with 1 stripe on it, instead of 2, and all 3 boxes, which I bought, was definitely not full. When I came home, I weight all of them, and it were 1lb less in each of them. Is it some local thief there? Is management aware of it? I bought all 3 boxes like this, and , as you can see, it doesn't look like original package. I hope, management take it into consideration and next time I will get in full what I paid for.

Would be more aptly named if it were the Costco "Restaurant" Business Centre. The website touts this location as having office furniture and supplies, but it does not carry anything more that at standard Costco locations. For us it was a total miss, but if your small business is a restaurant then this might be more up your alley as they carry anything and everything under the sun for a small restaurant or catering facility. Some portion sizes are far too big even if you're just shopping for your family. The hours were good and the location was very well kept and clean. This store also does not carry toys/books/pharmacy/clothing items.

Most of the products are more expensive than other stores. You might think to give 120 cad for annual membership. Some products are specifically sold here which is not good. Online order prices are higher than in store price plus they require min $250 order amount for online orders. Unfortunately, when you order online they deliver only for core gta area, for example KW area not in coverage. So there is no reason to be member here. They also don’t answer their phones. If you compare membership and price match, also spending time inside to find something due to not labeled sections. Better not to go here!

Very new: opened only 8 months ago - March 31, 2017 Very clean and well laid out. About 20% of the products are also in regular Costco centers. Not at large as a regular Costco, giving it less of a warehouse appearance, but still very spacious. Amazing selection of food and restaurant items. Bought 12" submarine sandwich bread which I have yet to see for sale elsewhere. Good produce section - the largest "fridge" you will ever enter! Staff are quite friendly. Lineups were quite short but I was there Sunday morning - they are open on Sundays until the end of Dec, 2017.

Extremely unpleasant experience. The order was scheduled to be delivered on august 25th but we did not receive anything for a week. Called in and was giving a bad attitude and told the item was shown as delivered on their end. Called me back later and told me they made a mistake and will send it out the next day. Finally received the items but one of them was wrong. Called them and all they said was this is not good , no apologies or anything. Have to wait another couple of days for a redelivery. Can’t believe Costco can be this disorganized and unprofessional.

As like other Costco locations, the Business Centre, is always brightly lit, clean and tidy and most employees are polite and helpful. Just as the name implies this location is more geared towards businesses, be it food industry, retail, office or cleaning. This location also carries restaurant grade equipment and other items that can only be found at this location. Only downside are the retail hours, M-Sat till 6pm. Which is odd as most businesses it targets are open much later. Starting November 19 to December 31 they are testing opening till 4pm on Sundays.

Awesome warehouse. Im a loyal customer for years. We buy fruits for smoothies. I hope someone listens from costco. The bananas here are a mess. I have suggested over and over to staff to put cases separate so we dont kill ourselves moving 10 boxes to get full cases from the bottom. Leave loose bundle section and whole case section separate. And when i see other customers trying to get cases we discuss the same thing. Separate the whole cases and have a case price and It would be a win win for all. The staff wont have to fix and lift them as much too.

Always busy but staff work quickly to keep the lines moving and replenish inventory. Lots of bulk items which is great for business owners and large families. Improvements: The parking is always full so usually have to park far away, so far that it is not in the vicinity of the return cart areas. There were no shopping carts by the entrance so had to scouring the parking lot to get a cart to use. I guess the staff that round up the carts can’t keep up. I suggest going early so it’s slight less crowded to get what I need and then get out.

Perfect place for a small business or if you are planning on throwing a party . It is not meant to be a store for personal purchases, however, you can still find some items package in smaller quantity. . Most items come in bulk, perfect for a catering business or restaurant. As a business centre, there is no fast food court , no pharmacy, no bakery, no book section, no toys, no fresh or potted flowers, no clothing except for work safety vest. This store strictly caters to small businesses.

Shares some merchandise with regular Costco but many other differences. Some brands not available in regular Costco. Some merchandise in bigger containers. You can use your regular membership. Even if you don't have a business it is still a very nice place to shop and discover new things. It is also less crowded than regular stores. Depending on what you need it might be a good alternative. For it's purpose I can't think of anything less than five stars.

Love it. Selection of food products is way better than normal Costco. They also have other small appliances and supplies for small food related businessea that normal Costco's do not. And the fact that there were no sample stations OR snack bar makes me wanna go to this location even more because those things just clog up the aisles by greedy people who congestbthe aisle and leave their carts in the middle of passage ways all for a silly little snack.

This store is ideal for business and big families..quick checkout..ample parking lots..lots of choices for meat , sea foods, poultry, rolls, fruits, vegetables, beauty products, toiletries etc. it’s also have pharmacy, gas station, optical , both adult and kids dress etc people in and around thorn hill and York region is highly recommended..it’s a huge store lots of stuff to explore as well..all the best to entire team.. staff are also courteous..

Costco wholesale It was a huge place ant it was founded for big stores like grocery stores and some pizza and sandwich shops. There was many parts on it and specially freeze part for meal and cheese and chicken was crowded. Some electronic parts also was active there. The place was clean and little crowded. Personal were helpful and kind ✨️. I recommend it for shopping of big volume of things. Time of work is very restricted.

A very good Business Costco for things not available at regular Costco. I come here for some candy, juices, and spices. Generally easy to find things, and the staff are all very helpful. Note: some things like pharmacy, books, toys, simple house ware things are not available at this Costco. Also all foods are very large bulk sizes. It's worth a visit so you know how this differs from regular Costco should you ever need something it carries.

I truly appreciate that they have Begun to accommodate regular folks making purchases from this warehouse by bringing some of the regular warehouse items in the store. I am saddened that they have decided not to bring back the large bag of movie popcorn which I can still get in the saint Catherine's business center when I travel to the US but that isn't as often as I used to so please bring it back to the Scarborough business center.

First important thing is, this place is less crowded than those usual ones. Atleast you don't have to queue up for finding a parking space. Another key fact is that most items here are in bigger packs than the other Costco stores. Many items are packed in bigger sizes, catering the needs of restaurants and hotels. You can even get a frozen full goat. Overall, a kind of better feel than those jam packed Costco stores.

It can get busy on weekends like all Costcos, the parking can get tricky during prime time but it is to be expected. The lines to cash out are not that bad considering how busy they get and that’s why I love Costco for that. This location is a little different than the regular Costco and caters mostly to businesses. Their weekly flyers specials are also different. Worth a look if you want to buy in bulk ☺️

I had never been before, so I thought I'd check it out. It's great if you own a restaurant or convenience store, but for the average shopper, the regular Costco is probably a better choice. Maybe it was just the timing of my visit, but it was almost empty compared to the regular stores. It was nice not having to navigate through a sea of shopping carts.

I like going here it's not as busy as the regular Costco's there are more bulky stuff that you can buy here. We usually go for like the fruits, vegetables. The drink stuff like that when we go to this one because it doesn't carry any of the other stuff like clothing and stuff like that. But this one is one of my favorites to go in and out

This Costco business center is legendary! Totally happy with their prices they beat all mvr and other cash & carry prices! Their prices is 3 to 7$ dif for delivery but still good option to order your business needs for their free delivery! All of employees gave us happy face and smile! Like you are a regular and daily customer to them!

Visited costco business center today and was assisted by a lovely employee an asain man named Bill. Bill not only took the time to assist us by dropping what he was doing and walking us across the store but he gave his input on how to use the product. We then stopped him 2 more times and he was super patient.Excellent customer service

This place have more bulk items geared for business but still good for big family. Surprisingly not bust as the one up street (the one with gas station). Compared to others, this store is huge. Loved this Costco store! Especially if you have executive membership. Great quality of products, much larger package sizes but you get what you need. Not as crazy as the regular Costco stores. It doesn't carry everything the other Costco locations do, but still worth going to both, each for different purposes.

This location is more for restauranteurs / people running businesses, BUT it still carries a lot of things I would normally get at another location. The biggest plus is there are no crowds here, even on a Saturday morning! I recommend coming here at least once, even if only to see what's available.

This lady who is driving this was going all over Costco at high speed and very dangerously and wouldn’t stop honking rapidly! Go slower and don’t disturb all the customers here ! My old grandfather was about to get a heart attack of that very loud and disturbing sound that she was making!!!

Fast, efficient cashes, so lineups don't matter. Most people are buying in bulk, cashing out is quicker when they scan a whole bo. It's busy but that's fun. Great deals if you know where to find them. Edit: This is a great spot to stock up for Halloween. Large quantities, great prices.

A huge warehouse that carries everything in other Costcos warehouses plus many bulk items for businesses. It was so busy with long line ups at the cashiers but the lines were moving quickly. It is definitely the place to shop if you have a business. Prices are very reasonable as well.

water leaks from the ceiling (might be the air conditioner), at the milk aisle close to 3.25% milk I’ve only been to this business center TWICE, and the water dropped on my head TWICE… please fix it or at least put a sign there, really don’t want to wash my hair twice in one day

Appreciate this Costco wasn't crazy busy. Lots of parking. Almost all tills were open. No self checkout, but didn't have to wait long at all. There are many Costos that are much closer, but venture to this one for the 100 pixie capsules at $29.99.

I love that this is business focused. No samples, no food court, everything is bigger and bulkier, not as crowded as other costcos. Makes shopping super fast. Cashiers are well trained to keep larger transactions moving smoothly and quickly.

HUGE costco for big families and bulk shopping. Isles are apart and not crowded like in regular costcos. Many food choices for meat, cheeses, drinks etc. I didn't see the clothes, shoes, underwear, books, section in this location.

Always ample parking and carts are readily available. Purchased this Waterpik shower head, from the Costco in Ajax. Super simple and quick installation! Only issue I have is the excessive packaging!

Great selection and found things not available in the other Costco. I usually shop in bulk and find everything I needed minus the crowd and long line up at check out. This was a big plus for me.

The Costco Business Centre is amazing. It has a lot of commercial equipment and quantities for the food industry, and still offers the items you'll find at your regular Costco.
