The cashier at main customer service was very rude and unpleasant. She was giving us hard time as she was Indian like us. We had bought clothes worth $395. There were two sets of men’s PJ. One PJ suit was green (sleep therapy brand) it came with shirt and pants. We showed the picture but the cashier wanted to charge us separately for shirt and pant. It was pure common sense that she could use it. Please see photo attached for your reference. Second set was Hanes Brand which had Knit Top and Flannel Pant Sleep Set. The top was red on the set and the picture was showing white so she wanted to charge us again another $24.97 even though it was a set. She could not believe us until I had to go back to where we got the set and bring it to her to prove while my sister was at the cashier. When my sister asked for her name, she refused to give and said something wrong. Her name I believe was Anujha. Not sure if she gave the right name or not. My sister told her that as customer we have the right to know her name. We are at senior management level and we know that customers do have the right to know who they were dealing with. Please see the pic of receipt and also the proof of the packaging of two PJ Sets. I will never shop again at this store and will never recommend Family and friends as the cashier treated us like criminals. She should be fired as Walmart will loose lot of customers like that. She is discriminating and she does not know what she is doing. She needs more training or needs to be fired

went to buy cosmetics, totalled to 21.37 which was around what I expected. I brought $28 exactly. Placed my 10+5$ bill and since i hand a ton of change for the remaining I grabbed a handful to count at the counter. The short (5’1 - 5’3 perhaps) brown bob cut ish lady there at the cosmetic register (who seems to be friendly with a lot of the others) just took it all and placed it in the register saying I paid exactly. I made sure I brought atleast $5 more so I could get $5 bill change. It was all in the register already, what was I supposed to do. Made my day worse as right after I left squeezing past the line of people, my KS wallet which was in my coat pocket by my receipt, contains a strap got caught on one of the hooks and I thought I lost it and only noticed when I left the parking lot and even crossed the road and went to reach for my presto for the bus. Fortunately, it was still there but I mean it hadn’t even been 5mins since I left the store. Doesn’t change my review the reason for this in the first place is because I basically got scammed all my money in my wallet, thankfully I didn’t take out ALL my change in one go but that was only ~$2 left in change. I’m already broke as is, why do this? Please hire more accountable people, I trusted the workers with my change and I get robbed instead.

Smaller and older Walmart Supercenter located within the Agincourt Mall complex. There are two entrances/exits, one directly to the parking lot and other is to the mall. It has the typical clothing, shoes, houseware, kitchenware, frozen foods, pantry foods, toys, automotive, pharmacy and seasonal items. It also has a McDonald's with a large sitting area located at the back of the store. This Walmart location doesn't sell any fresh produce or meats. Ample parking spots even during busy periods.

The loss prevention staff made an unwarranted comment while I waited in the return line. After completing my return, he circled back and asked the associate for a "weekly flyer" which was on my side, attempting to identify what I returned. Given that it was a mere $4 item, the approach seemed peculiar. There's room for improvement in maintaining discretion when dealing with individuals who may have motives to steal. This experience makes me not want to return to this location in the future.

This store has almost everything like other walmart but no frozen food no produces. I have visited this store in the morning which was good. The last time I visited at night, I didn't feel too comfortable shopping. At entrance there was someone asking for change. Inside in the McDonald, there was another person asking customer for change to buy food. A lot of good deals for a lot of everything

BRING BACK EMPLOYEES STOP BEING CHEAP! LINE UP OF MORE THAN 30 PEOPLE IN SELF CHECKOUT AND 0 CASH REGISTERS OPEN ON A SATURDAY. Absolutely ridiculous! Self checkout is to increase efficiency WHEN REGISTERS ARE FULL, NOT TO ELIMINATE NUMBERS OF EMPLOYEES. This store needs to do better.

They have Hot Wheels and they are cheaper than Dollarama. The gift bags are really expensive for some reason. A pretty big McDonald’s inside with a lot of seating. Not sure how the staff are, since I didn’t need to interacted with them, but they seem very hard working and nice.

Not a bad place for shopping. However no person to ask any help. Even if you were lucky to find someone, they would ignore you. Lot to improve. If they get paid well they would deliver better customer service. It seems like they do the job because they need a job to feed.

Nice place to get school items, groceries and various household staples. Staff were friendly. Strongly recommend using the self-checkout or at cosmetic department during weekend to avoid long lining up.

Nice and big Walmart located in the Agincourt Mall. Open until 11pm There’s Shoppers, NoFrills, subway right next to it
