My brother-in-law is a car FANATIC and a meticulous car detailer in Toronto. He details his own cars. He taught me how to properly wash and wax my own car (the two bucket method). I even bought all of the professional products. Who knew that there were so many steps? (e.g. special car soap, microfibre cloths, special towels, bug and tar spray, waxing vs sealing). I could go on and and on… Before I moved back to Ottawa, my brother-in-law made me promise that I would always hand wash my car. However, after starting a new job this week, I was way too tired to do it myself. I did my research and found Country Car Care. 4.9 out of 5 stars? Glowing reviews? Impressive pictures? Seemed almost too good to be true. It wasn’t; the results speak for themselves. I wish I had taken “Before” pictures. I had taken my car on two long-distance road trips (10+ hours each) and had neglected to wash the dead bugs from the front grill, hood and rear view mirrors of the car. I knew what contaminants and road tar could do to car paint if left sitting for too long. When I dropped off my car, not only was Alex wearing a headlamp (so that he could inspect the car), he was also able to point out some contamination from the rear brakes that were now on stuck to the paint on the back quarter panel of the car. I didn’t even notice that myself! Furthermore, I suggested one (more expensive) car care package. Alex told me I didn’t need it. He suggested a less expensive package, and explained the steps they’d take to clean the car. I agreed. I was just happy that someone besides me would remove the bugs from the car. When I picked up my car, I literally gasped out loud. My car has NEVER looked this GLOSSY before — even when it was brand new. And as you can see from the pics, the car is GLEAMING. It looks STUNNING. Before this experience, I was careful, but not obsessed with my car because I was determined to maintain it so that it would hold its value. Now, I am OBSESSED with maintaining it the way Alex returned it to me. Thank you Alex; you now have a customer for life!

The guys at this shop are very accommodating and kind. I also don’t think you’ll find a better price for a detail based on my previous experience and research. They did a wonderful job on the exterior and interior. I only docked 1 star because I had left the first time with sunscreen still stained on my seats after paying for the spring cleaning service which included seat shampoo. When I called them back about it, they said to bring it back in, no problem, they’d try to get it out for me. I believe it was missed only because the seats were still damp when I left, so we didn’t notice the sunscreen staining until the seats were dry again and I was back home. However, when I was able to come back two days later they were successful in removing the stains for me! Also to note that you’d be paying for parking in the garage during your stay, but if you go in on Sunday it’s only $2 max!

I am a very picky person when it comes to having my car detailed. Before my children I would do it myself. I have been to a few different detailing places in the past and was never really satisfied. That all changed when my friend recommended you guys to me. I took in my husbands van. It has never been professionally detailed since he bought it. He is a taper and painter, and you could not imagine the dust and dirt in this vehicle. These guys blew my mind with the condition it was in when it was done. It looked better than the day he brought it home. Hands down great work and great experience will highly recommend. You also can’t beat the value you get for your dollar. Can’t wait to have them do my vehicle in the very near future. Keep up the fantastic job team!

Hands down the best car detailing in the city, and served with a smile! After reading the glowing reviews for Country Car Care, I booked an apt this morning with cautious optimism. After an embarrassing 4 years without professional cleaning plus the addition of a dog, my Murano was, to put it delicately, in dire need of some loving care. Ali promised to make it look as good as new, and boy did he not disappoint! After very kindly offering me a loaner vehicle while mine was serviced, I returned 2 1/2 hours later to a new and improved iteration of my beloved car. Gone were the salt stains, dog hair, and general 4 years of neglect - and Ali did not lie, it truly did look brand new. Thank you for the excellent work and the warm welcome - I will definitely be back!

I had alot of salt caked into my car this winter, which trust me was difficult to remove. The guys at Country Car Care however did a FABULOUS job today! All the salt was gone and some of this has been there for 3 whole years straight. I took the Spring car wash deal and to my amazement the car honestly came back to brand new. The guys did an EXCELLENT job! It looks like they also cleaned my daughters car seat for free. Everything shines and the car seats look black as new. I will definitely be coming back here. If you want the ease of having your car cleaned and done well, while being able to walk about downtown, I'd recommend trying them for your car detail cleaning. Thanks Guys! I would highly recommend this business located under city hall . I called early in the morning and was able to get my car detailed that morning. They did an excellent job. The location is perfect and if you don’t want to go home while they clean your car there is so much you can do downtown. There is a service ontario in city hall. So you can get your drivers licence, health card, plate sticker renewed while you wait (if you don’t want to do it online) Inside city hall there are mini art exhibits and the public library along with restaurants are nearby.

(Service used: exterior hand wash and dry. I cannot speak for the other services offered) Honestly, it felt like only half the car was washed. Several spots with unrinsed soap stains, other several spots with dirt stains that were not even touched. The glass had to be cleaned again when I got home because the stains left behind were almost worse than the dirty glass from before the wash. I went there twice, hoping the first bad experience had been just a coincidence. But my second time there was even worse. Not recommended.

Brought my Subaru WRX here and had it cleaned inside and out without appointment. They had great prices, great communication (via text), and the final product was absolutely wonderful. This was the first professional interior clean the car had in 5 years and it looked ready for the show room. I use this car as my daily and take it to the camp ground (firewood, pine needles), to the hardware store (lumber, tools), and race it in autocross (+++brake dust). Very much recommended!

I been there twice with a brand new car. The first time it was okay, but some areas like the trunk carpet and smaller external areas around the window were not cleaned. The second time I went the car smelled like dirty socks, even though my car had that new car smell. 3 months on and the smell still lingers. Plus they sprayed cleaner on the inside of the windshield and didnt wipe it off - just a pain.

Have had my car cleaned at Country Care on Laurier for the last several years. The entire Staff are fantastic, the entire interaction was extremely professional and the quality of the work was perfect. I will certainly continue to use this service and would recommend to anyone that works in the downtown area as you can park and have your car cleaned while you go to work!!

These guys did a unbelievable job at getting my car looking brand new. The amount of salt stains they removed was outstanding and looked like they had never been there. My car is 7 years old, and has never been detailed before... And let me tell you it was well lived in.. but you wouldn't know after the job they did county car care did. I will absolutely be back.

I went there today and had my car washed inside out for the best price in town and let me tell you. They did what most car wash wouldn’t even bother to do even if you pay a higher price. I bought my Tesla model Y for a clay bar and detailing before getting a PPF/wrap, they did a wonderful job inside and out. They knew exactly how to set up the car in "car wash" mode which I didn't and even offered to charge my car (30A), was an amazing experience and the best price I found by far in Ottawa.

This was my first time using Country Car Care. Excellent job! The interior was super clean like a new car including the floor mats, winter mats and trunk. And they are open weekends too which is a bonus. I will be a returning customer for the spring and fall (pre-winter) cleaning.

My husband brought our car in for a pre-winter cleaning. What an amazing job they did! We got the more expensive cleaning which includes steam-cleaning the mats, but it was definitely worth it! The car looks beautiful and like new again. We will definitely be returning.
