Highly recommended. Best in town with top-notch service and friendly, professional attitude. Brought my '11 BMW X3 in for the platinum package and oil change and was completely blown away by how friendly and professional they were. My car was detailed to perfection especially the interior where I had most trouble keeping it clean. Car nostalgically smelt and looked like when I bought it. They also took care of my heavily salted and stained floorliner with no additional cost. They made sure I was satisfied before the car leave the garage. For the oil change, they probably had the most competitive price in Ottawa. Just make sure you call them ahead of time and specify which kind of oil and filter suitable for your car. The are very honest with me about the part their provider mistook and actively schedule an appointment for me on the next day even though their schedule was extremely packed (you got to book at least 2 months in advance to get a spot). Came back the next day to get oil change, it took a bit longer than expected because my car was not what they were familiar with but they were very patient and with very positive attitude (it was partly my fault to not inform them the location of the oil outlet). There was also miscommunication between the booking person and the mechanics, they accidentally filled with the wrong oil but were gladly drain it out and refill with the correct one for me. I will definitely come back for the next time I need to detail my car and refer them to my friends and colleagues.

Our car looks like new and my fiance could not be happier with the result. At first I was a touch disappointed when we picked up our car. A staff member met us and told us he wanted us to come back for touch ups because he wasn't happy with the job he did. I went to check the work and he came with me..... which made it harder to really look around and get a sense of whether I was happy with the job that was done. Once I was in the car and headed home with a chance to investigate on my own I was REALLY impressed. Obviously these guys take pride in their work if they were unhappy with a near perfect job. We HAD specifically requested that the trunk area of our suv was washed (it was only vacuumed) but the overall result overshadowed this and my fiance feels like her car is new again.

I brought my Infinity G37 coupe into Otown Car wash. It was my girlfriends birthday last weekend and her and her friends needed to be picked up from the bar. During the drive one of the friends was sick in the backseat. You can say I wasn't very happy...I googled a couple places to get a good cleaning for my car, and I saw that OTown had 5 star reviews, so I decided to give it a go. One of the managers recommend the platinum package for my car and joked that getting the vodka cran smell out of the carpet would be no problem. And they did not disappoint. My car looked as fresh as when I first drove it off the lot last year. They did some great work and would defiantly recommend this company to friends and family. It had a very friendly and professional atmosphere.

Otown Wash is nothing short of phenomenal. I brought my car in as a last minute detailing as my Mom was coming into town and I wanted to impress her. My car hadn't been cleaned inside or outside in over two years and was covered in two dogs worth of hair, mud, salt and grime. Not an easy job to say the least. I'm fairly new to detailing and didn't realize how much of a difference a competent car detailing team can actually make. My car looks like the same brand new car I picked up from the dealership a few years ago. Ahmed, the owner of the company and his team were amazing to work with and extremely professional! If you're looking for top notch quality detailing at an affordable price, I cannot recommend Otown Wash enough!

Worst service I have ever experienced at a car wash business. I booked an appointment with Zee a month ago. Came to my appointment first thing at 8am. I was told to come pick my car up at 2pm. I come at ten to 2 and he says I told you to come at 2pm. I said look at your watch. Oh it's going in now. (F you going in now) and it will be done in 30 mins. You told me it takes 3 hours for platinum wash and wax this morning and you want to finish in 30 mins. Never again I told him that I'm never coming here again and he says perfect. Worst customer service ever. I don't think this review will affect their business but at least it expresses my frustration on my day off. Don't recommend them to anyone.

Took our two cars to OTown and am very, very impressed. The first was my wife's CX 5 which is one years old and kept clean all year - no big deal but it came out looking brand new again. The second was my 2014 Mazda 3 which is less cared for (I'm being kind to myself), had no winter mats and salt stains just about everywhere. This was the true test and I fully expected that they wouldn't be able to get it close to 'looking new'. Well, I was wrong. Salt and grime was completely gone and the car hasn't looked better since the day I drove it off the lot. Highly recommend these guys. Update - took our 2 cars in again in 2022 and the results were the same - excellent quality

I brought my Chevy Malibu into Otown Car Wash because I had spilt my timmies in the front seat of my car. It was a triple triple coffee so imagine the sweet and creamy mess it left behind! Yuck! The team was amazing. I was booked in later that day. I walked in and the team of men offered me a water and a magazine to help kill the time. I received the gold package-(Which includes a deep shampoo! YES). And I was not disappointed. The seats smelt like fresh laundry instead of my belvoved Tim Hortons. Did not think my car could look and smell this clean. Would defiantly reccomend this to my friends and family...the experience was incredible.

Great experience. Had booked an appointment at the end of the day and when I arrived staff were unfortunately behind due to some customers earlier in the day arriving late and car before me being much more work than expected. Owner informed me and was very apologetic, offered to reschedule. Was happy to see they were more concerned with doing a good job than rushing and cutting corners to try to keep to the schedule. Threw in a free shampoo even though I had only paid for the Silver package. Results were fantastic, staff were friendly and seemed to genuinely care about the customer more than anything else. Will definitely return.

The staff is really helpful, prompt and friendly. Five stars for the staff! BUT. and this where they lost 2 stars. I got an exterior car wash, thinking that the interior would not be touched at all. But they sprayed my seats with some sort of "air freshener" that was overwhelming. I'm not sensitive to scents but it hit me like a brick when i opened my door. I wish they would have asked first before they did that. Now i don't know how long it will take to get the smell to get faint. It is so strong, I'm worried it will never come out.

Update - May 29, 2023 Just had my car treated with the Silver package, and added on salt stain removal and rail dust treatment. Price is still VERY fair for the quality of work done, and the new owners are even more friendly than the previous ones! End of update. Been here a few times now after discovering a Groupon deal. Every time I leave my car looks brand new and I have a smile on my face. The owner and his staff remember me by name and welcome me back with a smile and hand shake. They know the meaning of customer service!

I bought the groupon for these guys and I sure am glad I did. As a 1st time customer I left certain that I will be a regular. Booking was easy and the communication was excellent. These guys take pride in their work and make sure you leave a happy and satisfied customer. They go above and beyond. My vehicle transports kids all the time so it gets really messy. It looks spotless. They cleaned my headlights that were so yellowed that visibility at night was poor. Now they sparkle like brand new. Super happy! Thanks OTown.

We bought a groupon for the platinum package and were blown away! It took a couple tries to get an appointment, but they are busy for a reason. Our 2013 Subaru Forrester had never been professionally cleaned, but had been professionally trashed by our kids. We had bad salt stains on the carpets and lots of dirt and grime. The car looks new again and smells great! They took their time and did a fabulous job. We would definitely recommend Otown car wash and will be repeat customers. Thank you guys!

Can't recommend Otown wash enough. I went once for a full interior and exterior car detailing. Work was completed promptly and my car was spotless afterwards. Another time, my car had been involved in a minor incident and paint was splattered all over. I called and they took me in immediately without an appointment and were able to clean it and buff it and it looks better than new. They were professional, kind and called me several times to update me on the progress. Can't recommend enough.

They did a good job cleaning my car but I payed for the waxing of the car and an engine shampoo. Fortunately I noticed they didnt do that just before leaving. They were sorry and took it back. But just before the car was "ready" a client walked in saying she had to make another appointment because of the same situation. It clicked afterwards when I saw the engine and the outside of the car in my head that they must do this to every client in the hopes they don't notice it.

Highly recommended. Fast and VERY good. My car was a disaster. Crackers and every other thing a 5 year old boy can get in a backseat. Everything is gone and so clean. Car smelt fantastic too. Purchased a Groupon (Gold package $129) and once you are in their system with the Groupon you will continue to only pay the $129 discounted Groupon price. **You have to pay the taxes on the Groupon purchase price when you pick up the car ($17 on the Gold pkg)** WORTH IT!!!

Great job of cleaning with the Gold package. On my first visit they gave me a ride to/from work while they cleaned my car (I work within a couple of blocks of their location). Unfortunately, they were too busy the second time - these guys are busy, so call early for an appointment! After the second cleaning, they even offered to have me come back for free if deep-set salt stains reappeared. Didn't have to. Great job!

I have had my vehicle cleaned by OTown Wash more than once in the past and their service is exceptional! My car was quite dirty with salt and what not and they did a an amazing job! Shiba is professional and thorough, and provides great service. He recently cleaned my vehicle and did a great job and was able to get the worst dirt and salt stains off my mats, they now look like new! Thank you Shiba!!!

Great prices (Groupons for 50% available). They do a great job. I only did the exterior, so can't comment on other services. The car came our much cleaner than an automated wash. The workers are nice and polite. The only drawback is they are ALWAYS busy. So some days you can't book a wash, and some days you might wait 30-40 minutes for your turn...but that's very reasonable for such low prices.

Decent last minute wash, but missed a lot of spots. There are still leaves on the inside of the car, the sides of the seats werent washed, and the outside wasnt completely washed. There are still smudges on the windshield, side windows, hood, and roof. The bumper was also still muddy. I'd bring it again, but should have looked the car over in more detail and got their team to clean it further.

The team at Otown Car wash were amazing. I got a groupon packages for interior and exterior and it was my first time at this location. The staff did not miss a spot and they went above and beyond. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated. The owner seemed very nice as well and I would highly recommend this place. My car looked like the day I purchased it from the dealership.

I can't say enough good things about Otown. They obviously truly care about the vehicles they detail. I brought my Model 3 in for the silver package and they exceeded all my expectations! I picked up my car and had a smile leaving. The car was super clean and looked as good as when I bought. Every nuke and cranny was cleaned and shinning! The service is friendly and efficient, there's a nice waiting room to wait and relax in, and ultimately, my vehicle is always spotless, inside and out. I went for the first time with my rather already clean Mini Cooper for some interior detailing. When I got home underneath my mats were soaking wet to the point where my mats were dripping. They didn’t even bother touching the backseat and outside and inside my cup holders were still dirty. While driving home there had been a clip that had fallen from underneath the dash.

Dynamite place. My teenage son’s second hand car was not well cleaned when bought especially the cloth seats, the rusty colour on the hubs and the filthy engine. After a few hours with these guys and wow. I bought the platinum package from Groupon for half price and was worth every penny. This is a family business who knows how to treat a customer and perform at 110%

Great place to do business with. Took a chance and bought a Groupon for Platinum package because it was close to home. Greeting was very welcoming, they put on the latest Spiderman movie for my son and I to watch while we waited. Car looked and felt like new again. Shiny on the outside and meticulously clean on the inside. Very happy, will be going back for sure!

I had my car detailed today, April 2017 and had an amazing experience with OTown's team. I called to see if I could get an earlier appointment scheduled and they fit me in two days later. I've been taking my car here for a semi-annual cleaning (spring and fall) for the past two years and all I can say is they are the best of the best!! I get everything done here: car cleaning, summer/winter tire swaps, oil changes. The guys at O-Town are friendly and take pride in what they do and I haven't stopped recommending them to anyone who will listen.

To make a long story short, a child got sick in the back seat of our car on a road trip. Otown empathized with situation and got squeezed me in with out an appointment or phone call. They were able to shampoo the seat and use an enzyme remover so we didn't have to deal with the smell the rest of the trip!

Great staff! I have been here to have my minivan cleaned twice, they do a great job! I have 3 young kids who frequently spill their snacks and drinks in the van, but it always comes out like new! Would recommend hem to anyone, my father in law took his truck there too, he loved them service!

I took my brand new car coated with nano ceramic that I got it less than a month. This was its first car wash! Now I brought it home under the light I can see they scratched all the body with the tool that they washed my car. Do not let them ruin your car!!!!

Bought a used car with some serious stains. After spending hours trying to get them out with store bought seat cleaner, these guys got them out and detailed the whole car in an hour. They did an amazing job. Car is 8 years old and looks brand new inside.

Friendly and efficient they missed a lot of areas but they promptly cleaned everything in more details as soon as I pointed things out. They even offered I bring it back if I'm not satisfied with anything when fabric dries out.

Our 12 year old car looks like new. Excellent customer service! Wouldn't recommend the seat and carpet shampoo in the winter unless you have a heated garage as after the 2hr treatment it is very wet.
