No signs to help you navigate this place, mat stations, etc. They have vacuum stations with No Instructions and with mat holders but you can’t wash your mats, I nearly pulled off the second hose thinking it was for washing the mats.. They make you get into your car and drive over to the office where the pressure wash with water only, No Soap! And they didn’t even dry the mats. Gave them to me soaked and dripping. Best to go to the car wash down the street. You get all the same stuff for less price AND soap for your mats!! Why should you pay for them to use only water when you can use only water at your house. The blonde girl inside wasn’t very nice or helpful either. Didn’t seem to care they gave me soaked and dripping mats to go back in my car. They used to have tons of staff willing to help you out but now there’s 3 inside that can’t wait to go home.. Not a good experience.

I’d never used Halo before and wasn’t sure what to expect. I seriously have never had my car look so clean before. Seriously. The car wash was far more elaborate than any I’ve experienced before. It was an extensive exterior wash. From there the detail area for carpets was easy & amazing. Simple touches like a vacuum hose on each side of the car to air to blow water out of your locks. The carpet cleaners were brilliant too. Never seen that before When I stopped at another store shortly after I came out and honestly have never seen my car look so clean let alone shiny. Including the tires. Totally worth it! I’m hooked!!

This car wash just opened and is hands down is the best car wash in kanata/stitsville area. Even with a line the wait is minimal when compared to other carwashes that do one car at a time. They have friendly staff at the kiosk, and at the tunnel to help guide you onto the track. My car was dirty from wet gravel roads and the platinum wash cleaned it right off. The drying equipment does a great job of leaving the car spotless. I signed up for the monthly / unlimited membership afterward, it’s great value, and gives you access to unlimited exterior washes, and use of the vacuum/mat washer for the interior.

I only got the basic wash and added the additional $5 wax option. $22.59. So pricy enough. Running boards that were not that dirty going in, still had mud prints on them after wash. Truck is a 2023 with 6k on it so not really that dirty when I went in. Everything else was cleaned and shinny. Really Liked the crazy blowers at the end. Enough air to blow my gas flap open. And dry the truck fairly well. Not really sure how the mat cleaner worked but was able to vacuum them then vacuumed the rest of carpets in the truck. Pretty satisfied, maybe try the premium wash next time and hopefully better outcome.

Great car wash!!!! Car comes out REALLY clean. Wheels are cleaned quite well also. The waxing provides a nice shine and ensures water beads off the car when it rains (no water spots on a black car). The number of overhead blowers dries the car off really well (added bonus if you have a black car). The machines that clean and dry your floor mats in 45 seconds is an added bonus as well as the vacuums that have all the head attachments to vacuum the interior properly. They’ve thought of everything. Overall, beats the gas station car washes BY A MILE!! Highly recommended.

We are extremely impressed by this automated truck/car wash! Everything included like vaccum, air and car mat washing is a super added bonus. Ali helped us out today and explained all the monthly plans, it's the only way to go! ALI shared with us his upbeat customer service and knew what he was talking about from A - Z. The wash is guaranteed clean! Another bonus, they will pressure wash the side steps and rubber mats on the way in at request. Halo will be our new go to truck wash and cleaning! Thanks Ali!

I would like to share my experience with Halo Car Wash, which I believe is a great option for vehicle washing. The wax they use lasts for a long time and keeps your car looking shiny, even weeks after washing. They provide stalls with air sprays, vacuums, and automated mat cleaners that can clean non-molded floor mats. The staff employed at this location are friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented. This is, without a doubt, the best car wash in town. I would highly recommend this car wash facility.

Received a coupon for a free wash from here and thought I’d try it out. Location is very clean and nice looking, staff member who helped guide us onto the track for the wash was nice! Car wash itself was okay. Was able to get the car decently clean, but there were still spots of dirt and smudges on it after the wash. Can’t complain since the wash was free, but I don’t think I would go there to pay for the job that was done.

I came for the first time and Ali and Neil’s really helped me out. I enjoyed my experience and my Toyota looks brand new! I’m thinking of signing up for the monthly subscription now, but prices could be more affordable. The vacuums are all inclusive and have fantastic suction. Really fantastic service and I pray that this business succeeds because I believe this is something Stittsville needs.

amazing car wash and customer service. I have been here a couple times and each time it’s extraordinary. Not only do they keep the wash and vacuum area clean, they also have amazing workers. The first time coming to Halo I was unsure of how everything worked. A sweet young lady named Alexis was able to give me a hand. She had great knowledge and ultimately made me come back.

A touch expensive, but best automated carwash there is by magnitudes. Of note - I thought this was a stupid idea until I realized that with an EV we are never at a gas station to get the "deal" when you fill up. So, if you're gonna pay for a wash, might as well be the best :) Kids love the LED lights. "RELAX" light at the end is a great reminder.

Amazing car wash and amazing team working there! I was really impressed with an employee named Neil he really helped me out with all the services they have to offer and even got me a free wash with a text code!! My only gripe was some tire shine that was leftover on my wheel but a quick wipe down was all that was needed. I would recommend!

Absolutely the best wash (they clean under your car too) and the vacuum and mat cleaners are free. If you're car isn't clean to your satisfaction they will send you through again. I've never had to go through more than once. Top notch and I'd definitely get the membership in the winter, especially living in Canada.

I used this wash as I received a promo code for the Performance Wash. It was quite nice!! The staff was helpful when I showed up upon entrance to the wash. My car came out beautiful!!! I recommend this wash as it does not skimp on the simple things. You should pay for the Performance Wash to start.

Best car wash in town! I received a free Platinum car wash and couldn’t believe how fast and efficient their system is. The worst part about getting a car wash is waiting 45 minutes in a line. With Halo I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Super impressed.

For the price. I expected a much better job. No employees outside to talk to about it. It's great looking. But should be better. Running boards where still dirty. Side mirrors had the cloth marks on them. Not impressed. $31.63 is way to much.
