Unfortunately I had to use them when it was too late. I will regret not using a higher end vet clinic and I’m not sure if it would have mattered. I took my love Layla for more tests and I was told “you don’t want to see her in an emergency” which hit me hard and gave me truth that my previous vet didn’t give me after spending over 600$ on her: I just need people to be honest with me. Because of our first visit. I took the week off from work and spoiled my dog Layla. I scheduled her “no more pain” day and it was peaceful. I was in the room cause I would never abandon her. Everyone was thoughtful and nice. So much so that I’ve transferred my cats care to them he’s young and wild but being a Munchkin I know I’m going to run into problems later in life: The staff really cares and I needed that. I got a really nice card for Layla with her paw print the poem took my breath away. The cremation service they offer is good. I will say the name plate seemed a bit cheap but they don’t have anything to do with that and I will be buying her a new urn. Despite the circumstances I would recommend.

We plan to make this our official Vet for our dog. We walked in to a clean reception area, greeted with smiles by the person at the front desk, and offered cold brew coffee. The vet assistant was mindful of our dog, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Then, when the Vet came in, he was able to explain things to us in detail to where it made sense. He also made great recommendations and gave explanations as to why he was recommending what he was. Most Vets we've had just tell us and then try to upsell us on other things if we show signs of uncertainty. That wasn't the case here. It didn't feel as if they were out for profit, but as if they genuinely cared about our dog. We'll be back, no doubt.

I am so impressed with this place! Dr Squires is so kind and informative and so are the techs and super sweet receptionist. They were very nice to my dog and didn’t make me feel rushed or anything, and Dr Squires spent way more time talking to me than most vets I have been to, which was really nice to be able to talk directly to the doctor in detail. The tech Marlene was so good with him (even though my dog is NOT a fan of nail trims) and took the time and care to make sure he was comfortable during the nail trim & blood draw by offering squeeze cheese as needed. Dr Squires even called me afterwards to follow up on a question I had forgotten to ask. 10 stars from Ringo & I!

I called probably five other clinics looking for a quick appointments because my four kittens were sick. I needed immediate care. You all were the only ones that had any availability. All the staff that helped us were super professional, helpful, friendly, and kind. I appreciated being able to be in the room with the kitties and be part of the conversation about their health. All the costs were explained upfront, which has not been my experience with other clinics, unfortunately. It was a clean facility and felt like a trustworthy place. I feel confident that this will be the vet my kitties go to from now on.

PURFECT FOR CATS! Each time I call or schedule they are extremely attentive to what my animal needs and understand that In my head I’m In crisis mode. Madison over the phone was very empathetic and helped me get in same day for each EMERGANCY I had. The dr which I’m so sorry I don’t remember the name was a women who as soon as I saw her knew I could trust. Thankful for them as people and as a business. MOST vets are not like this! That is why I’m leaving a review. My cat felt comfortable in the waiting room too as there was enough space and wasn’t crowded with dogs.

These people are the best of the best of the best. They had immediate availability when I was very, very worried about my pup. On top of that, they were so empathetic and kind to me in understanding that I had a full time job and I had a call I was leading 30 min into our appointment and literally let me leave the room while they finished up with my boy and sit in my car for the following hour to lead my call. They are always so good to both of my boys and love on them so genuinely. I will always recommend Crestview and definitely this location!

We took our older pup in for a hip/knee pain flare-up, and they were really kind and explained everything to us in a way no other vet has! They recommended an xray to be sure there was no injury, and that gave us some peace of mind. They are also great with advice over the phone. Other places refuse to have the vet call you without seeing the pet again, and that can be annoying. I am glad this place knows how to treat clients and patients with care! This new location is convenient and the staff is super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend

Dr Squires is always the best! The front desk folks and the vet techs are also always extra kind to my very scared dog. One of the other reasons I love Crestview is because of how helpful and responsive they are when you have a pet emergency. I had tried a few other vets in the Austin area who were never willing to try to squeeze me in if I had a sick or injured animal. I ended up having to make many expensive trips to the emergency vet. This does not happen to me at Crestview. I highly recommend both the Tech Ridge and Burnet locations.

Dr. Squires has been providing care to our cats for 7 or 8 years now and we've followed her to this location because she's attentive, cares for our cats and is patient with my wife and I as we ask a million and a half questions and tell cat related stories. This new location is very clean, welcoming and non-intimating for our felines. The room we were in had a blanket spread out on the treatment table and a cat tower. The receptionist was welcoming and the techs were kind and handled our cat well during the visit. 5 stars to this team!

I recently got a new puppy, Winnifred. This is my first time as a puppy owner. The staff was extremely informal and patient with me as they walked me through any questions and steps I need to take, to care for my puppy girl. I felt that the examination was thorough and that staff was gentle with her to where she was no longer shaking towards the end. Staff even taught me what to look for when keeping up with her nails and gave her a complimentary nail trim. Bonus: There is nitro cold brew in the lobby!! 10/10 would recommend

The clinic is very clean and has no animal smell whatsoever. They have separate sections for cat exams and dog exams to reduce the animals' stress levels. The vet tech was warm and welcoming. Dr. Lindsay Squires was kind and knowledgeable. She took time to explain the possible causes for my cat's GI problems, what her recommended next steps would be, and why that approach would be best for the cat and my wallet. I highly recommend Crestview @ Tech Ridge to anyone living within 20 mins of IH-35 and Parmer.

I called several offices and when I called this one I believe I spoke to Madison, it was the first clinic that spoke to me in a polite way super friendly & she was very helpful which is what actually drove me to schedule.i Went in my first day assisted by Sam she was extremely sweet as well and the doctor was very informative and made me feel I made the right choice choosing this office for my pup definitely recommend. Smiling faces and will have your pet taken care of.

What a caring, professional veterinary practice! First time calling there, my dog was sick & my vet couldn’t take her until Thursday. They got me an appointment in an hour! The staff was very friendly & helpful. The veterinarian was so caring and patient! She explained everything & answered all my questions. I left their feeling like I was so glad that my vet couldn’t take her and I got to take my sick dog to a caring, loving practice!!

They are the best! Always so friendly and the nitro cold brew coffee on tap in the best for our early morning appointments I am here monthly for my cat’s Solensia injections. They are one of the few vet clinics that offer it and I am so grateful to have them so close to home. Extremely convenient that they also offer early morning appointments. I am able to get in and out before I even have to be at work.

Dr Squire is paws down the most professional quailfied and educational Veterinary Dr I've had the pleasure to meet. She is well versed and extremely knowledgeable in her field and incredibly kind. She takes time to explain throughly what is happening and is patient for us with all the questions we have. The entire team was super welcoming and friendly the entire visit!

Staff was wonderful and very understand and helpful with my puppies first time to the vet. They were very honest about what needed to be done but in no way did I feel pressured. I love that they give estimates and again never made me feel like I had to do something or that I was being judged if I said no. Everyone I encountered was so nice and kind.

Every single team member at the Tech Ridge location was so caring and wonderful to be around. I don't know all of their names but the Doctor, Sam and Brenda were the best ever! My 16 year old terrier, Mojo, was treated with lots of genuine TLC. I finally found our forever Vet and clinic...I highly recommend this clinic.

Great vet. This company has a few other locations. This one is newer. It got referred to me by another clinic that could not see my dog for two weeks. They saw my dog on a Saturday morning the next day. They were courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and a great value. Will definitely be making this my regular vet!

The absolute best! ... Maisy was very sick, the only people who could take her right away were the wonderful people at Crestview ... Dr. Squires & staff ran all the tests ... explained everything .... and gave her a shot for nausea so she felt better before she even left! ... Amazing!

Great service. We were greeted and set up in an exam room right away. They were patient with all my questions, and Dr. Squires gave me her full attention and explained all the things she was seeing in the health of my dog. Very happy!

Dr. Squires and the team are amazing. They were able to diagnose and start treatment for my dog's urinary tract infection. She is feeling much better after seeing her favorite doctor and got plenty of snuggles from everyone.

These guys were awesome. I got there 30 minutes early and they saw me immediately. They quickly diagnosed my lab mix's, Molly's, UTI and had the medicine in my hand within 45 minutes. Super easy, affordable and quick!
