We recently had Crew Electrical perform a complete re-wire at our new home. The task was quite extensive and involved, requiring drywall/ceiling cuts, attic entry and strategic planning along with specialized techniques to avoid damage to areas such as the kitchen backsplash. On top of this, the electrical panel was moved and service upgraded to 200amps. At the time of estimation, it became quickly apparent to me that Crew had a great deal of experience doing larger jobs and that this would not be over their head. An estimate was provided on site, something I also appreciated. Upon beginning the work, we were always kept in the loop on a daily basis as to the completed work, what lied ahead and any potential issues that were encountered along with options on how to resolve. The Crew team worked tirelessly, rain or shine, in an attempt to complete the work prior to our move in, which they successfully did. A special shout out to the lead electrician assigned to our place, Conrad, who patiently answered all of our questions and acted as a great problem solver during the entire process. We would not hesitate to recommend Crew Electrical to anyone and would obviously use them ourselves again in the future. The work they do is of top quality. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is using their drywaller. While his stippled ceiling repair in outstanding, the drywall repair wasn't so much, leaving a farm of 1/2cm craters everywhere (he claimed they are normal, they're not, google it). Also, part of the wall was scuffed pretty good from the ceiling repair (and not fixed), some drywall was left unsanded and HVAC air intake vents were not plastic wrapped prior to sanding (as a result, the insides of them were caked with drywall dust).

Prior to moving into our new home I contacted Drew at Crew electrical and discussed some future work at our new home ( power in the garage for a unit heater and a new switch in the bathroom for a bathroom fan ). Drew listened to what I had to say and gave a few suggestions that were better then what I was thinking. In the end they put a timed switch in the bathroom and a sub panel in the garage. Drew was very accommodating for scheduling the install. The day before Conrad gave us a call and showed up on time the day of. He is an amazing electrician, he's professional, punctual, polite and personable. Conrads work is in its own league as well and I was able to see why CREW electrical had him on their team. After the work was completed Conrad showed me everything he did and we noticed a tripped breaker. After further investigation he noticed it was a faulty break because the previous home owner doubled up another breaker to "fix" the issue. Doing this is very dangerous, it can cause a fire which could have burned down our home or worse. Conrad was quick to fix it for us. CREW electrical is an amazing company, their prices are competitive and their work is in its own league. I would point anyone into the direction of CREW electrical to have work done. Thanks guys

I am amazed, truly amazed! I contacted Crew Electrical Services for the installation of a very intricately designed chandelier with hundreds of delicate parts which was very tedious and extremely time-consuming work. In fact, I was told previously that it couldn’t be easily done, given the height, location and complexity. But Conrad and Christian arrived and very neatly and efficiently commenced securing the location of the install, carefully ensuring that the base was sound to support the weight of the fixture. Conrad went above and beyond to secure the base, ensured that everything was in perfect working order, then these two outstanding electricians commenced constructing the > 7-foot-long fixture while balanced on top of very long ladders. They worked tirelessly to complete the job to perfection (and I mean perfection!), then removed all the debris and moved everything back into place. Their work was meticulous! Five stars, ten stars, etc. are not enough. I will definitely be calling Crew Electrical again for further projects. I strongly recommend everyone to look no further and do the same.

My parents were looking to sell their home and needed a few things done in order to make it more marketable. We called Crew and Darian showed up to give us an estimate on replacing a few light fixtures and finishing the basement that was previously wired by another electrician. He gave us a very reasonable quote and was able to complete the work the same day. Darian was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of the questions we had. He tested everything and walked us through the work he had done, explaining how everything worked. We were very happy with how he cleaned up and took the old light fixtures with him for disposal. We hired Crew Electrical to repair outdated aluminium circuits in our home. Conrad came initially to fix a faulty plug. He was able to locate and fix the problem quickly and explained to us (in a language we could understand) that because our house is a 1970s build it really needed an aluminum electrical treatment. The following week, Chris and Jason completed the aluminum upgrade for us. They are both experienced professionals and provided regular progress updates while being respectful of our space and our yappy yorkie. I reached out to this service today at 1:45pm and spoke a gentleman called Adam. I had no power in my house and wanted an electrician to come by so that I could attend to some work and ensure I had heat tonight. He took my address and told me someone will call me back soon. I waited an hour and called back as I hadn't received a call. I got Adam again and he said to just wait. So I did. As I am writing this it's now 5:40 pm and no a single call has come through from this service. trusted my instincts and called Electric Experts YYC who promptly came within an hour. Well that 5 star seems bought, as I did not experience nothing but 1 star service.

I was at a whole sale electrical store the other day to pick up some parts for my father in-law. I am not a electrician by any means so I had no idea what to ask for that was needed for his house. Installed a combination smoke alarm and C02 detector to replace the old one that no longer worked. Conrad is a great person and I have had him repair an outdoor socket also in the past. He is personable and makes sure you understand all that is happening and how to work the device when its installed. He ran through the test sequence for me so I knew what to expect and indicated I would need to replace two AA batteries in one year and when they were getting to the point of not working what the device would do to remind me. I had crew electrical services come out to install power for our new hot tub.Jeremy came out and told me he could not give me a fair quote unless he had more information about the type and location for my hot tub. Jeremy came out and installed the tub for me ,them taught me how to fill the hot tub by using the hot water tank to fill the tub with hot water fast. Then after the tub was filled up he took the time to show me how to operate the tub that I was not shown by the hot tub company I bought it from. Had a great experience with Crew. They replaced a 70's panel/breakers for me and tidied up the old wiring nicely, also had them add new premium bath fans.
