Bakery
"Friendly staff"
"They have good pastries which are definitely not cheap but good quality though BUT the staff in Atria really needs to be trained"
"One of the best bakeries in town, the pastries here surpass your overhyped and overpriced selections elsewhere in PJ such as D*uD*ou"
"Always love this place"
"Usually I buy 1-2 pastries at their store and so I didn’t request for the hand carry paper bag"
Friendly staff. The head baker/supervisor comes out when available and can help with pastry decisions. Great detail. Perhaps due to lower no. of customers resulting from CMCO, the quantity of pastries available is very limited. The pumpkin & chicken Tartine sounded interesting, but biting into it, the dough didn't seem freshly baked. Disappointed. I understand not to waste, so perhaps either sell at half price or donate to needy. On the other hand, the Canele De Bordeaux and Rose Caffe Latte were delicious! Limited seating inside and outside. Tried to keep socially-distanced but could do with moving 1 inside table to outside (or completely if not allowed in the mall space. Would've mind returning for another round of trying, and perhaps round 2 of the Canele.
They have good pastries which are definitely not cheap but good quality though BUT the staff in Atria really needs to be trained. I bought some pastries, the staff took his time to wash his hands, no issues with that, keyed in the price and instead of telling me the price, flipped the tablet so I could see the price myself. Seeing how he behaved, I thought he was oku, mute , but once I gave him the money and said thank you to him, he said thank you I don't know what kind of shops has staff that do not say hello, smile, give you the price....but I sure damn know it isn't a good shop. Competition is tough nowadays and I definitely will buy my pastries somewhere else if it is to be treated like that. It's a shame as the pastries are pretty good.
One of the best bakeries in town, the pastries here surpass your overhyped and overpriced selections elsewhere in PJ such as D*uD*ou. The only pastry I ever crave for is Croisserie's kouign amman - you have not lived until you've tasted their take on it. Their version is simply one of the best in town, and trust me because I am obsessed with this pastry. Their croissants, pain au chocolat, egg tarts and canele are worth trying too. If you love queuing in long lines or paying ridiculous prices for mediocre pastries at 'made-for-Instagram' cafes, this is not the place for you. But if you want tasty bakes at fair prices, come here instead.
Always love this place. Small but... It feels really cozy and - 'almost' reminded me some little places in France . Awesome pastries and cakes. I especially love their croissant , soft, buttery nice. Delightful and great matcha and tea, coffee, latte, cappuccino, etc. Personally I love their Matcha, its heavenly. Love that they've à programme to reduce the overuse of plastic if you purchase one of their carry on/reusable cups. 10 free cups of coffee, and 20% off each beverage there on when you return with the cup Great customer service, very friendly and attentive.
Usually I buy 1-2 pastries at their store and so I didn’t request for the hand carry paper bag. And today I went to buy 3 pastries and I requested for the hand carry paper bag so that it is easier for me to carry. But guess what, the Malay staff (never seen before) said “tak ada hand carry paper bag”…… then what the hell I saw few days ago?? The customer in front of me bought few pasties and they gave her the hand carry paper bag. And what’s about me ? Don’t even deserve it ? I’m your regular customer for years, after today incident I swear I will not be visiting anymore.
Pastries was average. Nothing to wow about. Kouign-amann was nice though, but that's only the good part i feel. The pistachio cake doesn't taste fresh, the texture taste like it's been stored overnight. Service was good, they do provide water if requested. Atmosphere meh, feels more like a store stop. Can see a lot of boxes and flour laying around the shop. Don't think will be visiting again in the future.

The financier (pronounced fee-nahn-see-AY) I was blown away by how incredibly fresh, light and delicious it was! One of the BEST I have had. I believe they are baked fresh daily. It's a simple almond cake, leavened by egg whites, moistened with browned butter and baked into a small mold. But such simplicity is deceiving: this classic French pastry is exquisitely refined. It is springy, sweet and nutty with an exterior that's as crisp as an eggshell. In France, financiers have been a staple of fine pastry shops for more than 100 years.
My favorite bakery in PJ, serving delectable French bread and pastries. Croissants are amazingly soft and you can see and feel each layer. Its flavor is buttery and you can eat it on its own. I also pick up some cinnamon and glazed sugar rolls - pain aux raisin and kouign-amann in French. And never miss one of their sourdough breads - pain de campagne - they will slice it for you if you request. This is also a small cafe for 10-12 people. Coffee is good. I recommend their uji matcha gula melaka or uji matcha latte.
Disappointed with the service here. The staff was terrible. No smiles or greetings when we came in but we just brushed it off. Then no one came to clean the table when we sit. We have to clean it ourselves. Bought some pastries to dine in. And when the staff served it to us, he literally slam the plates and cutleries on the table. It’s a shame cause the pastries were quite good. But we didn’t enjoy our time here. Better go somewhere else that appreciate their paying customers
Reasonable priced and fantastic croissant! I'm a picky croissant eater but this place has croissants that satisfy my cravings. Just the right amount of buttery-ness, flakey but not too airy, you can taste the quality in the dough and the strong technique of the baker is to be praised. The black coffee was also fragrant and palatable. Certainly will come back often for more. Just wish they have more sitting space now that there's social distancing.
I've tried both the Damansara Heights and this Atria branch and I must say this branch disappoints me so much that I'm baffled if they used different recipe than their Damansara counterpart? The croissant I got tasted stale and there wasn't much choices of pastries and cakes. The only saving grace was the olive bread which in hindsight was really chewy without much crunch is this really the same company??
It was my fave cafe with my sis before this year (2021) Today I wanted to chill there today and saw this 1 hr limit to dine-in. What a joke! The cafe was empty as usual too 1 hour limit is bs tbh! Not expecting to stay the whole day, but at least 2 hrs~ is logical. The staff today also less friendly than the usual dude, maybe she is tired.... A few months made that much difference i guess.♀️
Pastry by and large pretty good. Service sullen. The guy thinks the world owes him a living. You guys underpaying him or something? In any case, even if you are, that is not a good enough reason to behave as though customers are a nuisance.

The flaky crust on both the plain croissant and pain au Chocolat were undeniable. I'd have preferred if it were buttery as I could barely taste the butter. If you are looking for healthier versions of croissants this would be it. The insides of the croissant were denser than I'd like too. The rose Cafe latte was kind of weird as the rose scent was much too fake, and the coffee taste wasn't strong.
Went all the way to Atria to buy your bread but saw 2 flies flying around in the display cabinet. Your employee didn't care. Decided not to buy anything and had a wasted trip. The next time I go back and this happens again, I'm changing my rating to 1 star.

Store hours on google and it’s own store front showed that it’s open till 10PM. Drove 30 minutes from KL and reached at 9PM, only to find the sign saying Washroom Break. Waited 15 minutes and the security guard told me that it’s actually closed. Very irresponsible. They could just update the store hours online and on the door and not put confusing signs like this outside.
Thought it was gonna be like the outlet at Damansara Heights but boy was I wrong. A tad disappointed cos the items I got were really not fantastic. They attempted to heat it up as I chose dine in but the inside was still cold. Oh well. I don't even remember - one was the Parmesan Crisp something (fancy name) and an Egg Tart. OK. Not a tad disappointed. Very disappointed.
Croisserie best.. boleh consider tuk try and lepak.. tuk this outlet i like the girls pakai tudung, okay.. but the indian guy, aiyoo muka masam dah lah totally tak friendly.. jawab pun macam xnak jawab.. bercakap pun nak tak nak.. macam tu ke layan cust.. dala amik order ermmm.. malas nak cakap.. org bad mood ley extra bad mood.. kurang star sbb dia la ni..
Just got to know that their crossaint is the best seller, 1st time tried it, fragrant butter taste & flaky, (though we are not croissant persons), wanna give them thumbs up. The chocolate cake was special & it's firm, overall taste was good, it would be a good match with coffee. Love the warm chocolate drink, which 70% chocolate.
Pastries are okay but please can you train your employees to wear gloves??? She was using the cashier machine and afterwards pack my croissant barehanded, brushing against her hand ffscovid over already ah?do you sanitised the cashier machine once every hr? If no pls WEAR GLOVES IF UR GONNA TOUCH CUSTOMERS FOOD
Kinda feel it's the best croissant and pain au chocolat in kl so far 2022/23. Plain croissant is priced decent at myr6 ish. Vibe and selection isn't as much as the Damansara heights branch. Limited seats available in store. Good service, pastries heated up before being served.
Prefers the old croisserie. You have to wait to be served now. If you are in a hurry, you may want to go elsewhere. The choices are still as good. You just have to make up your mind fast, lest there will be a long line behind you waiting for their turn.
I like their croissant . During MCO , we visited this bakery shop , bought original croissant, sourdough , etc. Recommended croissant and easy to find this bakery. Limited seats . Ambient : 7/10 Food : 8/10 Price : 6/10 Location : 7/10 Service : 7/10
Perfect "Croissant Aux Amandes" and Hot Cappuccino..you can feel the crunchy roasted almond, soft creamy cream and fluffy Croissant in one bite. The Cappuccino taste was thick and rich in structure. Love it..will repeat again …
One of the best bakery around. Slightly higher price but totally worth it. Some pastry look better some look unassuming but all taste awesome. Business is not very good here and they offer so few items. Hope that can remain open forever.
Oyaki pan is not the fluffy mosit kind, cream cheese filling is alright. Creme brulee tart is of healthier version i suppose? Not greasy like your usual egg tart, crust is crispy but lacks aroma. Egg custard filling is not too sweet.
Coffee really lousy. Croissant not good. The one at Damansara Heights was overrated. But it's worse here. Simply not worth mentioning. The Oyaki Pan Cranberry Cream Cheese was awfully awful. What a failed bakery!
A very small and cozy place, with great service and delicious pastries. The price was reasonable and the pastries were a delight, with good choices and the taste was delicious and ingredients used were fresh.

Came here just to have coffee. The girl at the counter recommended Rose Latte and I'm glad I took her suggestion. I asked for less sweet. It was great! Gula Melaka Latte, again less sweet, was also great!
Great selection of pastries. Tried a lot but my favourites are the oyaki cranberry cream cheese and the cream tart. Not really a fan of the canele and the danish. And the kouign-amann is also a must try!
Hi all, please head to croisserie outlet@atria mall. Drinks value for money & tastes good. I like all cuppa coffee by o’coffee club. However there was limited seats & only good for take away.
Not as good as expected. Price is on the high end consider the quality of food. The place is very small for dine in. Basically meant for take away.
Canele & blueberry tart was a tad overbaked n tough, you can taste the burnt aftertaste. The rest was really good especially the financier.
Not much choices of pastries. Compared to their Damansara outlet. Small and quick bites. And you tend to forget its at the end of the mall.
I enjoy the cakes and pastries here. But there were two occasions while I was there that a fly was in the pastry display. …
This is probably a hidden gem. Never expected the food is this good in a mall that small. Just try their pastry. Won’t disappoint you.
The croissant, baguette & pain aux raisins tell me that this is a hidden jewel. So much better than most of the popular bakeries.
Seriously the place is so cozy and very nice to take ootd picture. the croissant is superb but a bit pricey but worth the price !
delicious french pastry. The cream puff pastry was light, flaky, airy and not too sweet. so was the kohimann & brulee tart. yummy
Great creme brulee tart! I can taste the real butter and texture is perfect for creme brulee. Strongly recommended for pastries.
Love their selections of savoury pastries and drinks. Friendly staff helped us to get seated upstairs, which has nice ambiance.
Quite and cosy corner to "blow water" with friends. Small choice of great pastry to go with coffee for afternoon tea.
It's reasonable price since it's not too expensive . It's recommended for dating and bring your family to relax here
Friday after lunch dessert and their L'Amour (Petit Gâteaux) is nice. Will be great if they have more seating.
Tasty croissant. Very small cafe. Cappuccino and hot choc was expensive at RM12 for s simple place like this
Overall didn't meet the expectation. Not much pastry displayed on the showcase. A bit rundown actually...
Croissant is average. Latte is like three in one coffee....sweet milk... avoid at all cost
Great pastries, great service with a smile. Thank you for the 2nd anniversary offers.
Roti dan kek dia saya minat. Dan suasana tenang dan bersih. Next time i will repeat
Like the Kouign-Amann, prices are more affordable. Hand crafted drinks a big NO.
Very good bread and croissants....the sourdough baguette is a bit over price...
price not justified
