First time customer. Applied on line- this was a mistake because on line it said one month free at the booking. It also says you can change you date if you are unable to choose you exact date. Completed the entire process and next day got a call from gentleman re booking, checking for questions. I asked 1. How does the free month work? Since I was charged immediately. Was told either you get 35% off or free month. “You already completed the rental so it’s a done deal “. When I asked about changing my to my correct move in date Once again he said you already rented it do it’s a you can start using it now. My move in is mid month so he is charging me for an entire month them next payment will be 2 weeks later. After move in. To others renting from here. book only. Do not use the convenient computer app to complete your entire order on line. You get punished by paying more with no discounts. Costly lesson

Please be mindful of parking your vehicles at this storage facility. The gate has not worked for weeks. The gate often times does not work. One of our work trailers was stolen. Now only a few weeks later our work trucks have the windows shattered, one has the window frame bent. Glass all over the place, papers every where. Other vehicles have suffered the same fate. Tail lights have been smashed & windows smashed. It's truly sad. The rates also go up frequently. Hopefully someone in this area will offer vehicle parking in a safe cost efficient manner.

Cathy was super helpful and knowledgeable. She even offered to show me to my potential storage unit before I signed up for it to make sure it would fit my specifics. She ran through the details and was personable and great to work with. Recommending her and this location. The staff even assisted a potential customer and when they were out of the stoarage unit the customer wanted, they provided him with details on non-cubesmart locations to help. That makes an impact about their character.

After 7 months, had to move stuff out of storage. Price increased exactly after 6 months and the rats that we found in the unit was infestation level. We had an out door unit, no climate control and we didn't have rats prior to this storage situation. FYI, they don't protect against rats and living creatures, only natural disasters. Just want people to manage their expectations. Customer service is great but this doesn't help when rats demolish your items and make them trash worthy.

The pirce was less than 2 other storage companies in my area, that's a plus. Ivan called on Saturday to find out what time I was coming to the office because they were going to be on the grounds and didn't want to make me wait. That was nice. Ivan was very helpful. He answered all my questions (i'm a first time storage renter). Our unit had ants and when we mentioned it to Ivan he sprayed the unit immediately. It has been good experience so far.

I bought my storage last Sunday and went there a week later to store something’s. I got there and the storage that was assigned to me was already assigned to someone else. So I called and they were awesome about it and found me one with a green lock the costumer service was great ! They handled everything to make me happy and I love that they did everything they could do to help if it was 10 stars I would have given them that thank you

I went here because it was close to home & met Cathy the GM. I used CubeSmart before, but didn't like something about the other store & cancelled. After meeting Cathy & talking to her I decided to give it another shot & I'm glad I did. Cathy is the best, & has always gone above & beyond to help with everything I needed. The 10x35 unit I have is huge & I'm glad she mentioned it when I needed more space. Thanks CubeSmart & thanks Cathy.

Jazz, the manager in the office, was super friendly and helpful. She answered all our questions and helped us find the best solution for our needs. She made sure our paperwork was in order and made sure our unit was set and ready for us when we arrived. We only needed the unit for a short time during a move. Jazz and the staff made it extremely easy to check out when we were done with the unit.

These people set a VERY high standard of customer service! They have been nothing but helpful in my eventual move (far away) to be a hands on grandma! They have had to schedule and re-schedule Uhauls for me (since I'm doing this mostly on my own) and they did it with a smile and helpful tips. These guys rock and I thank them so much for their patience in this old lady's "pursuit of happiness!"

Hands down the best customer service in this industry!! I had the pleasure of being assisted by the General Manager. She helped me select the appropriate storage unit, informed me of discounts being applied, reserved my uhaul in advance to prevent not having one available, and suggested other products that I needed!! She has been very helpful as I transition out of my house. Thank you guys!!!

Straightforward storage unit. If added a lot of smaller units that used to be a parking lot. Much more efficient. almost all of these units you can drive up to the outside and unload or load, which makes it very convenient. They have some temperature control units if you need those and some boat or RV type parking available. There's several units that you can park a vehicle in safely.

We've rented two units and two UHauls from this location in the past month. The manager Cathy truly listens to your needs and situation and helps come up with the best solution. Every time we've stopped by or called she and Mark have been so incredibly helpful and truly gone above and beyond. Without hesitation I recommend this location for storage and/or rental truck needs.

Not a good place to park your trailers/rvs. Both mine and my brother trailer/rv were parked here. My brothers rv catalytic converter was stolen, literally sawd out from his rv. A few months later someone attempted to pry into my trailers door and caused damage. Its affordable but this is NOT a safe place unless you want your things broken into/stolen. I would not recommend.

Great customer service from Cathy!! Very informative and loves to have a good time. My 1st time in the office, she was handling a customer issue with class, still greeted me as I walked in, and makde sure beforr they left their issue was resolved and how to as void any issues in the future. All parties walked away satisfied. I must say it again, Great Customer Service!!!

I went in to CubeSmart Storage in little time to spare. I knew what I needed and the amount I wanted to pay. First the customer service was attentive and knowledgeable. I left there in a timely manner with more than I has expected meaning they worked with their discounts and got me in and out with lock , code and information on payments, I was very please.

The staff at this CubeSmart are thorough and friendly. Cathy and Mark make themselves available and are vigilant about watching the grounds and knowing everything that is going on with the storage units. We have two units for our family that is downsizing and relocating. It's been a pleasure having storage here. Great service all around!

Prices are reasonable and the conditions of the units are suitable inside and out. When I had an issue, it was promptly acknowledged and resolved same day. Management is professional and provides excellent customer service. I've been using this location for over a year and will continue to do so.

The staff at Cube Smart really helped me out. I was needing to park a trailer with equipment which is very sensitive to cold in a unit, but it was to small for me to maneuver. We talked about it and for a small fee was able to upgrade to the perfect unit. Thanks Kathy and Mark

I stopped by this location to buy boxes for my brother that was moving. The staff there was so very helpful in not only the boxes, but helped him get a Uhaul truck for the move. If we ever need another Uhaul or storage unit this is where I will be going in the future!

I rented a 2nd unit recently at this location and Cathy and her team showed me A1 customer service. She took the extra steps to provide superior customer service. i would recommend this facility due to fast and detailed service they provide. Very helpful

Friendly staff, I have smallest space and the price continues to go up, I'm paying a little over $80 bucks a month, started with special at around $60ish. Insurance is mandatory Going on 2nd year that I've had storage. All storage is outdoors

Great experience getting our unit. Dale was very helpful in explaining all our options in sizes and such. Glad to have had the fabulous help! The unit we ended up getting was in a convenient location, and was very clean upon move in.
