Wow, really bad customer experience. I've yet to be able to speak to someone there and get my situation worked out. However, I can tell you that the *smart rental*online rental application leaves a lot to be desired in my humble opinion. One of the big issues is that the location information is not double checked, nor is it prevalent during the sign up on the application. I think to myself, when I order a pizza the delivery app spends more time ensuring that I have location information correct then this particular online application. Anyway, the staff at the franklinville location are excellent. They are the only reason that I didn't cancel everything and just go somewhere else.

Alicia was a fantastic store manager and communicated very well. The unit was clean and the building felt very secure and well monitored. When we accidentally left the unit unlocked without realizing, our mistake was caught as soon as the building opened the following day and a temporary padlock was placed on the unit and we were notified so we could come back and put our lock back on properly. This contributed to a sense that the store manager was committed to being thorough in the security of our unit, as well as providing excellent service and communication.

I reserved a storage unit yesterday, paid and everything was activated. I brought all my stuff to the storage place and couldn’t get up to the floor my unit was on. I called several times and no answer or response. I have no where to put my stuff so I’m having to pay for another two days for my uhaul. This is the second time this has happened at this location. The code is active and can get me through the front door but can’t get to my actual unit. Very frustrating.

This location specifically is so clean and well maintained. I am moving out after 3 years of renting due to a move, and the move out process took literally 30 seconds. Alicia at the front desk is welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. I even won a $200 gift card from a cube smart giveaway they did. Not to mention they have large dollys available for free to help haul things. Nothing but good things to say about this place!

Shirley was very kind and helpful in getting my unit set up. The facility is clean and easy to access. I appreciate the carts available to use for moving items into our unit since you cannot drive up. Cost was the best I could find for climate controlled in Nashville area, although they do make you pay for insurance on the unit but it is minimal. Good experience with CubeSmart so far.

I recently moved to the Nashville area and am renting storage from CubeSmart. On the day I arrived with the moving truck, Alicia (manager on site that day) was awesome and went out of her way to assist and streamline the process of moving our household goods into our unit which saved us a lot of time and effort. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend this storage facility.

I feel like an honored guest every time I go! The place is always clean, there is always parking available, and the manager may be one of the most pleasant people I’ve ever encountered. She is always so helpful, positive, and goes out of her way to make things easy! It’s rare to find someone who actually ENJOYS their job and takes pride in it. I can’t sing their praises enough!

I cannot speak highly enough of Alicia and how professionally she manages this location. She knows her location and was efficient in getting me set up while also managing a barrage of vehicles (lots of moving in and moving out happening in Nashville these days!). The neighborhood is fantastic and the facility spotless. Def recommend and will be a continuing customer.

This is an excellent CubeSmart location, and I highly recommend it. I have now got two units here, because I've liked it so much. Plus, the manager at the location is great. Her name is Alicia. She has help me out with my hundreds of questions, without making me feel dumb. I have sent two family members to this location, and I would say you should store here too.

I have been at this storage complex for over a year now. When I first got there the service was lacking. Everything turned around this past summer when Alicia showed up. She has been very helpful, always available, and really goes above and beyond. I would recommend these units over any other in the city.

Alicia is the best General Manager Cubesmart has ever had!!! She really loves her customers and I feel no one can replace her!!! She's kind and works with everyone and makes sure that our rent is paid so we don't default!!! She is super awesome!!! SHE DESERVES A HUGE RAISE AND A GRAND PROMOTION!!!

Quick and easy online application. There were detailed instructions in an email on how to access my unit. When we arrived, Don was also very helpful in making sure we had all the information we needed. The only concern was the heavy construction in the area but Cube Smart does not control that!

Rented a unit here and have come twice and there have been zero carts to use. I have come an additional two times and there was zero parking available and just had to leave. AVOID and choose a different location. This location was cheaper than others in town. I now know why.

We had a absolutely wonderful experience here at CubeSmart. Laura Bates stopped what she was doing got her keys went inside and assisted us in a way that we have not had at other storage units we appreciate you keep smart you’re great thank you so great.

Alicia is absolutely fabulous! So kind and helpful. I had my stuff in there for 7 months and when I came back it looked as good as new. Temperature controlled is the way to go. And this place is the way to go. Do your business here, folks,

I am so blessed to have Alicia take care of me. She has my back. When I recently had two pallets of supplies delivered to my unit, she carefully stacked them in my unit because I was out of town. She always goes above and beyond.

We have had a great experience with this CubeSmart. It’s always very clean, and the staff have been helpful & friendly. We relocated and moved into another storage unit further south& it is not nearly as nice.

Setting up storage on line is super easy. In less than an hour, I reserved a cube, and was able to get my stuff into the cube, awesome job! Security seem well thought out as well. We'll use them again.

So, we did everything on line Alicia was awesome when she called. We had a big moving truck, and she made sure we could unload easily. The unit is , clean, the carts help a lot!….great place to store!!
