Unacceptable ! Somehow! Someway! Someone was able to brake into our storage unit and leave their personal belongings ( 4 items two big luggages and two crates photos attached ) despite buying a good lock ( photo attached ).Oddly enough none of my valuables were taken or so I think ???( under review ) .When we questioned the staff members about the situation we were not given straight forward ( shocking ) answers however we were given a discount and many apologies. I would give this cube smart a 1 star but the manager was as helpful as he could be despite the situation. I am not happy with what happened because I thought I could trust this company to safely store my belongings without worry but I guess I was wrong. Also, I am considering moving out and going with another establishment.

The storage and building is very spectacular great job to Mike. The customer service was exceptional very professional and well explained. I didn’t felt like I was hit with and secret fees. All was clear and legible. I would definitely recommend you guys to specifically based off my experience Darnicia the customer service specialist and Mike the maintenance guy. Very well oriented people!!!

I had an amazing experience with the entire team! Stacey and Darnicia (I am sorry if my spelling is off) made it a very smooth journey for me, they showed the unit prior to the move in date and they answered all my questions. They are always very welcoming and attentive. It is so pleasant to run into teams that exude such great energy and show so much care about their customers!

Excellent service and great facilities at this Cube Smart location in Jamaica, NY. Stacey and Darnicia were both so helpful, informative and friendly. I’d never rented a self-storage unit before, but Stacey took her time to explain everything to me, took me around the facility to view my unit and went above and beyond with her help. Highly recommend this facility and the staff.

We love this Cubesmart and the amazing staff here. The location is clean and convenient. Stacey & Darnicia are always such a pleasure to be around and always provide us with great customer service. We currently have 3 storages here and counting!! and couldn't be happier. Thank you to all the amazing staff here, Mike and Sophie too.

I had a lovely time! I was able to reserve a unit online and got checked in quickly, units were clean and easily accessible. Location was convenient and close enough to the JFK Airtrain/Sutphin Subway stop, and they had good promotions for short or longer term rental. Shout out to Stacey for all her help!

I found the same size unit for $40 cheaper a month. Cubesmart raises rates too often and charges way too much. i would never recommend them to anyone. The only thing that was good about my experience with this Cubesmart location was the office worker Stacey. She was great !

I had an amazing experience with Darnicia at CubeSmart Jamaica facility! She was incredibly polite and took her time to show me around, making sure all my questions were answered. Her exceptional customer service made the process smooth and enjoyable. She’s amazing!

Pearl was a great help when I first moved in. When I lost my keys to the unit they were able to cut my lock off ver quickly. The reason why I did not give them a 10 is not them but I did not appreciate the TWO price increase in a 17 months.

I appreciate the front desk at this storage unit. They always open on time and they are very helpful when assistance is needed. Maintenance always cleaning the halls as well.
