I DO NOT recommend this facility. You will get your unit broken into and nothing will be done by management. While I waited yesterday for the cops to show up I had other tenants tell me they had theirs broken into as well. They are not cutting the locks, but apparently picking locks and using masked keys…which is mind boggling on how they enter the building when they require you to have your own personal al code they give you to get inside the facility. I have the largest unit they offer and I had a lot of large heavy duty things stolen. Must have taken them days or a whole day of hours and hours and had to have had a moving truck and dollies to take these items. Again, management is NO help and hasn’t handed over videos to police or given me any updates or called me. Nothing. I’m beginning to think it may be some kind of inside job where the facility workers are giving out codes and are in on it. Again, do NOT rent here. This facility is getting hit bad with break ins left and right. They do not notify you either about the break ins. I also have an interview with the news station about this matter. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

I am the ANCHOR TENANT here since the very beginning, DAY 1. MOMAR MUSIC has had up to 17 units occupying the entire first row on the west entrance. We came here because of the MANAGEMENT being superb, accommodating and helpful...and because of a lovely , clean, SAFE, and convenient facility. I can not say enough about this facility and all the people that make it happen.....Even if you find a less costly place, you have made the WRONG decision...being part of this family of tenants will give you piece of mind,. security beyond belief, and helpful people just waiting to please you in every way! PS do NOT believe the 1 or 2 negative reviews as they are FAKE NEWS! They NEVER invade your privacy, they LOOK OUT FOR YOU and your belongings....My privacy has never been invaded, and when ever there is a price increase, it is given well in advance, moderate in amount, and STILL the BEST OVERALL deal in the area....going the cheapest is NOT the way to go..go with the BEST, and pay a little more to get MUCH MUCH MUCH more in return...important things as I mentioned above

Great place if you don’t mind getting stuck in the elevator. Fortunately I was there during a busy time, which is unusual for me. Anyways, while in the elevator stuck I pressed the phone button to call for help and it goes to this ear-piercingly loud busy signal that won’t stop. That’s when I freaked out and started beating on the door, screaming for help and ringing the bell. There was a nice gentleman that eventually let me out but he was only checking the elevator because he had been stuck in it previously. As I was walking out of the elevator the person working showed up with a piece of paper and marker and basically laughed while telling me this happens pretty often and that it had even happened to her. The funniest part is there is a sign with a emergency number you can call on it but it’s posted....wait for it, wait for it....it’s posted outside of the elevator....brilliant thinking!!!! I’m currently looking for another storage facility.

Extremely disappointed with Hardy Oak Storage. I always make my payments on time OR even early. I called today to make a payment. My payment is normally around $190. I called today and they told me that rates have gone up but only for certain people. They wanted to charge me around $225 or so. I was told that they sent me a letter back in August to notify me. That absolutely not true! I never received a notification of a rate change. I have rented many many storage units and I have NEVER had a rate increase. The personnel I spoke to today couldn't tell me a thing. I was told a district manager would be calling me but I have not heard anything. Is this normal for rates to up for storage units? and if so why for only certain people??? I call Bullsh*t!

I just had a very stressful move (in fact, it isn’t done yet!), to where I suddenly needed a storage unit. My boyfriend haphazardly parked in front of the door and rushed away to our movers while I went inside to a beautifully maintained reception area. The property manager greeted me, and her aura and persona helped calm down the jitters. She helped me pick out an appropriate sized unit, when we would have picked a smaller one. While signing the lease, we also had a conversation instead of just going through the motions in silence. I’m looking forward to continuing my relationship here! The place is clean, climate controlled, easy to fess, and overall friendly and pleasant. I would recommend it.

So pleased with this place, super affordable, staff goes above and beyond. Super clean, great location, secure, and climate controlled. Did I mention the staff are super awesome? 2/15/19 just wanted to send a big fat thank you to y'all for being so understanding and friendly because I often forget about my storage due to it being in another state, I always receive a friendly reminder when my payment runs late. The wonderfully friendly peeps there never talk down to me because of my forgetful mind and kindness matters so much now in this twisted country where everyone just seems so angry. Thank you again Hardy Oaks for your great above and beyond guest services, it matters! XO the late lady. :)

They raised my rate 25% after only having the unit for 6-months. It's a shady business practice to let someone move all of their stuff in to only price gouge them a few months later. Update: I talked to the store manager and she submitted a request to corporate for them to review the increase. Corporate said that the unit is priced at market so the price increase will remain. That is not sufficient information to justify a 25% increase after just 6-months. This place will nickel and dime you. You can use your homeowners insurance instead of having to purchase theirs but they frame it in a way to make you think you have to purchase theirs. It's just not a good business.

I found this place originally because of family and friends, but when it came to my own storage needs, they took care of me just as well! I enjoy the secure feel of the place; codes for entry+ security cameras to monitor for safety. All the units are inside where it can be climate controlled. It is always clean here! Big plus. Elevators, stairs, moving trolleys, and a truck if you need. Plus, the management is highly professional and personable for any questions or needs you may have. I love this place, almost feels like you're leaving your items with trusted friends/ family for the weekend. Highly recommend

During my first interaction from CA. by phone with the Office, I was pleased with quick answers to my questions, but the additional information shared during the conversation was very beneficial in my decision making. After arriving to the facility location, I appreciated the warm and very friendly welcome by the Staff as well as answers to my questions and the ease & quick Lease sign-up Process. Hardy Oak Storage is one of the very best storage complexes that I have ever been associated with. This is one of the most secure and clean facilities that I have ever used. The managers are extremely nice and helpful and have bent over backwards to help me with anything that I needed and are just very good people. We are currently renting 3 units and would highly recommend this facility to anyone wanting a secure, clean and climate controlled facility.

I chose this storage facility to drop off our moving truck because it was close to our new apartment. My husband and I drove from south Florida to San Antonio in 3 days. The managers were two of the first people we interacted with in San Antonio, and it was such a pleasure! They were very friendly and even suggested some local restaurants and stores for us to visit. If we need storage, we will definitely be using them because they were so helpful.

Constantly invading our privacy and looking into our storage unit when the doors were open. They formed opinions about their customers based on their personal bias. If they didn't like you, they found a way to bother you and damage your belongings. We left 6 bins on a cart for about 30 minutes and they through away or belongings, including family photos and electronic equipment. Never let us use the 'free truck' to transport our belongings.

I came in after the holidays to look for from storage on the ground floor. The owner was so helpful and advised that although it seems convenient, the middle level is better because it keeps us away from the elements. It even cost less so I was so appreciative that he didn't just give me the ground floor one that I originally was looking for. Anyway, I have had a great experience here so far and plan to keep our belongings here long term.

We’ve been using this Cube Smart for six months and have a good experience so far. It’s by far one of the most affordable temp controlled units between Austin and San Antonio. Staff was nice and the elevators always work. They’ve also got carts to use and we really like that there’s two entrances to use. The hallways are always clean and well lit and we especially love that the bathrooms are always clean.

Honestly super easy to work with. Had to move from a smaller to bigger unit & that took no time and all & zero hassle about cancellation. App makes it easy to remember unit # and access code. Clean, well maintained. Also- rented one online & when we arrived 20 min later it was ready, with a personalized welcome bag & new lock. All I want out of storage is easy and this is easy.

Use this place regularly. Great staff, good security and the added benefit of having people there most of the time who are watching the facility (momar music). Clean good extra benefits too (free truck, boxes, packing materials) Update 2/22/2019. The management has been super helpful and friendly. Going above and beyond with planning events like blood drives and food trucks.

I have used lots of storage facilities over the years. This, by far, has been the best experience. I felt like I joined a family! From food trucks to Tupperware parties, Ron and Laura have created a wonderful place to do business. The facilities are convenient, clean and easy to access. I expected all of that. I didn't expect to LIKE the people involved.

CubeSmart Self Storage made our move so easy and efficient! It was easy reserving a unit, moving stuff in, moving it out, and the support staff & administration was extremely helpful, professional, and effective! CubeSmart made our self storage experience outstanding! We will definitely recommend CubeSmart to everyone we know in the future!

Do not use this location. All my stuff was stolen. The only access to the facility is thru a code , which means it was an inside job. If you really want to use this location at least get a unit that faces directly to a camera. Do not buy the insurance they don't give you your money back. Hope this helps people avoid this location.

This place is awesome! Even you need to move in town they have a Hardy Oak Storage truck you can rent for .99 a mile plus gas. Depending on your mileage this works out cheaper then a 10ft U-Haul. The Husband and Wife team are the most friendly and customer friendly people I have met in San Antonio. Plus they are Packer fans!

If you want to be slowed down by a poorly designed elevator and entry system, and then be constantly harassed by the employees about propping doors open, and then be threatened to be billed for elevator repairs for merely holding an elevator door open, then this is the place for you.

I moved to SA last year, I called around for quotes and found Hardy Oak Storage to be the most economical. Once I moved my items into storage, I found the facility to be clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful and I feel that my items stored are safe!

Hardy Oak storage is conveniently located in the heart of Stone Oak. However, the best feature about the storage facility is the staff. They are professional and always available to assist their clients. The facility is clean and well-managed.

Recently a bunch of units have been broken into. The office personnel don't seem to care. No security cameras to monitor the hallways, and no individually alarmed units. If you want your stuff stolen, this is the place to store it!

Managers, Nerio and Cassidy Gamez were very helpful and informative. Facility is new, very clean. I had intended to just audit the facility but not rent right away. I was so pleased with what I saw that I rented the same day.

I have used a lot of storage units in San Antonio the best one is Hardy Oak storage. The property manager are awesome they are very helpful and will go out of there way to help you. I will be here for a very very long time.
