DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Yes I am one of those who don’t leave reviews but this place is terrible. They have ridiculous hour of operations and now they close their office at 4 so if your storage is closed because you made a late payment then good luck getting inside. I am beyond annoyed with this establishment. The worst service ever.

Today me and my man got a unit and was treated with all the respect and kindness by Ms.Aisha Mr.Mark. They walked me through everything from administration policy and fees to locks. Great customer service. These people need a raise. Also the Mr.Buddy was great he was the 1st person to greet and talk to me when I walked in.

The Cube Smart on Exterior in the Bronx is so clean you can eat off the floor. The people who work there are pleasant, helpful and professional. Every time I came to the storage facility I was so impressed with the security, how well lit it is and as I said, it is very clean and warm.

Amazing customer service. Jason Abbott is such an amazing staff, he explain the difference between two storage spaces I was looking into. Gave me a tour of the facility and even showed me where my locker is located at. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
