CubeSmart's 900 Atlantic Avenue was the third storage location I tried in the process of my move, which ended up being hectic for a number of reasons. Senee Nash was super helpful from the start. She calmed me down immediately (who isn't frazzled on move day?!), helped me work through my existing reservation, and then speedily made a new reservation for me. She was very patient as I tried to decide which size space to take and took the time to show me each option available. We ended up moving until the last minute, but she was really nice about it and helped as much as she could. During a move wherein everything that could go wrong went wrong, Senee was a much needed, smiling, accommodating, helpful bright light. All of CubeSmart's staff have been lovely, on the phone and in person. I highly, highly recommend 900 Atlantic Avenue for excellent customer service, later hours, and general ease. You will agree!

I had a nice experience renting a unit at this CubeSmart location. Joyanne took me to view several units right away, and afterward, my reservation was immediately confirmed. I also received a call from HQ to ask if I had any questions and prime the upcoming rental with some logistical info for me. The day before, Sherwyn at the facility gave me a reminder call and also asked if I would need the complementary truck with driver. I asked if it was okay to come a day earlier -- no problem they were ready anytime. Deshawn and Simone were helpful at the location and Joyanne was also there with a smile. She remembered me from my earlier booking tour. This facility is kept immaculately clean and the front office is neat and functionally organized. The units are competitive in price to other facilities in the area.

These guys were very friendly and the storage was as convenient as it should be. Highly recommend them. I have had some terrible experiences with storage in the past, which is why I'm writing this to help out some other folks looking for storage. The 900 Atlantic Ave location has been very convenient. I tried to book a space at the 900 Atlantic Ave location and online it quoted me a certain price. I went in this morning and they no longer had the space I needed because of a computer error. I was upset, but Kenya gave me the number of another location 2 blocks away. I found the same space but it was going to be more than double because different locations have different prices. After asking them for help, Simone and Kenya called the other store and got me the space I needed for my original quoted price. Those two ladies are professional, nice, and really care about the customer. Now my space is all set and they helped me with the boxes I needed. They were wonderful!

The staff is amazing BUT We had water damage in our unit on the groundfloor. The insurance they provide does not cover this damage and they require you to sign a document waiving them of any liability. All Cubesmarts likely have this. If I were to do it again, I would not rent any of the ground floor units. We were forced to do it because we booked a larger unit that was around 30% smaller when we measured it. I am suspicious of Cubesmart knowing this is an issue but continuing to rent it as they have no liability. The least they could do is get insurance that covers this damage but it looks like they are working together to screw over their customers.

Nicely designed, clean, modern air conditioned, well-aired facility and friendly, helpful staff that know how to work with clients and make things as easy for you as possible. I have always though that having to deal with a storage was a dreadful thing and it's amazing how it's always a pleasant experience for me now since I moved my stuff to this CubeSmart facility at 900 Atlantuc Ave. Special big thank you to Simone, who worked with me and accommodated my every need . Her colleague Kenia was very helpful too. Even the free move-in service guys the storage provided were a pleasure to work with.

They Are extremely pushy at When it gets Close to time to close nothing they don’t take into consideration that others are getting off of work at 5 PM and a 8 PM closing time please and narrow window for any type necessary storage. Went out side at 7:45 and the doors locked I tried to beg my way back in At 758 when the guy was doing his walk around I told him my storage was open and My jacket and stuff was still inside and he told me hurry up after he saw me knocking on the door when I was locked out

I’ve been storing my stuff with Cubesmart on Atlantic Ave for a couple of years. I went in to upgrade my units from two small lockers to a larger walk-in unit. From the minute we walked in Simone was super accommodating and helpful. She was able to seamlessly upgrade our units and and go over and beyond by closing out our past contract without any additional charges. I highly recommend working with Cubesmart on Atlantic. And a extra shout out to Simone who offered stellar customer service!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Heather was super-helpful for the tour and Carlos went above and beyond, tying up the boxes I purchased, and setting me up with the codes, etc. The space itself is clean and well-maintained. Definitely raises the bar, not only in terms of customer service but the space itself. I look forward to going there because I had such a positive experience. First time I have felt that way about storage!

Would’ve easily gave an 5/5 star but finding out my card was not enrolled in autopay after I specifically asked it should be and could’ve risked losing my belongings if I had not checked my email. This is my first storage space and Someone of the name of Rubi G helped me out. Everything was easy and accommodating except for my card being forgotten about for autopay. Also the 3.59$ fee for online payment is confusing and not direct.

My experience could not have gone better! I got caught up in traffic and arrived very late. Simone was incredible! She was patient and warm and helped me with everything despite the fact that I showed up almost at closing. She stayed and let me finish up even though they had closed and I could not be more pleased or grateful for how wonderfully everything was handles and with the caliber of the customer service!

It is my first time using self storage and I was pleasantly surprised how well trained and equipped the employees there are in offering all the necessary information especially for first timers like myself. They review all the information pertaining to one’s usage of their storage including things that one might not even think to ask about. They are friendly and polite, making the process easy and smooth.

I have used this place for years. It's clean and exactly what you would expect a storage facility to be. I wish the hours were longer but I really like the staff. They are always kind and helpful. In the past I have used cheaper places like istore green, but ultimately the time saved by paying a little more for better service and availability is absolutely worth it!

I have been extremely pleased with the customer service at this location. The manager took an interest in me and in my concerns, and she took personal responsibility to make sure that I was taken care of. She also remembered me and my name from a visit a couple of months ago, which is always very nice. It is also among the cleanest storage locations I have seen.

Easy process to move in. After I met with them and looked at the available spots, the staff (Senee) made sure I got the best deal. I rented a unit over Memorial Day weekend. Everyone was professional and helpful, and the entire endeavor went smoothly. The location is great, and for Brooklyn, it's reasonably-priced. The place is also well-maintained, and seems very secure. All in all, a very positive experience.

Don't use the "free" truck! Showed up an hour and a half late, had to pay my movers $70/hr to stand there and wait around for it. Left me scrambling to get my stuff into the unit before they closed.
