Took my car down this place to get it valeted. it had been parked up a while so I'm old has started to form on the seats. was told it would be ready in 3 hours time which I found quite unusual because every other car wash was telling me I would have to leave the car there the whole day. convinced they are the best and have the best gear to valet cars with I left my car with them. came back to collect it after 3 hours and the seats and carpet was disgusting. when I challenged the manager he insisted both had been washed but when he asked the guys who clean the car they said he didn't ask them to wash anything. BUSTED..... apology was offered and I was told to come back after another 3 hours. came back and it did look better so I paid them and drove off in a car with soaking wet seats and carpet. one week later as the car is now drying out the mould is still on the seats it looks absolutely disgusting. the sides of the seats have not been cleaned either. definitely the worst place if you want your car valeting save your time and money and go elsewhere. these guys are cowboys

Parenting comes with a side dish of car chaos – my backseat has seen more snack remnants than a movie theater floor. Despite the crumb invasion, I continue on my mission to chauffeur my little munchkins. I brave the post-snack aftermath for the sake of familial duty. Not being situated nearby therefore getting here is a bit of a quest. Still, I make it a monthly ritual to sneak in on a Sunday morning, hoping to evade the other clean freaks who normally form a queue here. Now, I'm not sure if they attended a graduation school for car cleaning, but these guys wield their sponges with superhero precision (hence their teams names of Superman and Batman). Sure, it takes a bit longer, but hey, good things come to those who wait, right? Maybe they could add an indoor heated lounge for us patient patrons – just a thought. In the realm of Birmingham car washes, if you want a sparkling car and a good laugh, this place is a sudsy standout!

Worst car valet ever!!! Rude staff, unprofessional and left my car looking filthy! I came by for a double snow foam wash and valet, I waited 1hour in the queue.. instead of attending to me the owner was too busy taking pictures and videos of cars coming in and posting on his story! So after waiting ages, I asked for the double snow foam, the workers were lazy, unprofessional and didn’t want to be there! They foamed my car once, rinsed it and told me to go ahead for the valet.. I challenged the workers as I had requested the double wash, management apologised and offered to wash my car again, I was asked to park outside the car wash on the main road were the rest of my car was being cleaned! I was horrified!!! This place is overrated! I will never be coming back! Social media is full of lies, I should have come and had a look first before booking in!

One of the worst car parks I have ever been to. Staff is nice, lovely but the service is the worst possible. Substandard products used, when I used the wipers to wipe off rain drops from the car windscreen, I realised whichever liquid they use to wash the cars had left spots there. I am very disappointed with the state of my car after paying them £80 for a full valet. They are just a rip off. The guy wiping my windscreen from inside put his palm on the built-in wireless charger for support and put half his body weight on it. Cracked the part and then lied to my face saying that it was already broken. I heard it crack and eye witnessed the damage as it occurred. To make up they offered me £5 off the car wash which I declined and paid the full price. The damage they cause was over £200.

Booked a valet at 5.45PM online and the chap turned up at 6.15PM. If that isn't impressive, I don't know what it is! Payment and booking was handled online via their easy to use website which is a life saver if you don't carry cash. The chap spent about 90 minutes on my vehicle and was very respectful of myself, the vehicle and the public (bearing in mind this was all done outside my home). He even left the area around the car and the road in the same condition to when he arrived! Ofcourse a service like this is going to be a bit more on the dear side, but you get exactly what you pay for and its well worth it. Extremely convenient, high quality and value for money.

Inconsistent! I’ve taken my car here a few times and it’s unfortunate that they have some lazy workers which lets down the car wash. I thought I had found a car wash that takes their time and are all about quality checks because the first two times my car was washed, cleaned & dried to perfection. However, I found this not to be the case and it’s all about which workers wash your car. On my last visit I had my reusable Starbucks cup thrown away which is hard plastic and I think very obvious it’s not litter & a lousy job of drying my car which I had to do myself once I got home.

The car wash at this place is brillant all round. For what you pay; they definitely do look after you. The DAC Shak on the otherhand isn't the best. Probably a 3 out of 5. Reason for this is the Churros I purchased were over sugary and not 100% best. The bits from the previous Churros were left in the oil which subsequently came on to mines when it was fried. This led the Churros not to be that fresh taste I know its a very trivial to mention but when having food, it can make all the difference in taste. The lady serving was on the other hand 100% polieful.

Team Batman - showed up 30 min late. Managed to snap brackets for alarm sensors and lighter socket cover and didn’t mention it. Cleaned the interior in the dark with his iPhone light (whilst his site lights just lay in the back of his van) (230v was provided). Left a full vacuum and a half of water in my carpets. I had to get my own wet vac out to dry it all. I wouldn’t recommend these guys at all. Unprofessional and not worth the money for the service!!!! The cars a 30year old classic and he’s ruined the interior!!!

What a waste of money. They managed to wash my car properly, but the mini valet was a absolute joke. Never vacuumed it properly. They seem to clean my windows with a dirty cloth which made them worse than i came in. Non of my interior plastic where cleaned properly. I made them aware of this and they told me id need a super valet. My cars like 2 years old and cleaned every forthnight. Super valeted. I told them they cant even do a mini valet. This has happened a couple of times now. Won’t be using again.

I never leave reviews but considering I booked here based on the reviews I had to leave one. Booked in for 12pm, had to call in to find out what’s happening to be told they’re on their way from another booking and will be with me within 15 minutes. (No apology) When they arrived at nearly 1pm the guys said they thought I was booked in for the 7th and apologized for being late. I left them to it and just checked the car and my two year old daughter could have vaccumed better. Definitely not worth £60.

This is one of the worst service I received from DAC Car Wash. I travelled all the way from London to get my car Valet for £70 left my car at 9 am came back at 3 pm. They haven’t even start my car yet and also they have stole my tool box from the car. I called the manager for the owner whoever’s number on Google. They said we have your stuff come and collect it. There is a staff manager on the Car Wash that I believe he’s the one that my tools Anyway, never coming back

My car seats were filthy as my boys has been dropping drink and water on the ans had stains on them. I did try to remove them at home and couldn’t do it. DAC did a fantastic job and got rid of old Stubborn stains. They were very professional and listened to everything we told them to do. Really pleased with their service. We will be back again to valet. We also go to get our car washed on a regular basis and they always do a fantastic job. Thanks

AVOID THIS CAR WASH, only use if you want your car scratched or paint to be peeled off, the workers have no regard for customers cars and immature, but not when the owner is present and does quality control. My car has been left half dirty on multiple occasions, even when they have dried it!! The paint has been peeled of on my fuel filler cap, which has been done by the new workers over the last 6 months.

Had the "Batman" lads turn up to my home on time. Literally started on the vehicle straight away; was cleaned perfectly in & out. Couldn't get my car washed anywhere due to lockdown so took DAC up on their mobile service. Sounds a lot of money £45 to get your car washed in 30 minutes but don't care because DAC done a fabulous job with top service. Definitely would use again! Well done guys! Gogi

No attention to detail also you can’t pay by card as they want cash to avoid paying tax and fiddle the books. There workers couldn’t care less about your car and will use the same dirty cloth on all cars leave swirls and don’t get me started with the hoover of the inside. Everyone should avoid this place to cramped and a rushed job for top dollar all just a hype

I have been using DAC for years now. On 25 July I went there for a mini valet but the employee suggested that I should have a super valet worth £20 if I want the car to be nice and clean. I agreed to that. I won’t say about the result of their super valet just see the pictures I had taken after the mini valet and decide it for yourself. Dust everywhere

Googled what car wash open at 7pm. DAC came up, thought great as my car was filthy. Got a normal car wash done for £7. Drove off and the soap was still all over the car. Got home looked at the car and it was still dirty like i never even had it washed. The rain would have done a better job. UNIMPRESSED. Doubt i will go there again. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Paid £70 to get my car washed, waxed and valeted so I left the car there for a few hours. Went back and I was not happy as the air vents were still dirty and the wax wasn't removed properly from the bodywork. DAC has no attention to detail even thought the customer is paying £70 which isn't cheap, the work is rushed.

Had Ali from the home valet Team Batman come. My car was a mess admittedly and he came and did an amazing job. I paid for for £100 full valet (because my Tesla needed it) and it was like getting a new car. 10/10. For context I have a dog who thinks the car is his crate. So lots of hairs. No problem for my dude.

Simon at D.A.C mobile valeting was one of the nicest guys at a car wash I've ever met. He was very professional and polite in every manner. Great service. On time. Made a 20 year old car look like a 0 year old car. Can't complain in any way. Hope this guy goes a long way. Thanks guys. Make sure Simon gets this!

Absolutely disappointed all that online hype Car had patches. Wheels dirty. Soap left all around dried and caused me so much issues Don’t fall for the hype Secondly staff some where rude and useless to understand their mistake. Had to wash it my self Wash and go is a no no as they leave so many missed patches.

Dec Car wash is by far the best car wash service! The staff is very friendly and hardworking. I am astonished by the exceptional customer service Omar displayed, He was extremely courteous and helpful. Im so happy to bring my car over again and get an amazing service for the price.

One of the supervisors of the wash. Has no semblance of moral respect nor customer service. I was treated rudely by him and was not given the service required. All in all not impressed. The albanian car wash just two minutes are slightly better

Service was okay. Clean itself? Poor. Water marks all over the windows, dirt still on the car and new scratches added. Really disappointing first impression of such a car wash which is spoken highly of.

Can be hit and miss on the service. When not too busy they do a great job, when it gets slightly busier the pace at which the cars are in and out picks up meaning some corners get cut.
