**Dont Use this branch, if u have a premium sports Car***** Unfortunately I wouldn’t use the Bull Ring Branch again after damage to my range rover sport, and as opposed to investigating the issues raised the manager just denied matters on the phone in an attempt to fob me off??? Very bizarre! The H20 Mailbox branch was the best branch but once they closed i started using the Bull Ring branch around 2-3 times a month, as my vehicles black i dont use multiple valeters, so ive only been using the Bull Ring branch and always check my vehicle! My last visit around one week ago I noticed the black Range Rover letters at the front are all scratched, not the bonet or anywhere else on the car, its just the letters, the back letters are fine no damage! It looks like the guys have cleaned it with a rough cloth or some kind of buffer machine and scratched the letters! So i called the branch today to raise this an as opposed to going off to investigate and check the camera, he became defensive telling me lots of nonsense why it wouldn’t be them & they clean lots of range rover’s?! But never ever again will i use them and if you have a expensive car i would AVOID this garage, i wouldn’t use this branch and thanks to great recommendations i now use the “Birmingham Detailing Shop” or the new valeters in the Mail Box, both are very professional and honest!

Paid £196 for the Ultimate pamper Paid a further £200 for interior leather treatment + machine polish of the vehicle (which was a fair price) Arrived to pickup the vehicle, door seals were still dirty, car seats still had stains, interior door handles still dirty, arm rest still had stains, boot area still had dog hairs, stain of bird poo still on windscreen, door opening latches not cleaned. Overall the vehicle exterior looked great, but the interior job was rushed and no where near to the standard id expected. I dropped off the vehicle at 8am, came to pickup just before 5, had to be there nearly an hour extra while i ran them through all the bits missed which they then had to correct. Considering the leather was meant to be cleaned and treated with a special coating, to then see the seats and door handles still dirty, tells me the service is just oversold and is not what they claim it to be. Quite a sad experience to be honest, looking at the great reviews i genuinely expected a high level service considering i paid £400. Unfortunately this was my first and last time using the company. I hope anyone reading this has a much better experience than i do. Think i'll just be buying some cleaning materials and giving it a valet at home from now on

Honestly, Simply put the best service to date 10/10. Its hard to find a good cleaner when you have a top of the range Lexus NX Sport edition 2.5 litre with a Pan roof with leather seats may I add. The cleaner I had before cleaning my car made me stop going to these valeting services. Experience today has restored my faith and most definitely pleased with the service & the extremely professionalism in the way they handled the interior when cleaning. Last cleaner that cleaned my car would open doors and stand on the car to clean the roof of the car, with wet soapy gloves holding the interior roof whilst cleaning the actually roof of the car. I was absolutely fuming with this & could not believe my eyes when I pulled him up on it he said don't worry. At this point worrying was the last thing on my mind. Thinking what the mrs would say when she see’s the marks had me stressed out. You chose to get your car valet so you feel great about your car & drive around with your head held high knowing you have a brand new plate for all your hard work and driving with confidence whilst your car is glistening. This is exactly how i felt today when leaving & needless to say how it should be.

What a great, comfortable and professional place to maintain and restore your car to it's shiny glory. Carl and his crew are so friendly as well as professional. The place has a quality stature of servicing high end cars like Lambo's and Porsche's, but don't be intimidated by that. Carl and his crew gave my old Toyota the same attention to detail and professional care like any car. My interior was totally greasy, fabric upholstery full of coffee stains, sticky food leftovers ... but H20 completely restored it to brand new status within 2 - 2.5 hours Unbelievable ! the satisfaction from is sitting in clean car is priceless. I got the Level 3 cleaning which also cleaned exterior to glossy shiny and wax protection (wheels / tyres too). Highly recommend H20 valeting in Mailbox. I am recommending this to my family in London as well who just purchased a new car. When I get a chance I'll post some before and after pics.

Great experience Left my car gleaming Really quick turn around too. The detailing staff were very professional. Did a fantastic job Very kind, friendly and helpful staff especially The Manager: Naveen, he is one of the nicest people I have met ❤️ It is expensive but worth it if you like to look after your car It's great that they offer free parking in the Bulring so you can go there and not have to pay extra or you can go shop while they valet your car. Picked my car up today and what can i say other than "5 Star Service" all day long!!! From the initial phone call to Carl to get some information about their services to picking up my car today has been some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Even though my car is old and rough around the edges, Carl and Steve treating me as if I was the only customer that mattered and my car as though it was a top of the line, new highend sports car and carried out the same level of work on it. My car was shining, looked the best it ever has since ive had it and it looks and smells fresh inside!!! They had even found money in my car and left it in the centre console that must have fallen down under the seats!!! Honest, decent and hardworking gentleman!!! I would highly recommended these guys!!!

Very average job. Not worth the £70+ I paid. Dirt still around the car doors. They said it's not possible to clean the break dust inside the alloys because it's going to get dirty anyway when braking!! Just look at the pictures to see the proof. The manager said come back within the next 2 weeks for a free clean. My advice - don't pay upfront because he refused to knock off the price when I complained. They only want your money nothing special to justify their high prices trust me. I'm not lying look at the pictures. And if they respond to this review saying glad we sorted it they haven't because I'm not going back I can get the same job done for £5 inside and out.

Well what can I say! Carl is one of the nicest guys I have met. If you want your car cleaned to the highest standard, H20 Mail box is the place to go. Every time my wife and I go and see Carl he does a first class job. I have never met anyone more dedicated to his trade. When I go and collect my car after Carl has worked on it I have to stand back in amazement as it looks so good. I love my cars and really look forward to taking them into Carl at H20. Carl is an an expert in his trade, and also a lovely guy and always makes you feel very special when you visit. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you love your car, take it to see Carl you won't regret it.

The only reason I decided to go to H20 mailbox was because of the previous reviews regarding Carl and Steve and the work that they do... And wow were those reviews spot on. Carl and Steve are the definition of outstanding. My car looked brand new, their customer service was spot on and they even went above and beyond their job. They were an absolute pleasure and were a prime example of hard work. I recommend anyone to get their car cleaned at H20 mailbox as long as Carl and Steve are there. I have been coming here for over 1 year. I have an Ultra subscription. Unlimited washes. They wash polish/wax the my car each time. They maintain my paint work and my car looks like it’s brand new at all times. I drop my car and go shopping, have a coffee or use the business lounge. I feel like I drive home in a brand new car each time. It may seem expensive at first glance but you save so much money compared to if you did the equivalent clean in a basic car wash. If you want to keep your paint work on your car protected and shiny in top condition. This is the place.

I had my valeted from them. I bought the car second hand and it had a lot of dog hair in the boot and also the car had a smell. I went into town and saw their shop in the parking lot of bullring. They did such a wonderful job. I went for the £84 package at that time, all the smell was gone, the seats were polished, and so were all the trims. And the detailed the rims as well. Yes it was expensive but it was very professional. Highly recommended. Plus you get free parking for the entire day when you get your car valeted by them.

I have used H20 for about 6 months now. in the beginning I thought the price was a bit high. But when they gave me back the keys OMG it looked brand new. I had forgotten how nice my car was!! You can definitely tell they're using high quality products based on the end result. Also the staff are really friendly and super professional. I have also noticed when I'm there and a costumer approaches they even remember their names or the reg number. Little details like that make your day. That's how involved they're! Great experience!

Had my SVR cleaned last month whilst we went out shopping, collected the car and it looked great as always. The deputy manager made me aware that due to a stone chip on the bonnet the pressure washer had lifted the paint slightly, which is most peoples worst nightmare, however they arranged for the manager Naveen to call me the next day, which he did. He explained the situation and arranged for the bonnet to be painted by a reputable garage and the issue was quickly resolved. Great service as always :)

The best car wash in Birmingham hands down. They get the job done quickly but efficiently. The owner is nice, professional and approachable! I've been going there for years because he never try to sell me anything that wasn't worth my money. He isn't pushy or overbearing like some other places can be sometimes . All he really cares is making sure everything looks its finest. The employees also have great attitudes. So head there if your car needs a little extra TLC. You won't regret a penny :)

I’ve been using H2o Birmingham Bullring for the past few months for all my vehicles and have found Naveen and his team to be professional, friendly and accommodating on each occasion. Even when they are very busy, they will make every effort to fit your vehicle in for a clean and ready by the time you plan to be back. They clean my vehicles to a very high standard on each visit without any issues. If you are looking to have your vehicle cleaned in Birmingham, this is the place to go to.

Normally I'd consider this type of expense a little steep but I wouldn't take my car anywhere else now, they treat my car like their own and today they went the extra mile! Despite it being the busiest day they've had so far this year and that it was only an hour or so till closing, Carl and the team squeezed me in for yet again another immaculate valet. Astonishingly good. A big cut above the normal car wash, and by far the best H2O I have been to. The team here are enthusiastic and passionate about what they do, and the results speak for themselves. We left a very mucky car with mud and dog hair, with doubts that it could be cleaned in 2 hours and 90 mins later we came back to something that looked like it had just rolled out of the showroom, down to the finest detail. Highly recommended!

I spilt coffee on my entire dash board and seat! I originally went to a local car wash who did such a poor job, I remembered there was a h20 in bullring. I contacted them on the day and they were more than accommodating. The prices seemed high however on finish it was worth the expense. Everyone at h20 were so professional and welcoming, my car looked amazing inside and out. I will be using h20 valeting from now onwards. Thanks again!!

Damaged my car while cleaning then told me that i had damaged it myself and tried to blame the staff. Tried to contact them via email but no response. Overall terrible experience and customer service. I suppose all the other reviews which say you damaged their car were lying as well. Mistakes happen sometimes but to not own up to the mistake and then blame customers and call them liars show the type of company you are.

I have used this Valeting Centre a few times now (including an additional Ceramic coating service). The service and finish has been to the highest standard each time. I feel like I’m getting into a brand new car every week! The quality of the work has been so good that I’ve joined the monthly membership club. Naveen and his staff led by Karol are friendly, helpful and dedicated to providing an excellent service!

Not impressed having paid £85 for a wash and wax. The wax was half done and makes the exterior look worse than before. Interior was not bad, but again, for £85 you would expect way way more. They make claims and list treatments that they don’t do. Very rushed and no care taken. Attention to detail was poor - you can get a similar clean for £7 at most car washes. There was nothing special about this £85 ‘clean’.

Can’t fault Carl and co. Made my car look like I’d just got it from the dealership. I couldn’t find a single spot of dirt inside and out. They even cleaned my daughter’s car seat as well as tidy up the things in the boot. It was my sister that recommended this place to me as I usually go to the h2o branch in bullring. I would highly recommend everyone getting their cars valeted here. Will definitely go again.

Carl and Steve were so helpful and knowledgeable. They sorted the roof on my convertible that had been damaged by the bad weather (it now looks brand new now). They gave helpful advice and my car looked liked brand new once finished. I will only use there now even though I have to travel, it’s so worth it!! Waste of money ,they did not wash or hoover my vehicle properly . Very poor service Get same level of a wash from a supermarket automatic car wash . Used this 1 month ago. Carl made me feel welcome from when I stepped through the doors until I left I got the whole bundle (4star) and my car has never looked so good this is the first place I have ever gotten a job well done like this. I will never go to anyone else from now on Would recommend.

On my bonnet I had what I could describe as a living forest, my car was cleaned immaculately it was if was it never there and the white colour shining nicely through. Excellent service overall, Steve and Carl looked after my car pretty well, I will definitely return when it needs another clean.

Review is long overdue. In short, paid 3 figures for the car to be cleaned. Several issues plus scratches on the car. Photos all sent, no refund/partial refund. Offered a re-clean but not willing to risk it with them. Avoid this place, there's many premium valeting and detailing places around.

Popped by on Saturday morning hoping they could fit me in. This is one of the best car valet's in Birmingham. The guys are always happy and friendly and will put a smile on your face when they have finished with you car. They genuinely care about the job they do. I cannot recommend them enough

My car was returned gleaming 'As New' - Carl takes such pride and personal care and is evidently so passionate about his job, right down to tiny details. I wasn't initially going to go for the 4* but he said I'd see the value. He was right, the car came back gleaming. Good work Carl and team!

Phil and Carl are both incredibly friendly and happy to help. They clean the cars really well, too. Rachel is very efficient and tried to fit you in as best she can, even when it’s quite busy. I would suggest trying to book in advance as they are often at capacity. Service with a smile! *OOG

Fantastic car wash place. I did the full valet which was a bit pricey but worth the money. I bought a used white car the day before which had been used in the countryside, so had moss and dirt all over the car, H20 got rid of all of that and the car looks brand new.

Car just not cleaned properly, no attention detail. Water marks left over the body. Dry leaves left in bonnet. Mud still on interior plastic. Just not worth the money.
