If I could leave a zero stars, i would. The staff & the owner very rude disrespectful! They tried to charge me double price for tyre change when 6months ago I paid £10 per tyre. Then the owner got into an argument with me trying to say Im lying. Why did I come here if I could get tyres changed elsewhere half the price? Hw was really rude & I did not appreciate his behaviour towards his customers. They also charged £5 extra when my wife went to get her car vaccumed. They said it was too dirty. What should you bring a clean car to get it vaccumed? I will not bring my 3 cars & my van here ever again. Nor will my relatives & friends! Iv never come across such abusive & ride behaviour. I have been coming here for over 4 years... never again now.

I've literally watched Junction 6 car wash grow. I've been using their services since I past my driving test in 2010. I am a wheelchair user and anytime I come they always treat me so well. When my car has been cleaned its really cleaned. I've tried other car wash within Birmingham but I have to stay royal to my guys. All the staffs are friendly, professional, a great sense of humor. I've not encountered any rudeness from them. Whenever I was my car here it takes a long time to get dirty. The management is very professional. They really do take extra care of me and the car. I've recommended them to my friends and they too have confirmed the quality of work done. I only wish for more progress for them in the future as they grow stronger.

Avoid! My first time using them, selected no.3 exterior wash and interior valet £15. Exterior was OK but interior was just a vacuum. They dry wiped over the dash which I could've done myself. When I got home I noticed the centre console had not even been wiped! The man who was meant to hand back my £5 change from £20 HELD IT in his hand telling me he should've charged me £20!! as the car was dirty. I got my change after explaining only the front driver side was used mostly. This is a joke of a business how can a car valeting company complain of a car being dirty??? First and LAST visit. Avoid these conmen imagine if there was a vulnerable person there they did this to. It's wrong and should be reported to trading standards.

Sadly I went here a few times and it’s a hit or miss. One time I got an amazing job and the other few times was an absolute let down. GENUINELY FEEL THEY CATER TO YOU AND HOW YOU LOOK AS A FEMALE AS WELL AS WHAT MODEL VEHICLE YOU HAVE and that all depends on which worker you get and whether they’re just lazy. I always go out my way to help make their job easier by getting rid of the rubbish and leave them with the basic vacuum and wipe down but that apparently doesn’t help. Crumbs still on the seats and around them, no air pressure used and dust still around the air vents, streaks of dirty all through out still remained. Will NEVER be going again thank you for being a let down for the last time

You may not get a smile from the staff, but you'll get a value for money car wash... Junction 6 Car Wash is a great place to get your car washed for a fair price. Your not paying top dollar so don't expect a miracle wash. The wait here is normally between 15-30min and another 15-30 for the wash, so all in all its pretty quick for the standard. They have a waiting room selling coffee and sweets out of a machine bit I couldn't tell you if it's any good as I carry my own refreshments. I'd recommend this place for a car wash inside and out but as mentioned earlier, don't expect a smile. As for your car, keep it fresh!!

Junction 6 do a ok wash, but my wing mirrors and and exhausts were still dirty after cleaning. I usually have an Option 2 which washs/drys/hoovers/clean upholstery. When drying and hoovering the inside of car the team done extras i had not noticed. These extras were part of the next options above that i did not order. I was asked to pay more, because of the extras. The supervisor even referred to my car and said because its new it needed better care for maintenance, which is not their choice to make. Be vigilant so they don't try to over charge you here.

Friday afternoon, joined the queue as looked quiet as only 3 cars in the queue. Big mistake as only 2 staff working, what is usually a 30 minute trip has turned into over an hour. Also annoyed with the system for the £10 clean, no idea who is next and required a strong message to tell them to clean my car next. Shame as I’ve used this place a lot, but last 2 experiences have been poor I won’t use them again ... wish I’d done what other cars have done and queued for about 5 minutes then left.

Really disappointed. You pay £50 for a vehicle valet so you would expect top notch cleaning and detailing. These guys failed to clean the interior properly. Absolutely shocking. Had to stand there and tell them to carry on cleaning bits of the car that were still visibly very dirty. The boss tells me that he's got inexperienced people doing the valet for me and still expects full price?! Never coming back here again. Even other customers were saying how rubbish these lot have become.

On top of that even though the list of prices was saying 40 pounds he asked me for 50. In the end I paid 40 but trying to trick me to pay 50 was very annoying.

Great experience,after being told that my car was "too dirty" and would cost in the excess of 50 pounds in erdington high street, I was aptly surprised with the fair prices, excellent customer service and over all quality of the service, which cost a fraction of the price quoted less than a mile down the road. This location also has a nice seated area with tea and coffee, which is an added bonus. Will be returning, highly recommended.

Worst customer service experience ever, when I questioned the manager why is he charging me for the services he hasn't done he threatened me and my family, charged for the services that they don't offer. Please don't visit this place if you are looking for good customer experience. My kids are traumatized after the visit, obviously will never go back again but can't have businesses like this in our country.

They do not know what a 4x4 is, I get charged one time for 4x4 and another time charged for a standard car. I have a CHR and it is not a 4x4. When I question them they say its because of its size which means they need to change the advertisement. A Juke is the same size as a CHR yet a juke gets charged standard car. Makes no sense. Wont be going back! Service is slow. Go elsewhere!

I usually go to this car wash from time to time and it's always been good but this time, the finish was superb. We received a lot of positive comments. My car looked brand new inside and out. We also got purchased an air freshener and mats from them. They put our mats in also. The main man was very friendly but the other workers should try and crack a lil smile too. Lol.

This is by far the best car wash in the area. The guys that work there are always polite an professional. I’ve been several times now and they always treat my little Renault the same way they treat the luxury cars the wash mitts they use are always clean plus the tyre repair service they offer is great value and is still going strong 4 months later.

Great car wash, I've tried quite a few around my local area and this is by far the best I've used, attention to detail spot on nothing too much trouble, friendly staff and great facilities with a smart comfortable waiting room with drinks if you want . I took my van to this carwash, it wasn't really dirty inside. I asked how much for the inside and out and the guy said £20, i normally pay £15 at other places but I didn't mind paying £20. But after it was finished he said it was now £25. Not going back to this place. They are not to be trusted If they can't keep to there word.

A way to find out if a place is good is by the types of cars that go there, I always get good service here and you can see your money is going back into the establishment with the upgrades that are constantly made to the place. It's gone from an average car wash to a place with a full lounge that now does car tyres. Amazing.

During my visit to Birmingham I managed to get a bolt through my rear tyre. As we were passing Junction 6 we just popped in to see if there was any chance of a repair, sort of within the hour? We were back on the road within 15 minutes. The guys were excellent, not just a car wash, give them a go.

I put a £20 note under the drivers seat on purpose to check them out. Turns out not only did they took the £20 they also took around £6 change in the ash tray. I would not recommend these theives to anyone. Please go somewhere else otherwise they might take your important belongings.

Price is advertised as £5 but after getting my car washed I was charged £7. After I questioned this I was told as I have a big car. I've been going to this establishment for well over 10 years and never been charged more than £5. The price should be clearly advertised large car etc.

They have damaged my car and refused to take responsibility even when u can see on the CCTV they bang my car when other costumers car door. Not recommended Added: good luck my car is brown other white and now I had white paint on the bodywork. Good on u posing as costumer...

Junction 6 is were I normally wash my car, however the staff keep changing, they do a good job but could do much better, as in the past my rims would be dirt free in the corners and the inside rims, just for quickness why I go otherwise I wash the car myself

They try to get more money of you making out car bigger. Its £5 for car £8 for 4x4. I have a Peugeot 3008 which is not a 4x4. Car was wash good though even though the windows where not brilliant with the drying.. need to look at there boards and prizes

For some reason he opened my passenger door and started to use power washer on the inside of my door, soaking seat and interior, poor job all around, would not return, don't know if owners have changed, as earlier visits i was very pleased with.

Was told not to ask for vacuum again just ask for a wash next time as my car had wood bits from tip in hence going to what has been before a very good car wash. I won't be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere in future

The same as every other car wash do not particularly clean your car well and still residue of Marks and dirt left but for the price I guess you can't really complain too much as a standards everywhere appear to be lacking.

Nice job for £50 However, advised to leave car there all day with engine running to dry interior, Seat belt alarm now malfunctions on passenger seat and they swapped my car mats with someone else's.

Junction 6 car wash Ltd is a great place to get your car valeted, etc. They valeted my mini bus for a very reasonable price. Will definitely return again and would encourage others to go.

£7 for exterior wash and dry. The cleaning guy was really thorough with the wash and clean, but the drying guy rushed through the job. Overall happy and would recommend.
