Usually the service is great , very polite and helpful, but there was one Receptionist today that was so rude, giving me false information saying they do Veneers and that I had to call Private DPV in Epping instead and she didn’t even transfer me. so I called private dpv in Epping myself and they said we don’t do that and the lovely lady at Epping reception was so helpful giving me other options and was very kind so when she transferred me back to Craigieburn public DPV because they deal with that, it was her again the rude receptionist. I gave her my name and she goes “um I spoke to you before “ in a rude way and went quiet asking me why I called again. when I explained what the lovely lady in Epping said, she went quite for a minute then said “um” and put me on hold to obviously talk to someone else. Then changed it up and said “no we can’t help you, you called the wrong place, we don’t do that” instead of trying to help me by giving me more information explaining that they only do fillings and giving me other options like the other receptionist. How does a receptionist of a company not know the services that are provided in the company they work for ? She was no help to me at all, gave me one worded basic answers was in a rush to say they can’t help to hang up. No respect at all, and people like that should not be working in the air and helpful community work place like dpv and I’m so disappointed because that could’ve been anyone else like an elderly person you’re meant to have patience and explain clearly in a respectful way to customers when I asked her to give me her name in a nice way after her being so rude to me and giving me attitude for no reason she said no, and I said I’m going to complain this isn’t how you treat people she said she does not care , laughed, and then hanged up. She needs to be fired A.S.A.P. I’m worried for all the other customers what a shame to have someone so disrespectful like her as a medical/ dental receptionist. I feel sorry for all the other patients she has done this too this clearly was not the first time. I feel sorry for DPV to has someone like her representing them im sure many have complained about her too. So unprofessional.

The receptionist is sick I think she need to stay home if doesn’t want to work went there 15 minutes prior to my appointment with kids coz in the letter they said make sure you come 15 minutes prior to your appointment like a warning and she kept us outside in the freezing cold even after ringing the doorbell twice poor service for the reception doctors are good I’m happy with the doctors service

receptionist was not happy to be there at all and gave a lot of attitude the system that they use is very weird. There is a two year waitlist for dental work. There aren't walk ins you have to book online but the only way you book is by calling them at 8pm for kids and 9 pm for adults which is for emergency calls but for some reason that only god knows you book your appointments through there.

No help at all.They tell you there is a 2 year waiting list on dental and give you a number to call(83399884)only between 9-10am and you never get through.Craigieburn DPV(dental)are open 7 days a week and can’t tell me that these people have been waiting for 2 years.I tried ringing that number for a month and it’s useless.

It seems like Lady at the reception was going through severe depression, no smile no customer service absolutely had no idea about these things felt like she was forced to come to work that day or wasn’t getting paid well enough something is definitely off about this place .

I don’t know why the dentist is sick every time they give me an appointment this is the 3rd time they reschedule my appointment because the dentist is sick . It’s been a year now for them giving me an appointment then they reschedule it for another 3 months .

Changes appointment times without notifying you. Appointment was at 1:30pm and then we get here at 1:20 and end up waiting till 2pm then ask what’s going on and they tell us that our appointment is at 2. When in fact it was at 1:30 all along.

I called them for an emergency appointment and the suggested that I have to call at 8 morning I calld many times I couldn't even get through and there is no hold to wait on the line they don't answer very bad

Called crying in pain being on hold for an hour for emergency just for them to tell me there’s nothing they can do. The lady was rude and just didn’t care she clearly did not want to be there or help anyone.
