"I am having a problem no one seems to want to fix and it’s seems I can only speak to the same person every time I call he’s rude and forced me to pay what I do not have upon paying I got sold the following day about giving me wrong information about what am owning I was owning $700 while he said I own $1500 which is unbelievable and no one wants to help seeing that they made a mistake and sold my things after making the payment to which I do not get till now every time I call no ones wants to help I’m lost and contacted my lawyer to deal with this issue because everything taken from me is worth more than $5000 I have all the receipts of all everything that was sold I have been crying the whole day because my mother’s property are also in there and my diploma which wasn’t returned to me I’m sick and tired I have a baby on the way and all my unborn baby stuff gone after lying about what I own when calculation was done and saw they made the mistake no one wants to answer my call it’s just unfair"

The guy I spoke to on the phone this morning takes the title of “Worst Customer Service Rep” hands-down. I’d be willing to bet that he’s the company CEO: attitude-wise, he’s the same guy that his employees and former employees have reviewed on Glassdoor. He has that “winning combination” of surliness and arrogance that those reviewers talk about. Dymon is probably the last remaining company on the planet that doesn’t let you update your credit card online. The Big Surly expects you to give your creds over the phone to someone you don’t know — him — and doesn’t see why he should change his viewpoint. No wonder his own people disrespect him.
Stored things there a couple of times, bought moving supplies for two moving occasions, and used their document shredding service a few times too. The services are not cheap but they are clean and efficient, secure for clients to go at night alone, veerrry easy to use, great staff, and your stuff is in a climate controlled setting. I am currently a storage client. My understanding is that the staff works at least partly on commission, so if someone works with you to find a solution that you end up using, then it would be nice to them if you signed the contract with them too.
I have been renting a locker here for over a year and was really happy that they had trucks and drivers for when we were ready to move. I easily booked a truck and driver for the 30th of June only to find out 3 days before that there was no truck booked. I paid extra for this so called convince and they never followed through or apologized for the mix up on their behalf. Not sure how the other locations are run but the Walkley location is a circus with no ringleader. Save your money go somewhere else. (Thank God for U-Haul, but still money out of my own pocket)
I have been a customer of Dymon since 2007. And I was one of the first tenants in the Walkley location! The staff and managers are always super helpful and accommodating, allowing me to add and subtract lockers as my business needs them. I recently moved into a large unit on the drive thru and I am very happy with the way this has allowed me to load in and out quickly! If you are looking for high end storage (heated, secure, 24hr access) then check them out!
This facility is fantastic, prices are good and the staff are impeccable. I've been using this facility for a few months now and they are so very helpful and always positive. The place itself is clean and very well maintained. Do I recommend Dymon Storage if you are in need of such a service and a place to store stuff, a million times yes! A huge thank you to Eduard, shift manager, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, as well as the rest of Dymons staff.
Amazing experience thus far. I really like that they are open late so you can order from them in the evenings. Very convenient for people working during the day. The prices are affordable, and there is no first time registration fees. There is a free truck to move your items which was very helpful and lock and keys are provided (free again). Friendly service from all the employees I interacted with. Great facility. 10/10 would recommend.
By far the worst company I have ever worked with. I recently traveled out of province and had forgotten to pay my storage before I left. So I contacted dymon and let them know about the mistake and set up a payment plan. Well even though I had contacted and set up a payment plan with them, they drilled my locker. I'm appalled by the customer service. And wouldnt recommended the Walkley location to anyone.
My family and I recently moved from Dymon - Industrial to Dymon - Walkley we found the movers polite, curious, friendly hard-workers, professional and they care in their work and job. I would highly recommend them for your next move. The storage units in both buildings are clean, well kept and the staff are always a pleasure to converse with about any storage issue. - five stars to them all !
I have been a client since 2004, and use Dymon for my business. The staff are very well trained and helpful. Product needed for my business is received by the Dymon staff and I am notified that it has arrived. This is a huge benefit, meaning that I am not required to meet trucks and interrupt what my job really is. I honestly have never had a negative occurrence with Dymon.
Impressive place. More than just excellent storage. Until recenlty, didn't know that they offered a Boardroom rental for free (8 hours per month + free WiFi) for use by customers with rental lockers (at any location). Made for a perfect place to host a meeting and the staff were incredibly helpful. An excellent company with a great service. Highly recommended. Thank you.
These guys were great! We moved out abunch of stuff before doing renovations which gave my husband lots more room to work in. During the renos we discovered an infestation, to my horror! We moved the rest of our stuff to their place on Walkley. Finished the renos, fumigated, then moved everything back home. A bit pricey but the movein truck was nice for both moves in.
I have nothing but positive things to say about this storage facility. Eduard in particular always goes out of his way to provide the best possible customer experience. I would highly recommend this location to anyone interested in storing their belongings in a nice, clean and secure area with friendly, outgoing and understanding staff.
I had the best experience with Dymon. I moved home for the summer and decided to put my things in storage. It was so convenient that Dymon offers moving services in addition to storage - they took care of everything. Prices were extremely reasonable and all staff were very helpful. They made the process of moving seamless.
The agent I dealt with explained everything to me and patiently answered the few questions I had. The location is very close to me so I can come and go on foot to organize, store and remove the much needed stuff that we had stored at a location that was too far for us. Very clean and spacious loading and unloading area!
We have stored our belongings at Dymon for the past year while we were out of town and have been so impressed with the cleanliness of facilities, ease and comfort of access to our unit, and most importantly the friendly professionalism of the staff. We will definitely be returning for any future storage needs!
Jason and Eric were excellent movers and went above and beyond to work with me to ensure we got all my items in the truck and carefully packed for storage. Jordan was very helpful and took me on a tour of the facilities - clean, modern, and very well organized. Very highly recommended.

Super clean setup. Drive through drive in has quick and fast reacting doors, that brings you into the facility that’s heated and temperature controlled. Extremely easy to access, quick and convenient, I’d you have any storage needs. DYMON Storage is definitely the way to go!!
Few days ago I called the walkley location and talked to Mohamad to give me details about renting a storage unit as my friend is moving . He was very helpful and supplied me with all the information that I needed. Great skills,very professional.was great dealing with him
There are reasons that these guys are the best in town. They are fast and very courteous. When you buy packing supplies they always ask to offer help to carry them to your car. Always nice and clean top to bottom. Washrooms are clean and dry.
Great staff, I moved to a different location due to no larger locker available, I highly recommended the place. It’s great when outside temperatures are hot or cold blowing snow your inside to load up where the temperature is cozy
These people advertise that they offer a truck and driver, but that’s only to come in. You’re on your own to get out. I think it’s false advertising. I’m gonna make sure to tell every company I know not to deal with these people.
Great storage and friendly staff - At first I just liked the fact that the storage was clean, climate controlled and secure. It was convenient and I liked the drive through feature making moving easy regardless of the weather.

Horrible experience, customer service is wack. They’re telling me I don’t have access to my unit whatsoever even tho I’m paying. They’re pretty much taking your stuff, locking it and charging you extra to access your unit
