I recently met David, the owner, at the gym. I had noticed his branded vehicle and his ever-changing assortment of ON brand shoes. I have been interested in purchasing these shoes and he was quick to provide me a list with the models that fit my intended use and then asked me to confirm my favourite colour scheme so he could be sure to have them in stock. Exceptional customer service! Dealing with his wife during the fitting and the purchase was also a delightful experience. I strongly recommend David William Shoes if you are looking for someone knowledgeable and prefer to support small business. David knows his stuff and his abilities in the gym support that.

I attempted to go buy a pair of shoes today after work. I checked the hours on Facebook, google and even their own website. All 3 told me the store is open till 5pm on Friday’s. I pay to park my car (as that is the only option in Dundas) I get to the store to find out their have a piece of paper on their door stating their hours are till 4pm. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN YOU CANNOT EVEN BE BOTHERED TO UPDATE YOUR STORE HOURS. I was trying to support a local store but I would rather go buy from a box chain shoe store as I k ow at least they will have the proper hours of operation. I will never be attempting to shop here again.

It is very hard for me to buy shoes since I have a bunion, but David is so knowledgeable and brings much experience in recommending a style and fit.
