"Good community neighbor park"
I've passed by this particular park on multiple occasions. It has always been exceptionally clean and well-maintained and is handicap accessible throughout. What has always caught my eye has been the magnificent wood carving. Someone with a considerable amount of skill had spent quite some time, both on the carving and the finished product. I hope that you enjoy these photographs as much as I enjoyed taking them. If you took the time to read this review, please take a 1/2 second and click like. Thank you.
No restrooms and no parking, strictly a neighborhood park. Good for strolls. There's a workout section, a couple of swings, and a seesaw that's sometimes workings. There's a creek. You can spot deer and ducks. Summer time loads of berries to pick and eat but they're sour.
Restrooms
No restrooms
Picnic area
There's one shelter at the top and I believe a grill also
This cute neighborhood park has covered picnic pavilion with tables, a young child play area and a short paved nature trail down to a creek and another small play area. It's worth checking out, but there is no parking at all. You'd think Charlotte could install a parking place or three so families could easily park and picnic, but it's a walkup neighborhood park only.
