I attended Dental Harmony yesterday for my first time by referral, due to lower tooth and jaw pain. I was seen by Dr Wendy Yu. As I attended during a Covid LockDown period, firstly all safety aspects were in place, from QR Scan Code at the entry, sanitising station and second QR code area and manual sign in, and lined floor sections for patients to remain 1.5 mts apart. Only 5 patients allowed in clinic at any time with masks to be worn. Dr Wendy and Dental Nurse Sonya were both wonderful. Made me feel comfortable, were friendly, professional, thorough and explained every step of the way. Unfortunately for me, a located severely cracked tooth had caused nerve exposure and issues, resulting in extraction. All possible treatments were explained to me before extraction, but I chose this as the best option. I can handle a good deal of pain, but must admit dental treatment makes me squirm. However I was well treated, numbed up and only felt pressure throughout the procedure and no pain as a result. I was impressed. Overall, I was impressed with the clinic, Dr Wendy and all staff and would highly recommend the clinic and Dr Wendy as your treating Doctor. I'm healing quickly and well and was provided a great after care pack upon leaving. I was in great hands the entire time. Thanks to Dr Wendy, Nurse Sonya and Kelly for the follow up phone call today to see how I was feeling. Highly recommend !!

Tried a local dentist for the first time. Went as a filling fell out and I wanted it redone. 20 mins later filling done and charged almost $400!!!! Receptionist, explained the charges like this, I was charged for a consultation separately, two minute chat in reality, the filling , fair enough, and two very similar x-rays of the same teeth when one would of sufficed. I know dental work is not cheap and happy to pay a fair price but I was absolutely ripped off blind and won't be going back.

What a fantastic team of dentists and co. Thorough in diagnosing and explaining exactly what the tooth issue is. And so genuine in making sure the end result is the best possible outcome. At my recent visit it seemed more then likely that I would need root canal treatment. Instead Dr Nick has gone above and beyond to save my tooth from removing the actual nerve. Was very lucky to get an appointment a few days before Christmas (on the 21/12/21) My front veneer had fallen off. First time at this dental practice and I was very impressed. Dentist Nick was very thorough and I was very relieved to walk out with a great looking and fitted front tooth. Assistant Kelly made me feel calm and at ease too. Will gladly return.

I am a nervous patient but Dr Natasha Nichols explained things clearly in a calm way which informed and relaxed me. The injection was quick and effective making the fillings pain free. Excellent post filling advice on care for my teeth. Plus the assistants and reception were very friendly and competent. Thanks very much. George

Dental Harmony and Dr Nick Yu are fantastic. I have been going to Dr Nick for about a year now and he just recently finished restoring one of my front teeth which was damaged in an accident. All the staff there are fantastic and really friendly. I would gladly recommend Dental Harmony to anyone.

Susan is just so lovely. I took my son for his first ever check up and she was so lovely. He really liked her and I could see he felt very comfortable and safe. No crying or distress. A very positive first dental check up. I wish I had such a kind dentist when I was a child. Highly recommend

I had one of my molars crack and Natasha Nichols repaired it as only a small part had cracked off. She did such an amazing job and barely felt any pain. 24 hours after the procedure and my mouth/teeth are back to normal. All staff here are very nice and friendly. Will recommend to anyone

As an extremely anxious client, Dr Nick Yu did a fantastic job. He provided me great advice on options available and walked me through the next steps on my dental journey. The route canal was a painless (and as stress-less as I could possibly hope for). Payment options are available.

Wendy and Nick are great we've been going to dental harmony for more than 5 years and they are great with kids, I think all the dentist there are great. Wendy was great and very patient with my 5 years old daughter. you are the best
