Everyone I have met at the New Age Dental clinic is wonderful! BUT I have followed Dr Gunjan Bangia for over a decade since the day I met her, she has ruined me for any other dentist! I find her deep care compassion gentle understanding dedicated manner, and her precision far more than anyone I have met in my life! I recently moved to the area and choose to come here as it was the closest. I made a appointment for 10:45 and came in 15 minutes early as requested as I was a new patient. Two other patients left the clinic while I was waitting, at 11am I was still not seen as the 11am appointment walked in. If they are running behind they will not let you know. I had to walk out due to work commitments. This is not the level of service I'm use too. I will go back to my regular dentist who runs on time or if their not communicates this to their patients.

I have been well looked after by Dr Harrison Fu for my sleep apnea. He has fitted me with a MAS (mandibular advancement splint). It has been a long process because of problems with my jaw but Harrison hasn't given up. He has gone above and beyond to get me a fitting device when I was ready to give up. He is not in his profession for the money but for a genuine desire to help. He is a very well mannered, cheerful, caring, generous and all together lovely person. I highly recommend seeing him at New Age Dental.

FANTASTIC DENTAL TEAM! I cannot recommend and speak highly enough of Dr. Gunjan and Dr. Helen. Their level of care and expertise is unlike any I have every seen before. They have done wonders in the treatment of my daughter's dental problem. We drive all the way from the south eastern suburbs to Bundoora, because the dental care at this clinic is so good. And I mustn't forget the compliment the receptionists and the dental assistants. They are excellent at their jobs and very efficient.

Having not been to the dentist for over 20yrs because of past bad experiences..... I couldn’t have felt more comfortable and relaxed after meeting Gunjan,who is such a sincere and caring professional. My procedure was painless and the final result was exactly what I had hoped for. Originally my appointment was set for weeks in advance as my schedule was super busy and they were booked out on days that I was available. The receptionists were so great in bringing my appointment forward once cancellations came up, they kept me informed so promptly it was fantastic. The session itself was amazing, the place is clean, great technology, friendly staff, thorough work, very efficient and accurate. I'm so happy that my friend referred me.

So happy that the surgery has weekend options. The Doctor that looked after my case was extremely professional and understanding. New Age Dental in Bundoora is amazing and can facilitate all your needs, for example instead of going to other surgeries or hospitals all procedures can be managed at the practice with the assistance of new technologies such as 3D printers for crowns etc. I highly recommend New Age Dental in Bundoora.

My filling fell out last night, as it was poorly done by a different dentist practice a week earlier. I actually got in today, a Sunday! Dr. Phillip Ho and his dental nurse Val were fantastic. They're manner was really calming, friendly and the whole process from start to finish went smoothly and efficiently. Her explanatory approach using photography clearly informs every decision. If you work in healthcare you will recieve extra benefits. Excellent practise!

Thank you New Age Dental, especially Helen and her assistant Val, for outstanding care of our son with Autism. Visits to the dentist have been challenging in the past. Because of the clinic environment, and Helen and Val's professionalism and understanding, this is no longer the case. We cannot be more delighted with the quality of service and dentistry.

I attended New Age Dental as one of many who is terrified of the dentist, and had put off going for a long time due to this. I saw Dr Phillip Ho and honestly, he was just so amazing. He helped me feel at ease and is just so kind. I would greatly recommend anyone who is nervous or "anti-dentist" visit this clinic and see him.

Can’t say what their dentists are like, but it’s absolutely unacceptable to have an appointment scheduled just after opening at 9:30am, to be told after waiting 40 minutes at 10:10am that there will be another 20 minute wait. I walked out without being seen. Just a complete lack of time management from this clinic.

I cannot recommend them highly enough and want to thank them once again for helping me overcome my fear.

They gave me the run around about pricing, their website offers a $200 new patient fee which includes a cleaning and I was told I wasn't eligible (never been there before), once in the chair the dentist just kept trying to upsell instead of actually doing their job. Don't recommend, go elsewhere

I was attended by Dr. Gunjan for extreme pain with my molar. She was very compassionate and gentle with the treatment. I was given detailed understanding of the problem and actions for prevention. The reception staff was very considerate and helpful. The clinic is very modern and well presented

Gunjan and her staff are THE MOST professional, caring, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly team of people. You can tell they are all passionate about their care for you and your dental experience. Gunjan keeps you informed and relaxed. I cannot recommend this practice more highly.

Was disappointed in my experience. Although the dentist discussed treatment options with me and seemed very knowledgeable, I had to pay $100 just to speak with her. There was no treatment, examination or work done at all. $100 for a conversation seems a bit much!!!

I took my kid here by just googled it. the dentist Helen was fantastic , she took her time with my daughter and explain thoroughly to me. For my appointment, the dentist was running late, the staff informed me and give me a new time to come.
