Dear Sir, If your doctors could not resolved my issue then why you took my voucher and sign and force me to pay you more from my account you might just say we can’t help you in this regard. And off course you didn’t, but my point is if even your doctor didn’t suggest me a single tablet then why you kept my voucher and claimed it. ? Believe me I didn’t spend an half minute with your doctor straightforward she told me we can not help you just for that an half minute you took my voucher ? Why? Really I was feeling pain in my tooth because of my gum infection how could you saying that I was lying ?

I cannot speak more highly of Citra Dental. As always when you try and find a new dentist you are always a bit sceptical. When you go to Citra they are so welcoming like one big family and always with a smile on their faces. I had some issues with a tooth extraction due to an infection and they were more then happy to fit me in same day to check and make sure everything was ok. I am so happy that I have finally found a place where I feel comfortable and get explanations of things that need doing and not just up selling. Thank you once again and highly recommended!!!!

Lovely practice. I called with a toothache and they fitted me in straight away. Dr Shivani explained everything and was so gentle and understanding of my anxiety. Such a welcoming team. I have seen both Dr Kohli and Dr Ding and had a pleasant and painless experience. Dr Kohli also treated my 5yr old son and was so gentle and patient with him. Dr Ding seen my partner last minute and had him out of pain 15mins later. Would recommend to anyone needing great dental.

Good clinic with polite staff and assistants but the dentist Dr.Shivani Bassi needs to learn how to communicate better and at least provide good treatment , my son was left with more pain after the dental treatment than before I would suggest go to any other dentist except her .

I have been seeing Dr Derrick going into the second year. Very professional and takes his time and has a gentle hand for people that hate the dentist. Lakshmi will not pierce your gums with the vacuum also gentle. Highly recommended helpful team of people.

This review is for Dr. Nonu Kohli :) After long time I found a knowledgeable and honest dentist, cannot recommend her enough, she listened and treated fair, great customer service by the reception staff as well 10/10.

Had my wisdom teeth removed here recently. The specialist dentist was great with his skill. and the support staff are professional, caring, friendly and approachable. would recommend to family and friends!

Great local family dentist. Dr kohli is wonderful and my kids all love her (my 6 year old daughter used to fall asleep in the chair). The staff are all very lovely and kind. Would definitely recommend.
