At first very accommodating and delivered the custom sofa on time. However, the sofa is very uncomfortable, every time I sit on it I get back pain. I have made numerous attempts to contact this company via email and the numbers on the invoice or website and none are answered. This has upset me a great deal as this is the only sofa in my living room and I am not able to use it!

Prices maybe high but I have two couches from design 2000 and when they say its real genuine leather it really is genuine leather. The 1 sectional that have is still going strong along with my 2 + 3 sofas after 10+ years.

Very good quality and comfortable. Delivery service is good too. The only drawback is long waiting time, over 5 months. If you are no rush to get a sofa, here is a good chice.

Bought two sofa sets there over the past 15 years. Quality products, custom designs too. My second set was a Roche Bobois-like design, at a fraction of the price.

Custom sizes, custom height, 4 different foam densities, many many colors...a bit off the beaten path but they have it all
