TERRIBLE!!!!! They were the fastest to respond to my email inquiry for a fairly decent sized job. The guy they sent out quoted about $576 for the job and I gave the go ahead. The scheduler, Tracy (I think it was) called to set the work date and left a message that it would be the following week, about 7 days out and for me to call back to confirm. I called back and Tracy was not there but the fellow I spoke with confirmed the Thursday first call appointment. We even discussed how since they're right down the road from my house that they should get to my home by 8:30am. On Thursday around 9am, after having taken time off work to be home, I decide to call them to find out if they are running behind. Tracy informs me I never called back to confirm; I told her I did and she very nonchalantly stated, "well he didn't tell me". She then said the earliest they could reschedule the job was for 3 days later. I just told her to cancel the job. I was astounded at her nonchalant attitude, not even any offer to try and check with one of their tech's whether they might break free to do even part of the job. Any responsible, courteous, customer caring company would have at least tried that, or offered some sort of discount on the proposed bid. If they have a Don't Care attitude before the work is even started, imagine how shoddy the actual work must be.

Omg. These guys are simply amazing! Tom, the tech that came by to do work for us, was beyond amazing. He showed up at 9 and worked straight through till 6 PM pointing out several issues that were both electrical and other items to note about the new home we purchased. Recognizing I was new to the area he gave me phone numbers that would help me with problems that I have as well as gave me great suggestions that would save me both time and money. I expect somebody to just come in and blow through the 405 items I needed to be done. Tom did much more. He absolutely cared about the work you did and we found something wrong he would take care of it even though wedding on my list to be done I expected somebody to just come in and blow through the 4-5 items that needed to be done. As an example, he reprogrammed my fan so the remote control would work. Who does that?? I can’t say enough about Dial One as an organization and Tom as a technician! Highly recommend these guys!!

Eric Felan and field Electricians Brian Laney and Dustin did an excellent job for a commercial job that we needed on very short notice. We understand many companies are often backlogged and are unable to perform jobs on short notice, so we don't expect Dial One to always be able to react so fast...but we're thankfully that they did this time! We were basically stood up by another electric company that had very poor communication skills, but we won't bash that company, instead we just want highlight how well Dial One communicated with us, promptly came out to survey the job, and then executed the job. Brian and Dustin were professional and had great customer service! The work we needed was to replace 4 old school light fixtures with 6 energy saving LED lights, all on a 33 foot ceiling. These guys were initially willing to do the job on a "short" scissor lift, but at the last minute we were able to rent a 32 foot lift to make job safer and more do-able. Our lights look great and the job these guys did was excellent. I definitely recommend this company and I will reach back out to them for future jobs we may have.

My first service call with Dial One Electric was handled by Jonathan - He was very efficient, knowledgeable, competent, kind, courteous and considerate...I had what seemed to be a complexed issue that Jonathan navigated like a 'Pro'. I really appreciated how he even took time to train me on how do do a couple of things to save money. I particularly appreciated how he easily assumed that I would be capable of things he trained me to do. I appreciate how Jonathan diagnosed my issues like a boss! When I was calling around to get a quote from various electricians, Dial One was, by far, more responsive than anyone else we called. We had them replace the main panel in a house built in 1960, as well as ground some outlets and install GFIs. With each appointment, everyone arrived promptly and all of the employees were friendly and pleasant. The work was done well and the price came in under the estimate. The electricians were good about cleaning up after they were done and were very respectful of our belongings and property. I would certainly recommend Dial One to anyone looking for an electrician.

I have used Dial One Electrical for years now on many projects. They have done small jobs such as change out light fixtures, added a phone line and ran power out to my pond. They also did a big home addition project including not only the electrical portion but they ran the data and cable lines as well. The technicians have always been very professional and knowledgeable and the prices have always been very fair ( not to mention my senior citizen discount they offer ). I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great experienced electrician.

I had a new Generac generator to install that was on site on a concrete slab. Dial One sent out an excellent engineer that knew what to do right away. He already booked the linesman to disconnect the feed to my home so he could do all the line voltage wiring and connect the low-voltage ones that auto-started the generator when the utility power failed. After the Linesman reconnected the power, the DialOne Engineer tested the installation and it has performed as expected ever since. I called around but no other companies could have installed the generator.

Working with this company was a pleasure. They were courteous, prompt and did what they said the would do when they said they would do it. Every person I interacted with was competent and worked with me as if the job they were doing for me was as important to them as it was to me. These days you don't normally find contractors like this. I can't say enough good things about them. On top of great service, their pricing for doing a custom job of hanging soffit lights on my office building was done at a reasonable price.

They installed a chandelier with dimmer switch. We called to say the switch was very hot. Electrician said it is probably a bad dimmer switch. Since we purchased it he would not do anything. We have tried several other switches but it is still not working. They refused to install one fixture because the ceiling was too high. The other fixture was not installed correctly and looks like it is falling down. Very disappointed especially because it cost me almost $600. Electrician did not know what he was doing. Very rude!

Moses was the first person that Dial One sent out. He had a bit of an attitude problem and also caused damage to my place. This review is not for Moses, as he would have received zero stars from me. Dial One later sent out Brian and Travis. Brian and Travis were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The five stars on this review are for these two. Though I don't recall her name, the woman who contacted me to set up both appointments was also great.

Jaime G. was absolutely fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable, polite, and above all patient with questions! We were tripping breakers during normal afternoon/evening use. He walked through troubleshooting, figured out our issue, and was able to get our main breaker switched out all in one go. Who knew that geckos could fit into a gap the size of a pencil and then into the business side of a 60A breaker? I sure didn't. Thanks Jaime and thanks Dial One!

Workmen remodeling my living room lost track of how to rewire my two-way light switch. Even before that, it was not working correctly after my kitchen was remodeled, but it was working to an extent. We called Dial One, and the electrician got it working perfectly again with no trouble. Additionally, I was able to make an appointment within a short time after my call. I can't remember exactly, but I think it was just a matter of a few days.

Very Disrespectful man, and Driving company vehicle like crazy to block off parking spots here in Apartment complex Indian creek Georgetown. Came off wrong telling people to get off the spots cussing being unprofessional being in company vehicle and driving like that. Could have ask politely. I wouldnt contract a person like that. Specially to go in my home. If he is willing to talk that way to a Women its not ok.

We had virtually all of the lighting replaced in our house. The biggest change was the installation of over 40 can lights. Moises and Matt did a great job. They were punctual, easy to work with, made some great suggestions, and cleaned up after themselves. Cutting 40 holes in the ceiling is messy, but at the end of the day, there was no mess left. We are very happy with the result and the lights look great.

I cannot put into words how happy I am with the service provided by DialOne. The electrician, Tom, was extremely thorough and did a fantastic job in diagnosing and resolving our electrical problems. He found issues that 2 other well-respected electricians couldn't find. All of the work was done at what I consider a fair price, as well. I would highly recommend them!

I had an interlocking kit and receptacle installed on my home for my Westinghouse generator recently. Tom was responsive, professional and took the time to explain, not only the 50 amp connection process, but showed me how best to use my generator. The price was also reasonable. A Plus service! I would use Dial One again in the future.

Very accurate and patient technician. He did a great job in replacing three outlets with update GFCI. Perhaps a bit too accurate: It took 4 hours to replace them for a total cost of $480. Seems a bit pricey for a relatively straightforward job and I was not given an estimate ahead of time. I don't think I will call them again.

All these reviews for generator hook ups, me too! After the big freeze I had them come out and do an interlock for me. They had to move some breakers, install the interlock and the input receptacle and it looks and works great. They did a 5 star job and I am way less stressed about weather issues.

I am super happy with the level of service I received from Dial One. The electrician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He worked quickly and efficiently installing new can lighting and other gadgets in my kitchen. He stayed within the estimated price and cleaned up too! I love my new kitchen!

We had a main breaker issue which kept tripping. I contacted Dial One Electrical services multiple times. Eric helped answer all my questions and he is very patient during the process. They were also able to find the electrician to come to help us with very a short notice. Overall very happy.
