I'd like to say a very huge thank you to the team at Diamond Motors. I visited two dealerships this week to look at vehicles to purchase, and the experience was night and day. Honestly, Diamond Motors gave me an old fashioned car buying experience that was so easy and inviting, I just had to share! 1. I had limited time, which they heard, and respected. I walked in the door and had keys in my hand for a test drive within minutes! No drama, no lengthy "get through an obligatory get-to-know-you small talk" session. 2. I was able to leave my old vehicle, keys and a copy of my ID, and was permitted to take the new car for a test drive MYSELF (with my mother in law), instead of having a chatty and distracting sales person hovering in the back seat, taking away from your true experience in examining the vehicle. 3. When we decided we were interested in the new vehicle, we were offered every courtesy when providing inspection, carfax and other documents, printed and put into a folder for us to fully review. 4. We agreed to a very reasonable price, without a pressured sales pitch, and NO guilt-trip-must-take-extended-warranty. We also negotiated a very fair trade value for my old SUV. 5. We were permitted to pay cash, not finance. Believe it or not, some dealerships won't let you do this because they want the extra money on the finance deal. This team had no such motives at all. 6 .They gave the new vehicle a fresh clean, and we were off the parking lot - from pull in to test drive, to walk away with the new car, within about an HOUR! Incredible! No noisy, high stress environment, no making you wait 24 hours to come and pick it up - these guys were serious about giving you the car you wanted, now! We've had the new vehicle for about 6 hours now, and we've shared our story with 3 other families so far... and we'll share it with more. Thank you team! Watch out for my in-laws - they're coming in over the next couple of weeks. They've been putting off buying a new vehicle (even though they should before winter) because the process is simply uncomfortable and arduous at the best of times, especially for seniors. Just bought a car from these guys a few days ago. Have nothing but good things. Walked in not knowing entirely what I wanted and was shown some options in a timely manner and was test driving within 20 minutes. I am a mechanic by trade and while I was checking out the main car I was interested in it was raining. The sales rep was not bothered at all if I took my time. After my drive we managed to make a deal and the sales manager was very easy to chat with about pricing and was open to some wiggle room given how serious I was. After a deal was reached he immediately offered to give me a ride to the bank. While doing paperwork back at the dealer I was on the phone with insurance and he was very respectful and patient while we waited for insurance to do their thing. Upon signing the bill of sale they gave me a dealer plate so I could drive my car to the registry. I felt 0 pressure the entire time I was looking at the car and thinking about buying. Ok so I bought a 2007 Jeep wrangler from them. When I got it I noticed it was riddled with problems and I mean a lot of issues, from the whole suspension, to gas leak, etc. I contacted them to let them know about these issues and they took the jeep to a mechanics shop. When the mechanics got it they found a lot more than I suspected wrong. They contact the dealership to make arrangements for the repairs to be completed. For me this was a fantastic experience. Yes things happen and things get missed but Diamond Motors owned it and fixed it no excuses. To me that’s integrity! My experience was they stand by their vehicles and their customer services is so far the best that I’ve encountered when buying a used vehicle. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from them. Came up to look at a car and there was damage that wasn't disclosed to the rocker panel and a broken taillight. They gave me a good deal on the car to make up for the body shop costs to repair this. However, after putting only just over 2000km on the car, the dash lights up like a tree with a hybrid system error code. After clearing the P0A80 code multiple times, it still comes back after periods of driving in EV mode or strong acceleration like pulling onto the highway, and electric assist is disabled which drastically reduces the cars performance. The car needs the hybrid battery replaced which will be a $3000+ expense, half the cost of the car.

I absolutely loved this experience at Diamond Motors. This is a family dealership, which I prefer to a big box go-auto dealership. You are not just a number here. You will feel like you are appreciated. When I started looking on line for a used vehicle they had the best deal going on what I was looking for. As I started looking at their inventory they had many choice vehicles all at great prices. I found myself like a kid in a candy store. When I've looked for cars in the past it's always been a grueling task, but I didn't feel that for even one minute going here. Come to Diamond Motors and ask for A.P. he is the greatest.
