*THIS IS NOT THE DICK'S WINGS AND GRILL FRANCHISE* This is Dick's Shrimp N Wings and has nothing to do with the Dick's franchise. After checking google maps and assuming this was the closest Dick's to my house, we called to place an order. I tried to order certain sauces, and the woman would say, "We don't have it at this location." Same thing with the waffle fries and boneless wings. "We don't have those at this location." Clearly, she'd been through this before. Instead of telling us the truth -- that it wasn't the same Dick's that is known for its variety of sauces and waffle fries -- she played along. By the time we realized it wasn't the same place, we'd placed our order and didn't want to neglect to claim food we'd said we'd pick up. Upon arriving at the restaurant, it's pretty clear it isn't a part of the franchise, though they use a similar looking font on the building and color scheme inside. There's even sports-themed decorations. The wings themselves were mediocre. The Garlic Parmesan had no flavor -- like they were tossed in salad dressing basically. The Cajun ranch were only slightly better, but not much. The chicken had no flavor. We doused the wings in Frank's Red Hot wings sauce which made them salvageable. The fries were OK, but nothing to write home about. TL;DR: This isn't the Dick's you're looking for and the food is not good. Don't go here.

Sending customers next door to purchase and bring it back doesn't make it a menu item and is extremely SHADY. Just because you slap a logo on the wall and a sign saying you are Dick's Wings doesn't make it true. I believe this is a family owned hole in the wall impersonating The Famous Dick's Wings Franchise. If you are looking for real Dick's Wings skip this place all together. This place is Dick's Wings N Shrimp. Maybe the owners name is Dick. Who knows. Never get mushroom apps here and never get Jamaican jerk flavor. If you brave and go. The mushrooms looked like they were microwaved and old. Tasted like old dirty mushrooms. The jerk flavor was so foul it ruined anything else as the flavor couldn't be rinsed off the pallet. Ordered take out. 30 piece 15/15 tangy/Jamaican wing mushroom app 2 pink lemonade 2 side salads. 1/2 star friendly warm cashier 1/2 star sweet and tangy wing sauce 1star saving grace pink lemonade Will NOT return. WILL tell everyone I know not to go. Don't get me wrong I think family owned and hole in the wall places are often true gems and many are true treasures of the city but, this is not one of them.

I ordered a 10pc cajun ranch wing combo which costed me almost $15. According to the website this is one of the best selling wings flavors at this place. I highly disagree. The wings tasted like the cook just fried them and shook them in the sauce. These cooks needs to know flavor began with seasoning the bird first then the sauce. These waa the worst tasting wings i have ever eaten and I will never patronize this business again.The website advertisement is very deceitful stating these are the " Best Wing" not at all I have had better for less. They should represent themselves as the "Most Expensive Wings". I pay for what I want but I am big on quality and these were the worse. They need to go back and rethink the recipe. The cook should have considered using the season salt drowning my fries at the beginning of frying my wings. Never, never , never again will i eat here or recommend these wings. I could have brought & fried up my own damb wings. I have hot sauce & ranch.These people need to close down or really value the review comments about this restaurant and make a change because these are lies and people are wasting their funds.#nastyfood.

Called thinking it was Dick's wings and grill. Lady on the phone played along as if it was. All the sauces we originally asked about were supposedly simply "not available at this location". Same response when we requested boneless wings and waffle fries. She knew exactly what was going on but said nothing. We should have figured out what was going on but the way she responded to our questions made us think we were simply ordering from a smaller Dick's wings and grill which didn't have all the usual items. Anyways, the place is actually called Dick's shrimp and wings grill which I only realized once I saw it on one of their paper menus inside (see street view screenshot). It is also located in a not so welcoming part of town (which we were unaware of since we are both relatively new to town). Wings were very disappointing and lacked flavor. Extremely bland, we had to use buffalo sauce from home to make them acceptable. The non-waffle crinkly fries were ok. Shady businesses practice going on here with bad food. AVOID.

Very poor customer service the lady cashier was very rude and uninviting to the location. I went in for two simple cups of ice and the lady responding said it will be $4.00 for two cups of ice......So proceeded to ask why and she couldn’t explain that to me so I went outside to do reviews on the company and what back in hopes of a high expectations of customer service and I asked to speak with a manager or someone in charge.. I spoke with the gentleman he advised me that this isn’t Dicks Wings anymore But it is Dick Shrimp and Wings and they are a lot different which is understandable but the cashier lady was acting like a child instead of a professional service team member and made me feel very uncomfortable in a new unknown place. Her poor service made the entire restaurant appear as ghetto and hood.

I ordered by phone, for a pickup, and the phone was answered right away. The lady who took my order was polite and I didn't have to repeat myself, she also took my order accurately. By the time I got there, the food was ready and there was only 1 person in front of me. She made my 2 drinks right after she collected the payment. The wings were as good as I remembered, I say that because some restaurants make good food until they gain a good amount of customers, and once they get them, the food and prices change. Even my youngest grandson asked me where I got the food because he loved the fries. Very good wings for my taste, and good service.

Rude! Rude! Rude! Upon trying to place my order I needed one second to talk to my husband who just got out of the hospital from a serious injury and I was told to call back when I was ready to order was just about to place. I asked to speak to a manager and the lady on the phone was rude about that too, saying she was the manager. We used to get food from here and it used to be good. Now it seems to have gone down hill. Very doubtful we will be returning!

Not an official Dick’s Wings franchise. Person taking my order was short and rude with me to the point that I walked out without even ordering food because of the attitude. Not worth it, especially since it is NOT an official Dick’s Wing franchise. Place across the street, Crabby Ben’s, got my wing order instead. They were not only super friendly but the wings were DELICIOUS and literally half the price as this place. Go there instead!

Very unprofessional! There is no reason that customers don’t not have anywhere to sit because family of the cashier want to congregate in the dining area! Ridiculous! And when are the restrooms going to be repaired, they have been “Out of Order” for as long as I can remember. Soda was flat, ceiling molded, and it was NOTHING “Cajun” about that chicken! Never again, Dicks Wings you have lost a customer.

We just moved here from Arizona last year. We have found that " hot" or "spicy" here is totally different from what we are used to. Today we found delicious hot and spicy wings. We ordered 30 wings with balls of fire sauce. OMG! So good! For us it was more medium but finally actual spicey food. Next visit....the hottest they have! The servicse was great. Will def be back again.

This place is way over rated specially for the price wallmart has better.wings than this place worse wings I've had in a long time they do have good steak fries they charge you 9.00 for 3 - small tenders please do yourself a favor avoid this place you will be glad you did.thank you.

Went in here today, music was ghetto and ratchet...should have been neutral its a restaurant. Mushrooms were undercooked and bland and the whole scene was just so,unprofessional. I don't want to hear ratchet rap in a restaurant. Sorry. Be a little more professional as you have different class of people that patronize here.

Drove 400 miles from South Carolina for the med. Cajun ranch wings I have been eating for 20 years. To get told I have to wear a mask inside a restaurant. Sorry but I'm not wearing a mask inside a restaurant to eat and drink food. Totally insane. The lady at the register was rude about it too.

2020 Update- new staff and the service was night and day better. Wings and fries were perfect too Service sucks. They don't value customers time whatsoever. Always say it will be ready in 15 min on call ins. Straight up lie. Most of the time they don't start your order until you show up

Horrible service. The employees seem to be more interested in their cellphones then working. They also open late and close early with no warning. I've called in a order and 15min later they closed when I got there. Even tho the posted time wasn't supposed to close for another 2 hour's.

Tried it for the first time it's ratings got a 5 wing combo wings were ridiculously tiny literally one bite size wasn't impressed at all and it cost 13.00 including taxes better off spending at wing stop real wings real good sauce with an adult sized portion that's reasonable More

Just finished eating and the shrimp was good but very greasy. The corn was bitter and bland, the fried okra was not good at all. Whomever they get their corn, fried okra, side dishes from they shouldn't buy that brand. The chicken is okay though.

Purchase some chicken wings and it did not taste like it used to taste. it should not have taken so long for me to receive my order when I called it in and they told me 20 minutes and I had to wait 40 minutes for my order.

I had the medium heat wings and Rajun Cajun shrimps. They were both excellent. The flavors of both the sauces and meats were great. The staff was very friendly. I would for sure recommend.
