Be careful when buying “like new” or any mattresses from them. This happened a while ago.. I wish I had done something about it but it’s too late now. My dad wanted to give me a surprise to me and my newborn son, I had just given birth and he got me a mattress here and the first night I slept on it I saw a bug going through my mattress I quickly got it off there..I thought it was just any bug that got inside the house...well that started to happen every night..(it had never happened before with my old mattress)and thought it was weird so I searched online to see what that bug was and it said it was a bed bug!! I didn’t even know how they looked or what they were till that time :( I was really scared I couldn’t sleep at night because those bugs were starting to appear in my sons crib too!! They were feeding off my poor son! I told my dad and he took the mattress outside in the sun and we saw lots of bedbugs started coming out from a little hole in the mattress..it was disgusting!! We took it back to this place and asked the seller to please give our money back and told him what had happened and he said NO. He said we were the ones that had bedbugs in our house already :( that couldn’t be true because we never had that problem before we got that mattress and they were coming out of it and it happened as soon as I slept there. I was really sad because my dad had bought it for us with good intentions for me his only daughter and now his clean beautiful house had bedbugs and it took us a while to get rid of them. We left the mattress outside the location and the seller said we couldn’t do that. We left without a mattress and without the money. We had to get rid of a lot, almost everything that was in my room :( Don’t buy from here and if you do, please be careful. I don’t want anyone else to go through what we did..specially with a newborn there. :’( it felt like a nightmare that wouldn’t end, it was hell.
