Had a very decent experience with Dollar Car Rental. There was no wait in line. I even got a better car than what I originally paid for. The car was in good conditions and clean. The only downside was that I had to pay an additional fee of $55 on top of what I had already paid. Other than that I would rent a car with them again.

My friend and I flew down to Texas for another friend’s wedding. We got a rental car with Dollar and had an easy/great experience. Dylan was incredibly helpful, friendly, and nice; he had strong customer service and explained everything we needed to know for getting our rental car. Had no concerns and would recommend again!

Vehicle selected was not in stock. I ordered weeks ahead of time. Got a truck instead of sedan. Truck needed alignment. Windshield had adhesive or something on it. Otherwise staff was friendly and quick. Pick up and drop off was no issue.

It’s 7:15am and they’re supposed to open at 7am.. no one here at the counter to help. They have a sign that says to go to the Hertz counter for help, but no one is there either. So we’re just screwed.
