Best raw food store around. They were extremely helpful when switching my dog to raw after a bad experience at another raw food store. The prices are the best around, and the shop is always very clean. I buy Tollden Farms Botanical formula and it has changed my dog for the better. The bulk treats like rabbit ears and feet which very few stores sell are the best prices I have ever seen. They offer some unique products and meats and their raw meat bones are also very well priced. We have never had a bad experience and the owners are very friendly and knowledgeable about raw. They kindly answer all our questions and have a great points system to save some money. We have been to five provinces and this is the best raw dog food store we have been to.

Some surprising bad customer service at this store today when I asked my husband to pick up our dog food, and for some reason our purchase history was not on file(when I was in in October purchasing two large bags of raw as directed by our Copetown vet clinic, I carefully inputted our rescue pup’s name, and owner info)Today I phoned into the store directly to clarify our info and was met with rudeness and a suggestion that I had the wrong store! When my husband returned again later to pick up the food, he was met with the same rudeness when asking a question about a bag from the back. I had hoped to shop here for many years but will be taking my business elsewhere.

The staff are well trained and super friendly and I feel so at home when I stop in for my dog's food. They have an awesome points program to earn money off your pets food and the treat section is pretty wicked as well we used to travel to Dundas to shop and now they’re even closer to home - well done Domestic Carnivore!

Visited on the weekend and met Kelsey, who was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I had plenty of questions being new to raw dog food and she took the time with patience to put me at ease with my questions and concerns. It all begins with a sample no obligation pack that you can take home and try with your dog if they're switching to raw. They helped make the transition seamless, and it's been two years going on strong with my raw-thrivin' boy.

They were super helpful getting us started with transitioning our Dalmatian to raw even though they didn't have the right options for pre made meals for our pup. They were knowledgeable about the limitations with our breed and had a scale on site to help us plan for his food needs and track his weight as we are transitioning.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Raw food selection is extensive. We found raw rabbit for our Sons cat, prices not bad for the quality. Several options in raw available, along with various sizes. Parking lot is very busy with the medical facility in the plaza.
