Every time I order it gets here way past what the timeframe they. Not only that but it comes up as delivered when the driver hasn’t even left yet. I ordered my food today at 1:10. I take lunch at 1:30 but wait for my food. I checked and it showed delivered. I called the receptionist to ask if it arrived and nothing. I called the store at 1:36PM and they said the driver will be here within 8-10 minutes. So i waited. It’s 1:55 and still nothing. I called and they said again until possibly 2:05-2:10PM because the driver had just left the door. It’s not even the fact that they took practically all my lunch to get here, but the fact that it’s always something that it gets here late or they deliver to the wrong address. They delivered to the building behind my workplace. And it’s a small warehouse where I work and I always put specific directions to find it. That shouldn’t have even happened. I understand things happen but it’s not the first time they deliver here

So my order wasn't correct and when I called the guy he got really defensive and told me lady I'm not dealing with you tonight and hung up on me so I called the lady on 67th Avenue and Thomas which is a really great store she helped me through the process to go on the process of helping me complete what my order was and the guy on 51st and McDowell just hung up on me and said I'm not dealing with you tonight so never go to 51st and McDowell always go to 67th Avenue and Thomas with the lady Maggie is the manager I give her a 10 star ratingW2

Pepperoni Pizza

Dominos is going downhill with their quality. Every other time I try ordering with the app, it says "system unavailable" while still charging me for each order I tried placing. When I called, I had to make an order on the phone. I do give this location credit for offering me a free 20oz drink (which really isn't a big offer), and being at a hotel across the road they delivered rather quickly, but the pizza didn't seem as good of quality, it wasn't cut right (barely at all], and no garlic on the crust. The person taking the order didn't even take my name down so the driver was a little confused.

So they are breaking the law. I was just informed that my pizza was delivered and my pizza had NOT been delivered. So I call and they say oh well it automatically goes to show that it's delivered after a certain amount of time due to driver shortage. That's falsifying documentation and also making it look like they were on time even though they are taking extreme amount of time to get the the delivery to the customer. This is not right and if we were to call and say the driver was extremely late, they would say well our records indicate they delivered early. Not good business at all!!

So the first experience was not so hot. I think it was a Google because I can't even tell you how GREAT the pizza was the n next time! The girl who answered the phone was so courteous and so polite, which has become rare these days, and very professional. And I must say the time prior the young man was very kind as well. The food was ready so fast and cooked absolutely PERFECTLY. I can't recommend this Domino's Pizza to you enough if you're reading this review trust be and go get yourself a delicious Pizza made exactly how you request from these great people!

I ordered at the wrong location online and as soon as I placed the order I realized my mistake and tried calling because I don’t have a way to pick it up from that location and wanted to cancel before they made/wasted the food. I was on hold for twenty minutes before giving up and then trying to call 5 more times. This location is impossible to get ahold of and now I’m out money. The mistake was ultimately my fault but could have easily been resolved if they would pick up the phone.

Amazing service, I was very impressed with Jasmine. Her customer service skills are impeccable. I hope Dominoes is looking at her and considering a promotion in her near future, if not I am sure someone will recognize her value and take her away. She was working alone with one driver, and still made my order quickly while still providing superior customer service. I wish there was more people like her that take pride in the things they do. Keep up the good work Jasmin, YOU ROCK!

Orderd on the phone. Called an hour later. They claimed they didn't get the order. So I drive down cuz I'm at motel 6 down the street. Some lady comes at the door all crazy. What you whant. I tell her I ordered and you told me you don't know. Hers the phone call. Then she tells some guy to come handle this foo. So I tell her ok what foo. Then they just say we didn't get the order. So I just calmly say ok then bye worst service and should be taken advantage of for free pizza

Used to love it but now it’s gotten to the point that we’ve had multiple bad experiences back to back. Wrong pizzas made, they take very long to make them, and they give wrong info over the phone. Also, I was at their 51st Ave and McDowell location for like 40 minutes waiting for my order and I didn’t see the employees wash their hands before handling the pizza dough but I did see them handle money, touch their phones, touch their head then touch the food…

I tried their Hot Chicken pizza which was really good. They put pieces of chicken, pickles, and a drizzle of ranch onto a small personal pizza. The pizza size was good (4 mini slices). It seemed like there was only half a tender used for the entire dish, and it was all placed around the middle of the dish, so after your first bite of the slice, the rest was just a ranch and pickle pizza. It still tasted great. It came very fast!

I placed an order for myself and some workmates to be delivered @ 10:45 AM, 15 minutes prior to our lunch time. We placed the order before 9 AM, giving the store more than enough time to cook 3 items. Tracking the order said they were working on it at 10:37 AM. The food arrived at 12:10. We have to be back to work by 11:30. I want a full refund, but of course they don't answer the phone, so how would I get it?

Very slow and unprofessional. Came in to order was standing at front desk for 5 min till someone came in to get my order, than I left outside for 20 min came back and they forgot to put my order in. I had to ask them about my sub other wise i would wait forever. And finally start doing my sub. Finally after 15 more min they finish. So took 40 min to get my small sub terrible. At least sub taste good.

Ordered from this place last minute because my kids wanted pizza. my total came out to 26.02 and it was a pickup. I went to pick it up, guy tells me it’s not ready even tho it said it was ready for pickup. I paid $15 cash and rest on my card….ended up getting charged $15 on my card and I didn’t realize I got charged more til after I left cause I was already irritated.

On Friday 5/13/22 I ordered a pizza online and it took 2 hrs and half to get it. It took almos 2 hours just for them to make it. I ordered 3 pastas and they delivered them without a lid. I tried calling the location and I waited more than 30 min and the phone was never answered. Horrible service every time we order but this was the last time I ever order Domino's.

Like forealz. Cmon get it togetherrrrrr..so I order a large pizza with pepperoni and sausage. I get a pepperoni pizza and what seems to look like they just through the sausage onto after the pizza was done cooking the Sausage was cold ..... like what you think I wouldn't notice? Can you at least try. Smh. Totally ruined my

Order the pizza online. They have really good discounts as opposed to ordering over the phone or ordering it at the place itself. This Domino's in particular really loads the pizza though which is really great. Not the best choice when you're on a diet but amazing when you're looking for munchies. Make sure to tip!

There was brown hair in the pizza from the dough, no ranch 4 my wings, no chili pepper was charged, & my pizza was cold when order 2 hours in advance... i tried calling the store... but manager Vanessa never got back to me when asked delivery lady maria to ask her call me please... very DISAPPOINTED …

What they did to my chicken wings was nasty. It looks like they boiled a frozen chicken wings. It did contain boiling bubbles and was soft and mushy. They sauce it with few drop lines of hot sauce. I can cook chicken wings much better than this pizza store.

My cheesy bread and pizza were beyond fried. I ordered for my sister and it delivered. She sent me a text with pics and I couldn't believe it. I was busy at work and never had a chance to complain before they closed.

These location is one of the worst locations to order pizzas. Cant ever manage to have the order correctly lots of disorganized. Long wait times and the orders are always incorrect. The pizza are dry and overcooked.

Worst Domino's experience I've ever had. Driver just gave up after I gave a huge tip. Then when I called the store phones were garbled and they kept blaming me for it. Horrible experience

Made fast, delicious, is loaded like you would see in the pictures, everything tastes good, no burned parts, I'm very satisfied with this order!

There was hair baked into the crust of 2 out of 4 pizzas and when you try to call them to correct the issue all you get is a busy tone

Food was delivered hot and fast... I tried the Italian Sausage Marinara and it was very good, also had an order of cheese bread.

Ordered by phone , showed up on time ,order was partially ready . 2 stars for cashier who showed good service.
