Dr Karam is the BEST doctor I’ve ever come across in my entire life. I’ve never come across a doctor who is so passionate about helping her patients the way Dr Karam helps us. I’ve been registered at this GP surgery for many years and not once have I walked out disappointed. The staff are so polite and professional too, they do anything to help you. They are blessed to have such a wonderful practice manager Amal, I applaud this young girl for running things so well and so smoothly! I couldn’t express how wonderful their standards of health care is. Very rare to find. Thank you all at Fairfield Medical centre.

Worst service during the pendamic, the landline always busy for no reason. However, when you go to the centre, they say we can't give you an appointment, you have to call 8 am to book one, then you call them next day 8am, but the busy all the time. It's just a simple message from girls at the desk "we don't want any patient to come here, our life is more important". You really need the medical ethics.

Needed a prescription done quickly as I'd forgot to order it and was in another city. Other surgeries would've made me wait but Fairfield staff and Dr Karam went out of their way to help me get the medication I needed. Very grateful to them, top surgery, top doctor and top staff!

Dr Karam is a caring, knowledgeable, excellent Dr and so dedicated to her job, the other Drs and nurses are all excellent and the reception staff are very polite and helpful

Never answer the phone, act as if they just dont want patients to attend the practice ever, will be moving doctors asap..SHOCKING!!
