To be honest, Dr.Abed is an amazing dentist and I fully recommend him! He ensures that your teeth are perfect and is very professional, he is also compassionate and understanding. I fully trusted him and even with my Braces on I get compliments on my smile. I'm nearly done with my braces and I'm glad and happy with how my teeth have shifted. I say this because even I was recommended when I saw a girls mashAllah smile not even thinking she had braces previously.

The customer service is extremely bad, Whenever I call they always hang up on me or take so long to answer after having me on hold. Wait time is extremely long even if you have booked and came in on time, very disorganised and messy. And the dentist is so horrifically rude and unprofessional when I come in for a check up. Honesty wouldn’t even recommend to someone I hate. :(
