Absolutely worst experience here as for, there is poorly managed clinical arrangement and deficiency of any well trained doctor at the clinic _so called big name_ Dr Atiqa; not even worthy to be called a doctor, she rather behaves like just an untrained internee. They never know how to properly handle the beloved pets of people, no any professional treatment, No protocols are followed at all; they simply don't treat animals but it's their lust for money. For Doctor Atiqa she is the one who exactly knows very well how to cheat people and take the money from the pet owners; so once more I would suggest not to visit this clinic.

I took my tortoise for consultation, before that I was going back and forth to various vets for more than a week, nobody gave reasonable answer. I went to see Dr. Javed he very clearly told me that surgery is the only solution, we decided on the spot to go with it and it was almost 3 hours long surgery for removal of bladder stone, he and his team very super supportive. Based ony experience he is BY FAR THE ONLY VET IN KARACHI, who deals with Tortoises.

Best animal clinic in Karachi Pakistan. They treated my cat Simba when he was fighting against from his life and death against deadly virus.He is almost dead but they saved my Simba life. DR's are very professional and acknowledged about every thing. Dr Atiqa is a gem. Very loving caring towards animal and passionate towsrds her work. Totally Satisfied All the staff are also appreciated well trained.Thanks to every one.

Highly recommended this hospital, dr atika is such a humble person and a professional doctor, i brought my dog he had a severe maggot wound , doctor atiqa treated him like her own pet, she and her staff are very nice and professional people, shukar Alhumdulilah now my dog is in great health thanks to them, my dog was admitted there for 15 days and they took such great care of him. highly recommend this hospital..

Very satisfied with boarding and vet services. My cat was sick and very good care was provided to him during the five days of boarding. Helper and other staff are cooperative, and Dr Javed is an experienced vet. There is some room for improvement in cleaning. Overall my experience was Alhamdulillah good, would highly recommend.

We recently boarded our male cat and we were very happy with our experience. Our cat was well fed and happy while it’s time there and he was perfectly taken care of. We received constant update of our cat and his videos were send to us at each time of the day. His surgery also went great and he has been in perfect health.

If i could give more than 5 stars i would give it to them . A year ago i got my feline spayed there and i am extremely happy with their service . Dr. Atika there is a gem . The male staff is rude and DOES NOT handle animals with love and care! I took my cat for hair trimming and grooming. They cut his whiskers and now he's very disoriented and scared! He's a very active and playful cat but since yesterday he's sitting in the corner and hasn't eaten a single thing!!! :(((

Worst animal doctor ever. I brought my healthy rabbit to them for grooming. They totally damaged his right eye and charged 4000 RS. They are butchers not doctors! Never visit this place there are many other good animal hospitals which are far better and cleaner than them.

Got my 4 months pup treated here for deadly parvo virus. He was boarded and treated for 5 days by Dr atiqa and team and he survived. Highly recommended. They take good care of pets and treat them with love.

I got my cat neutered by Dr. Attiqa recently. She is the best vet I've visited so far. She treated my cat with love and care and he had no issue pre and post-surgerty Alhumdulillah. Highly recommended!

I went here today My cat was sick, haven't eaten anything since yesterday Vet there treated my cat nicely and guided me well Alhamdulillah my cat is fine now and have also started eating. Recommended.

They should not be considered for birds, they prescribed a strong anti fungal cream to my parrot who expired 2 days after the application. Didn’t even warn us how strong the ointment can be.

We went to diagnose my cat who was getting thinner and thinner. The usual dose of deworming was given. The handling of the pet was alright but the environment was dirty and the place stunk!

Main apni cat ki grooming k lye legai thi is clinic pe inke drs ne use subah se sham tak rakha hua tha or grooming ki bhi nahiii. Unhen grooming ka bhi nahi pata sahi se.
