An absolute disgrace of a dentist. Kept my elderly dad waiting over 5 months for dentures! My dad has put his whole life on hold only to be strung along, insulted, made to feel like a second class citizen by Kevin and his entire team! Going back and forth every two weeks with no results since March. Finally went in today (11 August) thinking he was finally able to have his teeth finished, only to be told that Kevin had not done anything since he was last in and that he now cant do them…. and he wants to give my fathers voucher back! he even had audacity to tell my father that private patients get more priority! My dads been made to feel like a second class citizen and completely humiliated! The staff even hung up the phone on my dad yesterday when he called asking to find out how far his teeth were! Poorly qualified in both dentistry and compassion. I am also writing to the Regulation Agency as these guys need to be investigated for such poor service! My advice is stay away!!!!!

Every individuals experience varies For me, he suggested to do root canal for one of my tooth and I went to another dentist and he said it will only need filling

I’ve been seeing Dr.lam for over 10 years. He is always caring and give options before treatment. Never overprice.
