We have used Drips and Drains since 2018. A contractor who was doing a ceiing repair, punched a hole in the drain pipe connected to our upstairs toilet. The guy left quickly without saying anything and I was left with "water" running down a living room wall. I desperately phoned a number of plumbers who were too busy and reluctant to recommend anyone else. Drips and Drains trucks are common in our neighbourhood (their offices are nearby) so I decided to give them a call. They were so sympathetic. A very pleasant plumber arrived in short order, did the repair and provided evidence for our insurance company even though it was past his quitting time. It has now been five years and we have used them a number of times for various problems and a new hot water heater. Not only are they promptly return our calls or emails, but after a quick triage they let us know when they can come. Emergencies are always dealt with promptly. The workers explain what they are doing well, arrive when they say they will and do a neat job. We have recommended them to many friends and neighbours.

We needed emergency service just before the holidays - there was a crack in our main sewage line and our floors and walls were compromised. It was a bit of a miracle, but Drips and Drains had a crew that was in our neighbourhood finishing up another job and they were able to pop in and repair the pipe (which a restoration crew had isolated for them to come in for quick access; the repair would've been a lot more costly and time consuming had this crew not been there to open the drywall and allow photos and videos of the damaged pipe). After communicating on the phone and sharing photos and video on WhatsApp, two guys from Drips and Drains were in and out in 40 mins and the final cost was half of their quote! The guys showed us the damaged pipe they had removed and explained how it could've happened. They were amazing. Our Christmas miracle. If we ever need heating and plumbing addressed, it is going to be with the fast, honest guys at Drips and Drains.

The Drips and Drains team helped us through a very challenging water service line leak situation. Throughout the process, they were professional and reliable. The repairs were challenging due to the very deep connection. A team of workers attended the repairs and worked hard for multiple days. The most impressive and appreciated thing for us was that the owner of the company, Ben, dropped by several times to help problem solve and oversee important steps in the repairs. After the repairs, Drips and Drains provided very clear documentation of the situation and repairs which helped us with the insurance claim. When the insurance company was slow to process payment, Drips and Drains was understanding and communicative. We have also used Drips and Drains in the past for other smaller assignments such as annual furnace and hot water tank servicing. Highly recommend.

We noticed a wet spot on the wall in the basement one day, had to leave for 3 days for a work trip, came back and the wall was still wet and mold was starting to spread. I called and left a message that night. The next morning, I got a call back from the company, and John showed up that afternoon. He fixed a pipe that was leaking I had a few questions about our sewer drain, which he checked for us, and a few questions about our kitchen sink. He patiently answered all our questions. I don’t even think he was here for an hour. Our issue is fixed and Customer service at its best. I recommend this company, immensely. In the future I will be calling Drips and drains for any of our plumbing needs! Thank you again

Needed our boiler serviced and I wasn't sure what to do. The water temperature had a severe drop. Drips and Drains had been recommended by a friend. The team answered all my questions over the phone and sent out one of the most helpful team members I have ever met (we didn't get to grab his name unfortunately). He serviced our boiler and provided us with tips on removing any sediment from the bottom of the tank + insulating it to ensure we keep our boiler in tip top condition. I was blown away - friendly service + advice/support on how to maintain it. I will most definitely be using Drips and Drains again. P.S apologies we couldn't get the plumbers name, he was a tall guy with blonde hair.

This is an outstanding company. They are the right size to have a more personal relationship and yet have the breadth and depth of experience needed. We live in a 100 year old house. We first called Drips and Drains to fix a toilet issue. Two brothers came who were recently from the UK. They were familiar will old plumbing, but also were absolutely wonderful problem solvers. We called them again for something which had a good result, and so decided to contract Drips and Drains to redo all the plumbing in the house. No sooner was that finished when the hot water tank went. Even though they were busy, they fit us in. So yes to 5 stars. And I don’t hand those out easily. KGM

I've been using Drips N Drains for my plumbing work at my older rental properties in Vancouver. They have been consistent with being punctual, professional and reasonably priced. We had a little hiccup in my last backup sewer problem but David did an amazing job to stop the backup from happening again. I can't give enough praise to the team at Drips & Drains. John, Julian and Ian have all been amazingly knowledgeable, honest and professional in handling multiple instances of emergency plumbing repairs for us, as well as smaller routine installations. Each of those emergency callouts would have been far worse if they hadn't been involved, and they have more than earned being the first number I call for any plumbing or heating job no matter the size.

Our Navien demand hot water / heating system's warranty was a year past its warranty and ultimately needed replacing. We had previously consulted another, well known company, who struggled to diagnose the problem. Our D&D service man was efficient, courteous and very knowledgeable about our unit and was able to get the manufacturer to supply a new one for no cost. Their labour rate is competitive and communication was a breeze.

My Father first starting using Ben and his team a long time ago and as a second generation user of Drips and Drains we have been very satisfied with their service and hope to continue using Drips and Drains for the next generation. Laurel has always been excellent for scheduling and she knows how we like to arrange appointment with our tenants and she is very good at what she does to keep us in the loop.

Thank you so much for fixing the leak behind the drywall in the laundry room. Drips & Drains was great to work with. It was a challenging location to work on since the space was next to the water boiler. After the repair, the floor was still relatively clean because the plumber put the drywall materials in the big garbage bag he brought. Very thoughtful.

Drips and Drains did a fantastic job and were able to help me out in a pinch! Bit of an accident during a renovation broke the tank of the toilet.
