Very POOR SERVICE, SENT a unlicensed gas/plumbing installer, did not bother aligning pipes, put excess strain on existing plumbing pipes, sodered pipes at uneven angles into tank and straight pipe,after tank was drained stated 20 gallons left in tank while trying to move tank while fastened to everything. pipe leak after, no safety install of tank. presented a labour charge of $1995.00 for install only. AFTER COMPLAINING HILLCREST mgr BRENT BLACK states a qualified person would come later (??) to recheck work as per policy. DEFINITE PERSONAL SAFETY AND INSURANCE concern. Had obnoxious calls from a DAVE after. TRIES to put blame on customer. FORMAL COMPLAINT filed and full repairs and replacement had to be completed and up leak found previous workmanship. Initial person did not desire to confirm he had a gas license and ignored the question. WASTED CONSUMER TIME PLUS,,, update 13JULY2022. Final gas sticker placed on tank. MGR BRENT BLACK through employee "DEMANDED IMMEDIATE PAYMENT" AS WORK was now completed and because they had to come out twice to repair the previous work. He had been told a cheque would be mailed in as per telephone conversation and a new revised invoice received. MR BLACK was not prepared for cheque now but demanded a credit card payment over the phone. This was declined and he was told this is now harassment demanding immediate payment for the poor quality workmanship in the first place. HIS demand for immediate payment was declined by the consumer. New person came to remedy situation and found a water leak from previous sloppy workmanship. Previous person used a “wet rag” to check for a gas leak( must be new technology— if review their website).Matter reported to “Technical Safety BC”

Worst experience imaginable. Doing ensuite bathroom renovations, I figured it best to leave the plumbing to the professionals. Does this sound like the work of professionals to you? New tub gouged by drill chuck when screwing the tub to the wall. Busted through the concrete floor when jack-hammering around the drain pipe to make a little room to attach the new drain. Repaired the hole by stuffing rags in there and slathering orange fire stop all over the place like a three-year old. Seriously. Installed the shower cartridge upside down so hot is cold and cold is hot. Seriously. And they charged me 11 hours and $1727, and never even called me afterwards to see if everything was okay. Wasted 2 months because they insisted that the gouged tub could be repaired so that the damaged area is 100% perfect. It can't. The repairers say "98%" at best. Horrible customer service. They would rarely call back when I would leave a message. I am a tradesman myself, and I know that in most trades there are some that are conscientious professionals and there are some that could not care less about taking care of their customers in a courteous and professional manner - probably because there's many more suckers where I came from. These are the kind of tradespersons that give the trade a bad name. This is the kind of company that Hillcrest Plumbing is. Steer clear.

Unfortunately, my experience with Uncle Bills Hillcrest plumbing was not very good one ! I booked the replacement of water heater by phone. It was quite urgent because I discover leak around water tank and I was leaving the next day. Winnie gave me a quote $ 999.95, which sound reasonable ( I did some research ) .She did not send me conformation of the quote by e mail, although I did provide my e mail address to her. The job was done quickly the same day, water tank was replaced by Alvaro. After the replacement was completed Alvaro pointed out that the leak detected by me was still there. So it seems that replacement was not really necessary. You can only imagine my surprise when I was charged $ 1000.00 more then I thought my quote was. Winnie claimed that she give me a quote $ 1995.95 not $995.95 . I did not receive response to my complain, the invoice and the paper work for this job was quite inadequate, no gas sticker was provided , date was not complete ect. The office should be better trained and provide all necessary information and quote PRIOR to signing work order. This is the practise which is most of the business are operating ! ! ! The office was trying to convince me that the price for water tanks replacement is the best , but I found exactly the same tank for much lower price in several places ! SO BE AWARE !

After 2 different plumbers that could not figure out the leak problem, I finally contacted Hillcrest Plumbing, Uncle Bill's. A recommendation from the insurance business I use. I asked for the bathtub to be removed as that would be the fastest and easiest way determine and do repairs, as the building is made of concrete. The bathtub was removed by Doug and Jackson. The leak was the broken pipe right underneath the tub drain. They did a great job in prepping the area for a new shower basin to be installed by Hillcrest. A couple days later Wali and Jackson were there to put in the new piping and install the shower basin. Unfortunately they had to remove some concrete near the drain for the new shower plumbing to fit. Because the walls were not true, they also had to chisel away at the drywall. It was a lot of work just to get a shower basin fitted in properly. On both occasions, clean up was great. I also appreciate that Wali told me the hours of labour that will be charged to me before he left. A great tip that Wali gave, was to make sure grout does not go down the drain when all the re-tiling is done. I hear it could be very damaging to pipes. TLDR: Work with Wali and Jaxon, 5/5 stars! We had a main line water leak which was a large and complex job. I tried calling 2-3 plumbing companies but they all backed out since they were not comfortable with the scale of the job. Hillcrest took the job with no hesitation. The main plumbers who I was working with with was Wali and Jaxon. These 2 were great and were very professional. They clearly explained that the scope was work was unknown until the leak is found and ensured that they would try their best to keep the work minimal. They kept me updated through out the process and made sure I was comfortable with what was being done. Their approach to finding the leak was methodical and the source of the leak was eventually found, repaired and solved. Since the entire office had no water, and this was a multi-day job, building access was given to the plumbers. Throughout this process, they volunteered to look after the place, lock out before the leave and even helped take incoming packages since the office was closed. Overall, I am very happy with the service, and would definitely call Hillcrest again.

I want to express my appreciation for Morgan and Jackson for their hard work in unblocking my drain tile. The problem has been existing for a couple of years and it cannot be solved by a couple of companies except for advising me to replace the tiles. Morgan has a very strong diagnosis skills for solving the problem, right now my drain tiles is more than 90% working except about 2 feet out of the 100 feet tiles has some minor water droplets after two weeks of heavy rain. Actually it is a very successful result, for the tiles has been clogged by iron oxide for quite a long time. I like Morgan’s work attitude, he told me that if he cannot solve the problem, he may not have a good sleep that night. He can also give me a very precise quotation before the work is agreed to be carried out. I will contact him again after the rainy season to replace part of my rain leader pipes that had been damaged by tree roots after reviewing the video recording. They initially supplied a dud water heater. After repeated request there was no response. Prior to its warranty, the hot water heater did not function, their rep. came the lower heater element cover was fully rusted. The rep. could not change the element. A new heater was installed which is working well for which we had paid the fully amount twice. We negotiated with Manager to even settle less than half the amount charged. They requested to remove the posting which we removed and there after this popped up. We gave them 3 star rating which they did not like and requested to remove 4 or 5 star rating. We humbly requested that the payment of our amount be issued as per agreement be fore we accept further demands from Hillcrest. They decided to keep our funds irrespective that this Strata had given Hillcrest considerable business. The Owner of Unit 401 needed replacement as neighbor they wanted my opinion, which I confirmed never to use Hillcrest Plumbing and Heating

Hot water tank leaked so had Hillcrest install a new one which they did (with an obvious dent and no discount!). Decided to replace dented tank w a tankless sytem. This became a long drawn out process so will just give you the top three 'highlights': 1. The provincial gas inspector had to talk to the company TWICE about their practices. 2. One of the techs left the gas leaking on one of their visits. When we noticed and got him to return, he said it was a small leak. 3. Weeks later when the work was completed and billed, the invoice stated payment was due within 30 days. A few days later the company started demanding payment. When we pointed out the payment terms stated on the invoice, they said that was wrong and demanded payment which they couldn't get from us quickly enough. Interesting given the install took forever. Go elsewhere. During this frustrating process, I heard that they have become a victim of their success and can no longer handle the volume.

I highly recommend Johnny from Uncle Bill's. I really appreciate him who fixed our kitchen and bathroom sinks. I had another plumber before, but after talking with Johnny at Uncle Bill's on the phone, I decided to switch to Uncle Bill's because I had a good feeling from how he communicated with me. He showed up in 10 minutes after I booked his service. After he investigated the sinks, he explained very clearly what was the issues and what needs to be done to fix them. He also gave me the best suggestions before he applies the fixes. I was urgent since my guests were arriving in a few days, so I really really appreciate how fast he did his work. Also the price was very reasonable. I have one suggestion. When I googled Hillcrest plumber, their web site name is displayed as "Hillcrest Plumbing & Heating". I suggest to change the site title to "Uncle Bill's Hillcrest Plumbing & Heating", so people won't be confused in the search result.

I am debating writing a negative review or not but I feel like I have too because if anything the receptionist can learn a bit about customer service. I misunderstood her thinking that I had an appointment booked for today but I hadn't any idea that it wasn't guaranteed because it was very busy for them. This part is fine. The receptionist though was not very apologetic and threw it back in my face that I had no idea that the appointment wasn't guaranteed. If you work in customer service shouldn't your job be to make it clear to your customers about the process? And if something wasn't made clear is it the customer's fault or the person who has been working at Hillcrest full-time? I think I would have been fine if she at least apologized for the miscommunication instead of throwing it back in my face. Hope this review can be used for training purposes for the future.

From our experience, if you want your sewage pipe repaired, Uncle Bill's Hillcrest Plumbing is the best. After Milani failed our project, we invited quite a few contractors to quote for re-doing the project (40 ft sewage line replacement, 9-11 ft deep). Nasip from Uncle Bill gave us reasonable quote and showed us their expertise. We feel they are the right one to choose. After we accepted the offer, Morgan's team did the project for us. Morgan got us involved in each critical steps to make sure we are satisfied. They even did landscape for us after back-filling the 30 feet trench. Morgan also promised that he is going to come back a couple of times in the future and inspect the pipe for us. We are very satisfied, no, we should say we are blessed having Morgan's team done the project for us.

Thank you Byron and the store customer service staff at Uncle Bill's Hillcrest Plumbing & Heating (212 East 17th Ave) Myself and another friend who also works in plumbing have been trying to figure out the issue behind getting uneven cold/warm water in the shower faucet for over a month. Going from store to store and came to this one in the end. The store was closing but Byron still was determined to help. I explained what had been done and what didn't work. He figured it was the pressure balancing stool behind the cartridge that needed to be changed and not the cartridge issue. I was amazed at his experience. Once I had the piece installed, right away, consistent hot and cold water! Thank you so much! I will be back again and tell others of your store 100% :)

We called a number of plumbers to have our new dishwasher installed. Uncle Bill's Hillcrest was the only one who called back within a day, and had someone out to us the very next day. Others quoted days or weeks, and seemed to have enough business to not really care about our quick and easy job. Turns out, we lucked out that the one that called back was so awesome! Michael P. arrived on time, was quick, professional, and got the job done. I could tell he cared about the work, and was meticulous in making sure it was done correctly. He didn't just do the bare minimum, and ensured we had a hammer arrester installed and proper lines - but no up-sell like we've had elsewhere. Overall, I'd trust and choose Uncle Bill's Hillcrest for any of our future work! 10/10

I am writing to show my appreciation for the attitude and work ethic that Doug showed me this morning. What Doug said is so true ! He said he were taught that good, honest services to its customer are important factor to gain repeated business for his company, and good, honest and efficient services were what Doug has provided me today ! In addition, he is friendly and with empathy. His advise given was as though he were in my shoes. I was about to replace a toilet, but he told me the toilet is relatively new and all it needs is to replace a wore out part. I agree. Our generation is very wasteful and has created a lot of garbage, so much garbage that we have to ship them to other less developed countries. Finally, I and my tenants thank you for your helps !

DRIVER BEWARE. This company drives their vehicles recklessly. I was driving north on Main st. and was to the left of their truck… not behind… to the left…. They changed lanes carelessly without even checking their mirrors or shoulder checking. If I didn’t slam on my brakes, I would have been hit. Especially with snow and ice still on the ground, no one should be forced to slam on their brakes all of a sudden, it’s not safe. If you’re driving in the greater Vancouver area and see this company vehicle, stay alert and keep your distance. They don’t care who they endanger on the road. Because of this experience I do not believe in the ethics of this company and would not recommend their services to anyone.

We've been using Uncle Bill's for years now. Their service is always prompt, efficient and professional, starting with the reception person. After 50 years our house perimeter drain collapsed. Hillcrest came in with a good quote but the best feature was the foreman, Paul and his installation crew. They were courteous and professional. One small glitch occurred with the replacement of the rear stairs following the drain replacement but Paul was quick to return to cheerfully rectify the problem. I am a tradesman and can recommend Hillcrest. September/2019 Following my earlier review I had a problem with the main drain from another house. I again called Hillcrest and the plumber they sent(name-Uwin) , was friendly, efficient and fixed the problem at a resonable price. I was very happy with the service.

I had Hillcrest come by my condo to investigate an issue with our water temperature. He made some quick guesses without much investigation before changing the toilet fill valve and claiming that should do it. When that made no change, as expected, we investigated further with a different company. Wali thought it might be a thermostatic valve unit he saw in the wall but what he actually saw was a circuit balancing valve. The other guys I hired found it to be the shower cartridge leaking into the system. tldr; I paid Hillcrest 300 to change a toilet filler which I could have done in 10 min. Then paid another company later to solve the actual issue.

Professional, friendly, knowledgeable service from the plumber that came and did multiple tasks including sawing out a rusted garburator on one of the hottest days of the year. And definitely great value for all the work he did. My family has always had great service from them throughout the years. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is when I called to ask some questions before I booked, the person just assumed I was booking a service and asked for my credit card number before I even had a chance to ask more than one question. Regardless of this little blip, I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Hillcrest Louis Rattlesnake came to fix a gas leak in our laundry room. He fixed the leak and when asked to assess the water tank that needed to be repaired noted that the water tank was leaking. he provided an explanation of the options and an estimate. The next day Hillside's Anas (and his helper Munir) came and replaced the leaking tank with a waterless water tank. The job was a bit complicated in our tight old basement. All three Hillside employees were courteous, warm and professional. The work was done with explanations (and estimate of one small additional cost) at every step. I highly recommend this company

Mike and his team from Uncle Bill's have just completed an extensive PolyB refit in our home and we could not be happier with the process and with the results. We had just purchased the house and the PolyB was much more extensive than we'd been led to believe, so we were apprehensive about the entire process. From the beginning, Mike gave us a very clear picture of the scope of the work. Everything was done efficiently, with great attention to detail and was far less disruptive than we had feared. The workmanship is superb. Mike is calm and clear and a pleasure to deal with. We couldn't imagine a better outcome.

We had a very good experience with Uncle Bills Hillcrest plumbing on a big job to replace a section of our outside sewer pipe (4 days of work). They came and gave us a quote the day after I called to inquire. Their quote was very reasonably priced. They scheduled the work, showed up on time, and were great at communicating. In particular, Morgan was super polite, easy to talk to, was very responsive and probably one of the easiest/nicest repair/construction workers I've ever dealt with. Doug and Bogdan are literally amazing. They had a tough space to work in today installing my new salon hot water tanks (as well as dealing with mangement/protocol and vendors at the market we are located in). They were ON schedule with the amount of time they estimate for the work and they were the best part of this whole hot water tank exchange experience. They also took away my old tanks which I was not expecting as I provided the new ones. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys and will use them again no questions asked. I called inquiring a tankless water heater installation, a service that they claim to offer on their website. The person that picked up was very nice and helpful, and said that's something they should be able to do no problem but wanted to check with the customer services rep. The call was then transferred to this customer services rep and they immediately told me I need an electrician in a very condescending and rude way. I'm not knowledgable in this field, so I asked why, and they offered no explaination except for repeating the same exact sentence back to me. I was left feeling dumb and unpleasant.

It had just over 24 hours since the sewage blockage/ old cast iron pipe gunk in our building backed up to our sinks (we're 2nd floor). The strata was non-responsive to my emergency requests. So I started taking the task by myself. Hillcrest, specifically Winnie, was extremely responsive, and gave me a detail estimate which I was super appreciative up, it helped me create an estimated budget on my end. Fortunately, the caretake finally came through and had to call a plumbing service that the building contracts out too. Thank you Hillcrest for being responsive, it'd helped my stress ease a little bit.

You have just given me back my faith in a truly great business model for the trades.

SaniFlo system pump replacement.Should have called Hillcrest first. A larger company (you guess who, but it starts with an M) came, misdiagnosed the problem and then brought the wrong part and then wanted over double what I could buy the part for myself at Home Depot. We were advised by Hillcrest what to buy, and Johnny showed up on time, parked in the correct place without being told (first guys didn't) and did the job quickly and efficiently. Made sure the part was correct before starting the job, checked his work, and we again have a SaniFlo system that works. On time, clean and courteous.

NASIP SEN from Hillcrest came to my home today as I thought I was in need of a new seal around my toilet. He texted me to let me know he was on his way. He arrived promptly and was professional and courteous. He left his shoes outside and was respectful of my property. He was able to quickly assess the situation with my toilet and make the necessary repairs expediently. While he was here he also checked 1 tub and 2 shower drains and cleaned them of hair and debris. He was experienced and kind, and I want to commend him for the outstanding job he did at my home today. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My furnace was blowing cold air.I called Hillcrest. Doug was the technician, he told me the flame sensor was dirty. So I got the furnace serviced. While Doug was writing out the bill ,my furnace started to blow cold air again. Doug came back in the house and he did another diagnosis,he said the gas valve was faulty. Because it was late Friday afternoon, Doug ordered me a new gas valve, he called the following Monday saying he had found a gas valve, Doug came by later that afternoon to install the new valve.$891.00 dollars and 24 hrs later furnace is again blowing cold air.

Call them for a plugged toilet . they get 1 star for showing up promptly.. they determined it was the main sewer pipe not the toilet..They didn't have pipe snake abd camera to fix it..Came back next day forgot camera and couldn't clear the pipe.. Came back again with camera and couldn't get camera more then 7 feet down. then determined clog was on city property. City Came cleaned pipe that was clogged 7 feet in on our property.. paid hillcrest$1100 for nothing and now have to pay city The worse part I phoned and emailed to complain and NO response

Had an amazing experience today with Doug (technician). We had an issue with our radiant heating on two floors. Doug came out and replaced a valve and got us up and running. We just bought this home and I was expecting to potentially upgrade our hot water system + pumps and he felt strongly that our system was solid enough to go on many years forward. I appreciated that he was not trying to over sell us and direct us to only what we needed. I could not have asked for a better interaction. Hope you find your experience equally as positive as ours.

I called Hillcrest for a dishwasher install and was quoted $150. They came 3 days later and after hours of waiting the plumber showed up. The plumber was quick to start working and very pleasant. However after 2 hours of labour, a 30 minute driving fee and $100 dollars in parts the job was done. The bill $369. $219 over the quoted price. When getting rid of my old dishwasher i bumped into an old lady in my apartment and she said Hillcrest ripped her off also charging her $500 plus to put in a toilet. What a joke. I will never use Hillcrest again.

The plumbing service was phenomenal. The plumber arrived in a timely manner, was knowledgeable and professional and was able to the job well within a timely manner. He's been with the company for a couple decades so that says something. I'd get this service again anytime. My only suggestion is book directly by phone and not through their on-line form. They did respond in a timely manner but were vague not as prompt or specific about the time a plumber could come or called the morning they said they would. But otherwise absolutely worth it.

We had a great experience with Morgan and the whole Uncle Bill’s team. We had a new drain tile system installed, and every day our place was left immaculate. Our neighbours actually complimented us on how professional they were! We had lots of questions and a bit of a difficult space, but Morgan was very patient and was able to work through everything smoothly and efficiently. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Uncle Bill’s to anyone needing this type of work. Looking forward to a leak-free basement this fall/winter!

Hillcrest Plumbing & Heating is the beat in the business. We have used them for years for our plumbing needs. They are reliable, reasonable, honest and professional. Recently they installed an air conditioning system in our house and did so during the pandemic and were completely compliant with precautions. I can not recommend this company enough. When we need a plumber in an emergency situation, it is always very comforting to know that the job will get done in a timely manner and for a reasonable cost!

I had my old clay pipe sewer line replaced with a new PVC line. the Hillcrest staff were on time, communicated well and showed me what they found. They provided suggestions for upgrades (like a new water line) because they had already dug up the front yard anyways. I didn't take them up on the offer and they were not pushy either way. Everything was cleaned up and and the grass re-seeded after. Work was on time and fast. Price was a little on the expensive side but it needed to be done. Thanks.

Our kitchen sink wasn't draining because of a big blockage. We called 4 plumbers and Uncle Bill's was the only one who called back. They originally said they'd send a plumber in the afternoon, but due to a cancellation they managed to send someone in the morning so I was thrilled! Michael B was professional, friendly, worked efficiently and managed to fix the problem. He explained everything thoroughly and did a great job. If we ever need a plumber again I won't bother calling anyone else!

I met Byron at Hillcrest, he is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! I was looking for an adaptor for my shower hose connection and unfortunately can't find anywhere. I finally went to Hillcrest and met with Byron. He came up with a solution for me as such an adaptor does not exist! Although I spent only $13, Byron serves me with lots of patient, helping me to solve my challenge, and more importantly with passion. Hillcrest plumbing ... Byron ... Thank you!

Doug was prompt, kind and detailed about how work. My BOSCH Hot Water On Demand unit was giving me cool water time to time! Doug checked the filter and the incoming psi ... le voila! The company has installed a water heater. The job has been done but concerns regarding the installation codes have been expressed. Technician came on site to check out and agreed concernes are justified. Since then and after many visits at the office/store and despite promises done each time.... no follow up. Original job done, money cached.... then no customer care only empty promises. Frustrating and highly disappointing. Definitely bad experience.

Great experience with the staff at Hillcrest Discount Centre yesterday. I brought in just the handle of my bathroom shower faucet and the gentleman knew which brand it was and found a suitable cartridge. (no logos on the faucet or showerhead) They saved me from having to replace the entire shower faucet unit. His co-worker was very helpful in photocopying the specs without me asking. Thank you Hillcrest staff. You saved me a lot of time and money.

We called Uncle Bill's Hillcrest Plumbing to take care of another problem we had but this time it was an old leaky garburator. Nasip the Technician arrived on time as promised and was able to install the new garburator within the hour. He even took the time and care to remove the mat underneath the sink and shook the small pieces of debris outside. Overall great professional work at a reasonable price. We will continue to use their services!

Thank you to Nasip Sen! What started out as a stressful morning after discovering a puddle on the floor, water dripping from the ceiling and soft drywall improved 100% once Nasip arrived. A quick assessment, problem located, speedy work, minimal drywall hole and clean up, the day back on track. Nasip was professional, concise and kind. The bill wasn't too crazy either for an emergency call. Uncle Bill and his team have always been great!

I had called a different company who was not able to come look at my shower for 2-3 months but Wali and Ali came out the same day in a matter of hours. They were very professional communicated with me throughout the process. They replaced a part in the spout rather than replacing the whole thing which saved me money and kept the hardware matching. Hillcrest Plumbing & Heating was able to schedule an initial diagnostic visit during one of Vancouver's coldest periods of the year. The solution provided by Hillcrest was comprehensive and timely and resulted in an improved hydronic heating piping system and updated Navien combi unit. The new combi unit was replaced and back up and running in a single day. We were very pleased with the quality of the work.

Doug from Hillcrest fixed up another company's botched job servicing our furnace in which they managed to short out the mother board to the furnace! These guys replaced my hot water tank TWO HOURS after I called! I wanted the tank that day and asked if they could directly invoice my landlord and they were very accommodating. They are good company, and I have been using them for years. This time I was expecting a $139 for a furnace cleaning and it cost me much more plus a truck charge that was not in the advertising for the special that I saw. In the future maybe they can be more upfront with cost. But I will use them again. I will ask a lot more around cost.

Was able to book an early morning time slot and got a confirmation phone call ahead of time. Plumber found the source of the leak and replaced all of the broken pipe as well as a patched connection left by the property management plumber. Plumber cleaned up the area he worked in and took away all garbage.

Anas installed a new hot water heater for me. He took the time to listen to the problems I had and explained what he was going to do. This is my third time having Hillcrest do work at my house. I called them for this job because they were very helpful last time in sorting out a warranty issue for me.

our plumber came right on time during the schedule window provided when i booked the service. he got to work promptly and efficiently and did a great job. my only concern with Hillcrest is the odd branding leaving me not knowing whether i was dealing with uncle bill's hillcrest or just hillcrest.

Called for a quote on May 2 to convert from copper pipes to PEX. Job was complete by May 5. Professional and detail oriented from running lengths of pipe through the house, caulking the outdoor hose bib, fixing a bathroom sink leak without asking.... Ask for Mike Georgas.

I called them with an emergency (clogged toilet, flooded washroom). Operater took all the deets and said a plumber would be in touch shortly. It's been 30 hours, no one bothered to call. Some "emergency" service. Look elsewhere if you really need a plumber to respond.

This is the fourth time Hillcrest plumbing and heating has provided service to us. It was for a hot water heater. Service was prompt, courteous, efficient and installed perfectly. I was very satisfied with the work that they did and I would recommend them highly.
