We have had nothing but issues with this dentist practice and we are in the process of moving. They are constantly rearranging our appointments when we’ve waited a long time already get the original appointment. They have cancelled appointments in the past without notifying us and let us turn up with out prior warning. I find a lot of the staff have attitude problems and not very customer aware. Don’t get me wrong there are a few of nice staff members here but the impression I’ve got of this practice over the last few years is getting worse. I would even think about going private just to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time (not 3 or 4 weeks later) There’s also no option to see a hygienist here

I’m just very disapointed about Bradley Gregson I can’t even call him a dentist. If I’m from a diferent country doesn’t mean that I’m stupid. He left me with a bad caries on one of my front tooth telling to me that he fixed a new filling there, but he made it worse and he even didn’t cleaned the caries because is a dark space there, he just pretended that he did something but he made it worse and a pice of my tooth its been broken. I just can’t belive it this think is happend to me...

Had my first check up in a while with a dentist I have never had before. She was so nice and polite and made me feel at ease. Would highly recommend! And I was seen exactly on time which is always a bonus. Great staff and the place is very clean, modern and looked after. *26.10.2023 - Just want to add I have been again today for my check up with Alice, this is the 2nd time i have been seen by her and cant give her enough praise, warm, friendly and makes the experience actually nice.

I have been using this practise since 2016 in both an NHS and private capacity. Being autistic with ADHD I can often forget about the importance of oral hygiene and then struggle to get back into the habit of a healthy routine. Dr Rav has been nothing but kind and compassionate during my visits. My latest with himself and Stacey where I had the Airflow service again was impeccable service. And I’m really happy with how my smile is looking. Thanks.

Brad and Millie make going to the dentist easy and a really enjoyable experience. They made sure I was comfortable and made my tooth extraction as pain free as possible. Millie went above and beyond with my requests and Brad is easily the best dentist I’ve ever had and always has a mint playlist playing in the background of every appointment to help you relax more. 10/10 recommend to anyone

I’ve been self conscious and anxious for years about my chipped front teeth, could barely smile. So today finally had them fixed and they look brilliant. Everyone was so polite and caring. Answered any questions that I asked. Gave great advice about my dental care. Couldn’t ask for a better dentist. Thankyou so much dr Nathan Kang ! Well deserved 5 star rating :)

I can't thank this dental practice enough for the treatment I have had in the last month I rang on both times for an emergency appointment and got on the same day I was made to feel at ease during procedure and explained the aftercare what I had to do.All the staff are lovely and very friendly. Absolutely shocking they told me to ring every week in the past 4 months to try to get registered with them and it didn’t happen Receptionist very rude I’m on the phone to talking to her while she’s asking her colleague a question so she’s not paying attention to me talking to her ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

I've been with this dentist for 20 years. I've always received excellent care and the best treatment with each visit. All staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The recent refurbishment has added to it being an excellent practice and I would not want to attend any other dentist.

Let's face it,Not many people enjoy going to the Dentist.however,At this practice all the staff are welcoming and friendly. I have just been and seen Bradley and is Assistant Milly who both make you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door Great team keep up the good work.

Diabolical service, don’t ring you back when they say they will. De-register you because you have missed one appointment which was due to an emergency. I rang the same day 10 minutes after appointment time was. Worse dentist around avoid at all costs!

Bradley is fantastic with my children who have additional needs patient and makes there confidence grow each time he reviews them and the kids always look forward to going for there check ups and any other treatments they each may require …

My dentist rav I've seen him from being a 20 and my 3 kids we recommend him for everything he's brilliant puts you at ease and lovely and the partice in all is amazing especially the reception staff who make your experience so easy

Brad was amazing throughout the Invisalign journey. He advises you on the steps to take but also listens to you aswell, making the whole process feel really personal to you. 10/10 would recommend! Thanks for my new smile Brad!

Had work done wrong previously, messed up my teeth cost me a fortune to have put right. Always running 30 to 60 mins past appointment time. Staff are miserable an unhelpful. Stay away. Wouldn't go here again if they paid me!!

Recently visited Droylsden Road Dental Practice, a very warm and welcoming practice. My dentist Dr Young was friendly and professional making me feel at ease during my appointment.

Practice is friendly and well looked after, clean and tidy. Saroop and Joanne are my dentist and nurse and always make me feel at home, dental plans on point and always fulfilled.

The service I've received at Droylsden Road dental practice has always been given at the highest standard and the staff are so welcoming and lovely. They make you feel at ease.
