If you're fast and know what you're doing, you can get your car vacuumed and washed for $5. A good DIY alternative to the new $15 minimum car washes that have opened on Merrill. Be sure to check the vacuum heads before starting, as they are sometimes clogged or have gunk on them that will ruin your seats and mats.

HORRILE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Destroyed the paint on my car from the pressure of the water and trying to tell me that the car wash facility was closed and when clearly it was working when I went through it! And then telling my it’s my fault and my problem. Not to mention my car was completely filthy still.

Great tunnel carwash. Get the one with wax and tire shine. It's comes out actually very nice. They also have self service area with free vacuum cleaner and trash cans. I stop by everytime I drive by and I'm happy with the wash every single time. Probably the best car wash in town

Best carwash in Jax. Great pressure and the place is well taken care of. Always seems to be a person on staff to help if needed. I pass one self service wash and two auto washes to go to Duckys. Thank you guys and Duckys for caring enough to keep place clean and operational .

You can't beat the prices here, but plan to spend a little time here to get your car as clean as you want it. The touch less car wash is as good as the others... you need ceramic coating for it to really clean the dirt off. Great in a pinch for all the apartments around here.

I like coming here when I need a wash and wax, I like using my card, no interruption while washing ,you can take as long as you need to wash your vehicle, I usually spend around 6 to 10 bucks depending on how dirty and comes out cleaner than if you drove through touchless.

Accidentally swiped my card for self wash....not their problem it was for 1.50 what pissed me off is I was charged a second time for a total of 5 dollars. How can that be I wasn't there. And when I checked my account it shows it was swiped in south Florida ....strange

The auto wash never seems to get my car clean. It looks the same way coming out as it did going in. Sometimes the trash cans are over flowing, but it could be due to the amount of traffic that day as there are no staff on site to constantly clean them.

I did a drive thru car wash and it was really good today on the left hand side. Best one ever in the 10 years or so coming here. I dont always have a good experience, but this time it was super top notch. Just came back from dusty mountain

Went tonight and paid for the touch less $9 premium wash as I normally do, and it sprayed my car with the prewash and that is all it did! The machine stopped and I pulled back around cautiously so it didn't decide to come back on and ruin

DO NOT USE THEIR AUTO CARWASH, WASH IT YOURSELF. Their auto wash is pure garbage and I wasted $7. I shouldve known something was wrong when I didn't see soap and just water and their blower that you have to drive slowly through just plain

Super $5 wash Wednesday is my favorite no touch or touchless type drive through and go car wash. Great value day every Wednesday! And, when I have more time or heavier or specific cleaning requirements, there are plenty of DIY wand bays.

Went thru the far end drive thru car wash and the top front left spray bar is shooting out to the left and not at my truck so the top 1/3 of the truck gets very little cleaning. Usually a good place but very disappointed today

don't use your debit card for the 2nd time it has charged me 2 times for 1 sorry wash didn't rinse soap car was still filthy!!! when they correct this I will remove post!! until then im considering calling better business !!!

Pretty good. The automatic car wash gives slightly less soap on the right side but I don't think it hampers the wash. The self clean time limit is pretty short. It's advisable to plan before putting your money in the machine.

Good clean. They can neglect the soap sometimes. So you have to be careful about that. Plus the new air dryer on the left machine sucks since you have to drive through it versus the right one that moves along the tracks.

Great place to wash your car. Just wish the vacuum would last a little longer. Its hard to vacuum with the flat nose and trying to reach. Wish there was a brush attachment and a smaller nose to get into smaller places.

Stopped in on Wed to get the special. Both automatics were out of order. Very disappointed. In the past, had tried to pay with a credit card. It took my payment. But didn't give me service.

Love this place...decently maintained. Change machines available have never had issue with being empty. Card use also available at an increased rate. My kids love the colorful bubbles

Wasn't overly crowded or busy. Prices were a little up there but my car looked great afterwards, so I can't complain. Prices were around $5-10. Had self service and automated.

The vacuums are weak bit the washing bays are good plenty of suds from the brush and the wax is fairly generous it takes about 20 seconds though before it starts coming out

Coin machine at a dollar bill the coin slots were jammed and there is barely any water pressure and products didn't do what they say

No contact number. We paid $6 but it didn't finish washing our car! We ended up paying additional cash to manually wash our car.

Spot free rinse should be, Spot residue coat. Ridiculous
