Synopsis: Be careful when the attendants are "helping" you with selecting a wash! I was involuntarily enrolled in a $22 monthly subscription by an attendant at this location. (To be fair ... [?] this could have been an honest mistake). Plot: Exceptional car wash with no complaints on the service I paid for. Speaking of "what I paid for", there was a team member standing at the kiosk when I pulled up. He greeted me and "helped" me select a single wash. In which his help was unsolicited but not bothersome, I assumed it was to keep the line steady. He then asked for my phone number, to enter into the kiosk? I thought this was odd since I was not signing up for anything, or so I thought! I directly asked the young man, 'why is this necessary for a one time wash'? He then replied, "Everyone has to give their phone number. It's standard for promos or else the kiosk won't let you proceed". In my defense, if "I" made a mistake and was not in the correct lane for non-members (only needing a single wash) he did not bring light to the situation. Reluctantly, I provided my phone number and he then presented a $10 receipt ( as requested for a single wash) and a complimentary air freshener. As of yesterday there was a $22.99 charge on my bank account from this location. I called and the representative clarified that this charge was for a membership.

My wife and I have been using this location for a little over half a year now with a family package and month by month it has gone down hill. They used to be amazing and a really good value but for 3 months now there hasn't been enough staff to keep up. They no longer brush off the bugs or spray your car upon entering the wash. The second line has been permanently closed so there is one line in now. This is now causing what was normally a minimum wait to now take over 20 minutes just to pay to get in line to wash your vehicle. I feel bad for the one employee working at the location having to run back and forth because the wash machine isn't accepting payments or opening the gate. You would think the location next to the town center would be run better with all the traffic they get. The wash has been sped up and there is no pretreatment going on so what normally was a one pass now takes two to even have your vehicles looking semi clean. Safe to say we will be canceling our package as the value no longer seems worth the cost. Hopefully they can restaff and restore themselves back to former glory.

Washed my previous car here awhile back and it busted off my driver side mirror cover. Didn’t realize for a week and by time I noticed it was too late. Since then I’ve purchased a new car. I used this wash again under their new name Luv’s anticipating it to be different and my new car is smaller in width than my last, but nope. Same situation. It knocked my driver mirror into the driver side door and the passenger mirror gets knocked outwards. They really need to recalibrate their machines. It happens almost toward the end of the wash when you are at the 2 rotating machines. While I was mentioning this to a staff member another gentleman walked up at the same time because his entire mirror was busted off. Seems like this issue isn’t going to be addressed and from previous reviews it looks like they aren’t accepting liability of the situation either. I would recommend looking for another car wash. TL;DR Car wash breaks mirrors. Would recommend another car wash.

This review is based on full-service wash only. I don’t recommend paying $35 for full service at all because I have done that a few times now and every single time there’s an issue. For example, I’m looking at the front of the car and there are water spots all over the headlight lamps and the chrome. Additionally no cleaning was done to rid of all the dead bugs on the front of the car either. The back windshield was never cleaned and there’s water spots on the back hatch as well. Nobody vacuumed on the side of the seats either. I’m just tired of being disappointed by this place and because the results are always the same, I can’t recommend full-service wash to anybody. I will say that the staff is very nice and pleasant but the quality of work is less than you would expect for $35. You’re better off running your car through the wash and doing the interior yourself

Edited Review: I’ve moved my original review from 1 to 3 stars, as I have received the money credited back to my account at this time. The different answers from various levels of staff and escalation needed to get the issue resolved still leave a bad taste in my mouth. I hope the transition to LUV from Scrubbles can focus on quality service in the future, both in their payment platforms and their cleaning services. Original Review: DO NOT BUY A SUBSCRIPTION/MEMBERSHIP. If you try to cancel they will keep billing your card even after you cancel. I cancelled back in December of 2022 and I've been charged for two additional months despite cancelling and never even using the car wash since the brand change from Scrubbles. Currently disputing the charges with my credit card company.

This location used to be Scrubbles and that company used to prep the car after you paid and before you entered the actual car wash. Now, there’s a bucket on the side of the entrance that says “prep station” and now the patrons have to prep their cars themselves. While I understand that staffing may be the reason for this, I still feel the attendant should take care of that. The attendant who led us into the car wash was on her phone the whole time and wasn’t really paying attention to guiding the car in correctly. I will say that the actual car wash itself was nice. Our car came out great and we only got the $10 wash, so I am happy about that. I think this company should focus more on servicing their guests instead of walking around asking for reviews.

All my experiences with Luv has been great. There was a minor annoyance at some of the locations though. The member area parking is a drive thru style, which sucks because if a car needs to leave he can't until the guy in front of him is done texting while he vacuums. Another instance is when there are open spots to take, but we don't have access to it, because a car is blocking the way. In the mean time, the non member area has adequate parking for the non members. So you want to get over there, and now you can't because there is a line of members behind you waiting for just 1 guy to get off his phone and leave, to free up 3 parking spaces.

Love this location!! They are ALWAYS friendly and helpful ! Cody and Tony were present on my last visit and I didn’t have any trouble! Tony made certain I was good to go in the selection process. While Cody made certain I received what I am paying for. Honestly, his willingness to scrub the exterior before the wash helped tremendously !! I am a person that drives around a lot of dirt and construction—so for him to see a need to do additional work before I can get to the wash was very kind! Meanwhile, any questions or concerns I had were willfully and happily answered by Tony. Highly recommend this location!!

This is one of my go-to car washes (Gate Pkwy) and it's fantastic. Giving it 4 stars though because when asked to leave a review around 5pm 10/14, there was a girl working there that abruptly came over to the guy who was helping me into the car wash, right after he asked me to leave a review, and she began yelling at him. I thought it was very unprofessional. I'm not sure if the girl was a manager, but she made me and the guy working there very uncomfortable. The car wash could do a better job of hiring people that act professionally to their coworkers, especially in front of customers.

I have been coming to this car wash for the past 4 years since I have lived in this area and always loved this place. Today will probably be my last day coming, very disappointed with the cutbacks. They no longer give your car a pre wash scrub, only half the vacuums were available, spray and paper towels are gone. And my car is not clean. It really could use another go through, but I won’t ask for that, I felt like I was asking too much already by asking for spray. Very disappointed because I really liked this place. Maybe it’s new management??? Not sure???

Luv this car wash !! I’ve been using them for about year now since they came to Florida and the Jacksonville locations are some of the best that I’ve been to. The staff is always friendly and helpful and They offer so much more than ft.lauderdale location which is a hell hole. They always have fresh towels and vacuums, air compressor’s are always working properly and some locations even offer extra tire shine that u can put on yourself. It fully loaded with everything that your gonna need to get a good wash and I come just about every day.. Thanks guys !!

When I discovered that the $9.99, carwash was actually an ongoing monthly charge, I called to have it cancelled. It took a long time for the manager to answer. Then she told me I would have to call a number to to have the monthly charge stopped. They don't answer. I keep trying to no avail. 12JUN23: I stopped by and Jolen was able to cancel the membership and refunded two of the monthly charges. I appreciated the service and have no further complaints. The original carwash was excellent and I would choose LUV in the future. I amended my review to 5 stars.

I had my Tesla Car wash recently and few months ago too . I noticed scratches on my front tire Rims and couldn’t figure out how it happened . Based on multiple user experiences online , I figured it might be from car wash . My recent car wash resulted in scratches to my car rim again ( heard odd sound while getting into the wash area ) and seems more common with model X .I don’t think scrubbles will agree to it but wouldn’t use again for Tesla car wash . Will helped me when I first arrived and was extremely knowledgeable about the services available to me. I was pleased with the wash provided and feel that the towels and cleaner available save me a lot of time over trying to wash my car at home. The vacuum is powerful and easily reaches all of my interior and trunk. The door mat scrubbing area that Will showed me was also extremely useful. Thanks again Will for your professionalism and positive friendly attitude despite the days heat and humidity!!

I have a monthly membership with this carwash that I am now debating canceling. There have been multiple occasions I went to get my car cleaned after work and the location was closed early (usually around 6:45-7p). The items that you’re supposed to receive for your membership are hardly ever available. Towels are never stocked, they took away the tire shine, air blowers never work and all they provide is windex. The positive is that the staff is friendly!

Very disappointed, the staff is very nice but the ultimate extreme service absolutely not worth the money. I didn't have time to check everything right there, but it looks like they didn't even open the trunk, even though vacuuming is supposedly included. Door sill not cleaned at all, exterior barely touched. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or go with self-serve option - you will save time and money.

saw several others have this issue, but the employee “helping” me at the kiosk involuntarily enrolled me in the monthly membership which is $25 a month. I was involuntarily charged and had to call to ask for a refund which likely won’t get returned as the phone rep said “management rarely ever approves these.” Don’t go here if you don’t want them to place unauthorized charges on your card

I like my truck and my minivan looking good. People ask me how do I manage to keep it clean having four kids. I’ve been using scrubbles for years now and for the monthly plans I have to say are worth it. The service is great and never had a problem. If you like keeping your vehicle clean this is the place to go. Kudos to the all staff. Everyone is helpful if you have questions.

This was a great car wash until LUV bought it out. Now the staff is horrid on their best days, the prices stayed the same but the services included were slashed, and worst of all it took me 4 days and dozens of phone calls to be able to cancel my subscription. I not only won’t ever come back to this car wash, I will never use any Luv car wash anywhere. Literally the worst.

Reviews did not match my experience. Wish I would have known about this place sooner. Dont know what days they run it but I hit the manager special for a basic wash for $5 and vacuum use. Haven't washed my car in a long time and did a great job. Vacuums were awesome, great sucking and really long reach design that made it easy for in between seats. I would visit again.

If I got an air freshener every time I visited this would be a 5 star review…….Car wash is alright, not nearly enough water pressure to really get any dirt or grim off my windshield /wheels or front bumper but I guess it gets off anything that a rainstorm would so‍♂️. I wish my membership guranteed me an air freshener everytime I get a car wash.

Always a pleasant visit at Luvs Carwash at Town Center. The nice older gentleman is always whistling a tune and in a great mood, and today Kody took extra effort to spray off my rims and tires and underneath. Thank you thank you! Just the little bit of extra effort goes a long way in making someone’s day. Definitely worth the monthly membership.

I took my car here after an unknown oil based substance splashed up on the entire front of my car. The staff worked tirelessly along with me to remove as much of it as possible. They were so kind and went over and above to help me make sure that I was happy. I would definitely recommend you coming to see them! Thanks again guys!!!

Pricey for what you get. I honestly don’t know if there’s a difference between the 3 different tiered washes. I got a tire scrub and when I came out there was no water on my wheels & still dirty! Not worth 20 bucks and definitely not worth a membership. I mainly wanted a wash for the vacuuming portion which I have no issues with

It is incredibly rare that I will entirely edit a review rather than amending it. However, I had an issue that Zachary immediately jumped on to resolve. He actually investigated what the issue was, made things right, and has been fantastic to work with. You can’t beat that kind of customer service.

This car wash goes above & beyond for their customers. I was struggling with the scrub brush to remove the dirt off my car after a road trip, & 1 of the attendants jumped in to help & even brought out a power washer. Love that they have air to blow the excess water off & a members only section.

The overall experience is good. I will use this LUV automate car washing every month. They are improving service each and every month. LUV introduces a small clean towel instead of a paper towel to support "Go Green". Good initiative and appreciate their thoughts to reduce paper towel usages

I liked Scrubbles and now it's Luv. Good car wash, but they need to pur the canopys' back up at the vacuum stations, they have down since changing to Luv. Since we are in Florida, with so much sunshine and heat I would consider this a priority and still has not been done. Boooo luv.

Visited for the first time recently. They were doing a special for $1, which was nice. I had been to the previous version of this location quite a bit before and can confirm that LUV is an upgrade. The vacuums are very strong, and there are cloth towels available at every station.

Staff is always friendly. Towels are well stocked. Car wash is efficient. Would be a perfect experience if they could get the scanners to work. It’s quite annoying when a worker has to be called over every single time. Makes me want to cancel the membership.

For a 35 dollar car wash, I would at least expect my car to not still have bugs splattered all over it. I’ve been to 10 dollar washes that have done a better job. Was really expecting a much higher quality wash for this price point. Very disappointed…

The staff was very helpful. The facility was neat and clean and well equipped. The only complaint was the car wash did not get my rims very clean or the bugs off as well as the place I use back home. That being said I did get the base wash.

Got a coupon for a free car wash and the girl working the machine couldn’t figure out how to use the coupon so I ended up paying $22 dollars for a 45 second car wash that didn’t even touch the backside of my car. Vacuums are okay.

Great car wash! Our car was covered with sand and salt after a weekend at the beach. All of it removed by LUV. Self serve area for detail cleaning and free vacuuming. Clean rags to get any spots remaining. Definitely going back.

Customer service is great. Car Wash is always good, the best part is definitely the vacuums and the free air fresheners! Purchasing the monthly plan is well worth it, especially if you wash your vehicle at least twice a month.

My visit was flawless. I got the extreme option, which included the interior and the wheel detailing. It was $30, which was half of what I usually pay for my SUV. Also, they finished almost as soon as I sat down. Well done.

Friendly staff. Always willing to help if something isn’t right. Will rerun you through wash tunnel if first time didn’t clean any problem areas. I have two vehicles on monthly passes and would recommend Luv Carwash.

Good car wash…. Needs to clean the tires better. Being that I subscribe to the Cadillac package, more supplies need to be a available after the wash for cleaning…like shine products for the tires.

Have been using LUV car wash for 6 months now and would recommend them. They have a friendly staff and the equipment is always in good working order.
