I have a club membership and I usually go to my local LUV Carwash. I needed to get it cleaned out in Jacksonville. This place is nothing of what LUV stands for. All the wash cloths were damp. I thought someone was throwing used ones in the clean ones until I went and asked the guys working if they had a couple clean ones and they brought out damp ones. They are not folded in the containers outside, they are thrown in there. The soap here marked my car with spots all over. My LUV car wash never does this so I don't know what they are using that is different. The vacuums are a joke. I tried 4 different ones and all no suction. I told the guys sitting there talking to each other of they could please unblock the container so they will work. This is what they do at my LUV's. The guy told me they would make sure to clean it out tonight after they close for tomorrow. Like really??? I'm here now and trying to clean my car, I don't even live here... Your employees make or break your business, and these guys are lazy. They don't care. I always tip my people well, and I always knew there was a Rockstar team at the Deland LUVs but now I even appreciate the great group of people that work there even more... The car wash at this one seem to work well that is why it is 2 stars instead of 1.

The absolute worst experience ever, if I could give zero stars I would!!! I was one of three cars inside the car wash. The machine had the truck in front of me stuck on the rollers, he had to put the vehicle in drive to get out. As me and the car behind me were blowing the horn, no one came. When he got out, he ran back inside and told the attendee (once they finally came) that his truck got stuck on the machine and they need to get it fixed. I was then stuck on the roller as well and had to put my car in drive to get out. First they said he must’ve put on breaks, which he didn’t. Now they’re coming up with different scenarios to not take blame. Then they said the truck stalled before going inside the car wash, which it didn’t. But even if it did, why still allow him to go in? Even in that case, they were still negligent! No apologies for the inconvenience or anything! I’ll never go back to them again. Also, Linda has horrible customer service skills and should not be allowed to work in her position. And Jamal, the attendee is a blatant liar! I should’ve known he was going to lie to cover his negligence.

I drive for Uber so I need to detail my vehicle every day before I start my shift. This location is one of the best. The people are always friendly and helpful. The vacuums actually work. Your vehicle gets cleaned. Everytime I go to the one on Dunn Ave, there's an issue. Either they close early, the people don't seem to want to work, have to wait a few minutes to get someone to guide you into the carwash. I can't tell you how many times I've gone through their carwash and it's like my car wasn't touched. It's still filthy dirty. Elizabeth is one of my favorite people that work there. She is always so friendly and sweet. Even when she had a cast on her foot she was always so very pleasant, cheerful, and helpful. She is one of the main reasons I go out of my way to come to this carwash. Thank you Elizabeth and Linda for making my life so much easier. I appreciate you ladies.

I'm getting my car wash as usual And a older man" supervisor "who claims his name is Steven walks up talking to me about his proclaimed Mustang with trash bags in his hand . He then leans on my clean car placing the trash bags on the hood of my car in a upward motion. I kindly remove his bags that where place under his hand on the hood of my car. I the told him I didn't like him placing a roll of trash bags on the hood on my car especially in a shifting moving. He then chucked placing the roll back on my car. I was serious at the point and asked for his name . He told me "I already told you twice ".claiming he's the supervisor . I know for a fact the older man light skin 5'8 gave me tow separate names. Tim or Steven he said . It was unprofessional as all get out and I won't be back. The had no folded clean towels nor air fresheners .

Didn't give it 5 points because it left some suds that then dried and even my windshield wipers and fluid can't get them off. I had to wipe down my whole van after to dry it off. Left a lot of dry spots. The process was pretty neat. I got the deluxe and they manually scrubbed the front and back of your vehicle to get the windows hood and grill nice and clean before you went though the rest of the process. You put your vehicle in neutral and it does the rest. Lots of colors very fun and then you have unlimited vacuum after (although they ask you keep it to 15 mins though not enforced) I would recommend however come prepared to do some after the fact work too.

Don't sign up for any specials at this place! I was told l could pay $9.99 for 2 months of free unlimited car washes. I paid for this promotion. I went the following week and no one told me they would be closed for remodeling the following week. They wouldn't give me a refund nor would customer service. I had to call my bank to get this charge off my credit card. A one time charge of $9.99 ended up on autopay. I never authorized this nor was autopay ever mentioned. I had to call the bank back for a second $9.99 charge and get that removed. This is theft of funds. Don't ever use your credit or debit card with this business.

Car got stuck in the wash - they fixed the issue after a few moments but then the rest of the car wash didn’t do anything, leaving a foggy film. Pulled in to a spot to at least vacuum, realized the area pulled into had no vacuum hoses. Immediately took my car to another car wash. Tried to call and request a refund but they send you to a general number that has you on hold for a representative that never answers. Attempted to leave a message and it cuts the phone call shortly after. Most ridiculous experience from start to finish.

Great car wash. Very little wait even when it's busy. Surprised to find that only tge driver side tires had armor all on them when I got home. Much better than the Dunn Ave location. Update 3/7/22 So you are going to skip past the fact that I only got 2 of my 4 tires with tire shine? I wish you made it easy to cancel the monthly membership Last trip same issue. Attendant stated they just changed ownership and improvements are being made. I certainly hope so.

IF I CAN GIVE A HALF A STAR I WOULD. VEHICLE GOT STUCK IN FRONT OF MY WIFE CAUSING HER TO HIT THE VEHICLE IN FRONT. CAR WASH CLAIMING IT WAS THE PERSON IN FRONT OF HER FAULT WHEN THEIR EQUIPMENT FAILED. NO ATTEMPT TO TRY TO RIGHT THEIR WRONGS. TRYING TO BRUSH IT OFF AS A TRAFFIC ACCIDENT WHEN THEIR EQUIPMENT FAILED. ITS NUMEROUS REVIEWS STATING THE SAME THING. THE CONTACT INFO THEY PROVIDE DOESN’T RESOLVE ANYTHING AS IT GIVES YOU THE RUN AROUND

Not too much to say about a car wash My car was clean (did leave water spots) The lot was clean, 75% of the vacuums were working and available, suction could be stronger but at least they worked. Jay was present, pleasant and cheerful in the lot if anyone had any concerns.. I would have given 5 stars but there weren’t any clean drying towels available

Reviewed this place years ago n wasnt impressed, gave 3 stars.. looked like another new owner so decided give another try today 8/27/23.. pulled in at 8:10 mebbe lil after.. wash bay door still down, place was closed. Website sais opens at 8am. Then got pleasure running over broken glass turning around to leave. Unreal.. last time.. n reduced to 1 star.

Rod was so incredibly kind and helpful and helped me with anything and everything that I needed help with gave me different suggestions and I hope that he's here the next time that I come through here again which will probably be in the next few days since I got me a nice membership because of. Definitely recommend this place.

What a wonderful surprise in Arlington! Great car wash with free vaccuum, towels and cleaning supplies. Very friendly staff and Linda went above and beyond to get some chalk paint off of my windows. This car wash has its problems. Vaccums often don't work. Sometimes you have to try 2 or 3 spots. Actual wash does a decent job. If you live in the area its convenient, monthly pass is cheap if you make it worth it. Definitely do not go out of your way to come here but if you live around the corner it is decent

Richard was extremly helpful and went out of his way to help me with an issue with my car after I used the car wash yesterday. His service was above and beyond what was expected and I greatly appreciated his help. I would absolutely recommend this car wash to my family and friends for their customer service.

The vacuums at this place don’t work. You have to pay for a car wash which is fine but the vacuums need to work if your gonna charge for a wash. I’m definitely disputing. The attendant told me some hit the pump which damaged the vacuum system. WHY IS YOUR VACUUM BAY STILL OPEN NONE OF THEM WORK

This car wash is AWSOME! The staff are super helpful and friendly. The car wash itself has a fun light show and presentation. Most important your car comes out spotless clean and the vacuums are free, they have great sucking power and they all work. This is my favorite car wash

Just took our son's Tacoma there for a wash. Linda and Holly were great. They noticed a broken tail light I had forgotten about. They went above and beyond to tape the broken area to keep it dry and from catching on the wash brushes. Thanks so much for going the extra mile.

I brought my Tundra to get washed. While going through the car wash the conveyor stopped moving and one of the wraps broke my driver-side mirror off. The attendant came out after about 30 seconds and noticed i wasn't moving. Not sure

The guy who gives out the smell good car hangers is very nice and does a good job directing you in. This car wash is nice and the vaccums are what I really come for but a $10 car wash isn’t much so I’ll get that too!

The workers here are nice and helpful. The car wash itself it’s actually pretty thorough. The vaccums at this location aren’t as strong as the one in town center but other than that no complaints

I have the monthly pass and it is a excellent value. This location's machine did a good job on the exterior and has much better vacuums than the Beach Blvd location I normally use.
