I purchased the Manager's Special ($20, price subject to change, I'm sure) which has all of the services they offer. They advertise themselves as a 3-minute car wash. If you decline the optional self-services, you can definitely hit that time frame. I'll detail the whole experience (pun not intended.) When driving in, you first approach an optional self-service Bug Wash to remove caked on debris with the provided long brushes and a soapy solution. I went in the afternoon and it seems this solution isn't changed often because it was an murky gray color. However, this pre-wash helpful, so you don't have to rely on an attendant ferociously scrubbing away before your car is pulled into the wash. This also helps them keep the cars flowing and the wash time down. Here, you can take your time with the provided long brushes and soapy solution. Paying for the wash you want is simple with cash or credit card and fully automated. Pulling forward you'll see the attendants who prep you for the automated wash. These two attendants sprayed my car down (not sure if it's a soap solution, or water) and directed me to steer the car into pull chain track. Once you're locked in, they point at the rules for drivers to follow for a safe wash. Your experience inside the wash will depend on the type of wash you choose. But it's always nice and relaxing to sit and watch it happen. Soaping, waxing, rinsing and drying all seem to be very thorough. My car was completely dry upon exiting. After the wash, you also have the option to head to the complimentary vacuums. There you have the typical hand held vacuum hoses, a smaller hose for those hard to reach areas, spray bottles and towels to clean mats, and trash cans. All of the equipment seemed in working order and they had plenty of stalls for these services. Another attendant came by and passed out complimentary air fresheners, picking from a choice of 4 scents. All in all, very pleased. I'd come back again.

My truck barely fits. Max height 7'2". My truck is 7' tall. Being on 37" tires and 20" wheels, for some reason, even though my wheels stick out farther than the side of the truck, they come out almost competed untouched by the car wash. I have to clean them by hand every single time. The tire shine comes out splotchy. It does very little to clean the flat front and back of the truck. The car wash leaves a film of dirt on the vehicle that is most noticeable on the windshield where you can see it hasn't assisted the road grime enough. It barely touches bug mess at all. Make sure you stop and scrub really well, or the bug splatters will still be there for the most part when you're done. The vacuums are great. They're really powerful and efficient. The rags and window cleaner they provide are OK. The rags are usually greasy or at best very damp, and won't leave glass very clean, even when using the cleaner. They even have composed air, and although it's not real strong, it's useful. The mat spray down area is cool, but there is no soap or anything to actually wash your mats with. Just a water hose and a brush that may or may not be soapy at all. The facility is kept nice. The staff is friendly. However, after many months of being lazy and using this car wash, I have to cancel my membership and just do it at home. It's just horrible how bad it does at cleaning. If you have a regular car, it may do better, but I doubt it. I imagine every other vehicle that goes through comes out the other side with the same issue I see. These car washed are great for convenience, and a quick and dirty splash and dash, but don't look too close. Your car will be shiny, but it won't really be clean. I'm just tired of having to clean half the truck and every inch is every wheel after paying for premium service.

I would not go back. Going through the car wash, while I sat in the car, that machine did not wash my tires properly. There was dirt. Also the back of my car by the license plate was still dirty. This was about $30 after taxes (I got the "best" package) They provide free vacuums that work well. But the nozzle scratched my paint (there was signs that said be careful of this). And a few to borrow towel and spray for wiping down. Workers came out to clean trash that was dropped from customers. Overall it was not a bad first time experience for my SUV and I. 4 stars because the wash wasn't done to my expectations. I also prefer a car wash where the vacuuming and wiping is done for you.

I’ve been going to this car wash since their grand opening and I haven’t had nothing less than an exceptional experience. The staff is friendly and they often make recommendations to ensure you get a great car wash experience. The value of their car wash far surpasses the other car washes poping up around town that offers the self service options. I love the fact that I can clean my car like I like it without items being missed or having to go get a crew member redo something that they missed. Lastly, the cleaning products they use to clean your car is by far much better than any other car wash in town. Highly recommended.

One of the guys helped me at the kiosk and understand a lot of their plans they had and what each did for my car. He was extremely helpful from the kiosk up into the ending where I got my vacuuming done. Told me where everything was and was just very informative. My last car wash place I just signed up on the kiosk and never really got a basic understanding where things were but this was an amazing first experience!! Thank you! Glad to find a new car cleaning membership with a really nice strong vacuum too :)

Normally I would give 5 stars. But recently you stopped using a brush at prewash and use the little squirt gun. The brush knocks the film off the windshield and back glass that the car wash doesn't get, that little spary gun doesn't cut it. Also, last visit the right side brushes weren't spinning, the wax missed almost my entire hood, and the dryers werent blowing like normal. Y'all need to step it and keep it like was when the place opened.

This is an amazing car wash. The only issue I have is zero fault with the business - if you have a membership scan/bar code and also have one for your community, you might have trouble getting the gate to open. I always have to "gently" honk my horn, and they very graciously let me through... I think they are beginning to recognize my car. The car wash itself is amazing and clean. The staff are always friendly and willing to help.

Great car wash. All self service here besides courtesy windshield and bumper cleaning front and rear. Self service areas for bug scrubbing, vacuums, microfiber cloths, and a general cleaning solution, Matt cleaners, compressed air guns for blowing crevices. Unlimited monthly ceramic wash is only $43.99 if I remember correctly. Or $20 a wash. No brainer really. I’ll cancel the cable bill before I cancel this subscription.

I like taking my car to this Premium Car Wash. And I did yesterday 02/23/2022 for a $10.00 cash wash. But when my car was washed and I was exiting the car wash. Straight ahead I saw this sign. An arrow pointing to the exit. But the bush was covering the arrow towards the vacuums. How about removing this bush or cutting it down so the people in the low cars can see the whole sign. I thank the owner for their comment.

I have been going to camel for a few months now, they have always been friendly and nice. Today my battery died. They tried helping me jump my battery. It was dead. I had to leave my car to get a new battery. Josh the assistant manager kept watch while I was gone. I was so thankful for their kindness and help. So it’s not just a car wash place but they are great people too. Thank you, I truly appreciate you all.

My one stop place to make my truck look clean and well kept. With the quickness they have it clean I hand dry. It vacuum it and clean the windows. After that all is well in my life and I thank Camel for helping my truck stay clean. I might add my wife's Explorer loves this place too. Happy customer who visits weekly. Customer service I top notch. This location is convenient as well. I've been coming here since day one!!! Taking a older vehicle is good. But, I wouldn't recommend taking a brand vehicle or a vehicle with a fresh nice paint job. If you do after a few washes the sand/dirt left on the brushes will leave swirls and lite scratches all over. B

Great experience - every time. I've been a monthly member since they opened. Sometime I come once a month sometimes it's every other day. I do miss the air freshners, the greetings are as plentiful but the weather hasn't been the best either. I'd recommend this car wash every day of the week.

good car wash. I have the monthly plan and use multiple times a week. Sometimes it doesn’t get all the soap off and the sprays for rain x has been broken for several weeks. Have noticed they no longer brush glass and rear of vehicle. I heard ownership changed, seems to have lost some quality.

Love being able to swing by the car wash for a quick wash when ever I want. Low wait time even during peak periods. Cleaning stations are very well maintained. We have a new Gate car wash coming just blocks from our house but I much prefer to continue to use Camel . …

Black cars are so hard to keep clean.... Loved the final look! Petty Officer recommended- GM was really helpful, fresh microfiber towels to use every time, free vacuum (strongest I've found in the area, watch that loose change!). Getting a membership, highly recommended!

This place is awesome. The car wash itself sucks. Doesn’t even clean the car…. I know that sounds baddd. BUT….. Those self serve pre washes makes it where your car will be cleaner than any motorized wash could ever deliver. I promise that. This place is Magic… Literally

One day these guys are going to get the fact that their brushes don't get to the tailgate of trucks and they'll prep the trucks correctly. You have to darn near wash your own truck before going through prep and the tunnel. So, I'm dropping my rating from 5 to 2.

We needed our truck washed after having been in storage for 6 months. This place was quick, efficient, and got the job done. I was greeted by a friendly attendant, instructed on what to do and enjoyed the vacuums available for use.

The car wash spinner on the passenger side doesn’t even touch my car. And part of the car wash seems to be always broken. And my car is never dry when I leave the tunnel. It has definitely gone down hill since they first opened

My decal does not work but about 50% of the time. I usually have to sit there anywhere from 3 to 10 minutes to somebody gets out there and open the gate for me. Also on my Santa Fe, the brushes doesn’t touch the side windows.

Not happy that there are no more air fresheners and the power went out while I was there so no vacuum. Also, drying towels are always wet and last time had something still in them that left a film all over my car.

On a very busy Saturday, I was able to get right in and get my car washed. After the wash, I spend some time vacuuming, washing the inside of the windshield, and touching up wet spots. It looks great!!

The new spray bottles that you have are messy. Blue windshield liquid leaks. And the third line never works. So that makes me 5th or 6th in place of being 1st when I arrive.

Overall, no complaints. I wash my car several times a week. Sometimes the tire shine makes my wheels filthy after a wash. That's my only issue.
