Visited just before 830am, which is a busy time for any coffee chain. I walked in already expecting to wait a few minutes, I never expected to wait nearly 20 minutes before they even started preparing my order, Iced Latte and a double shot on the side, nothing complicated or fancy, an order that I place on the app very regularly but never at this location. Cashier didn't seem to have any idea what a blueberry vanilla iced latte is. No big deal, maybe I'm confusing, maybe they're new, we got through it. Waited several minutes, heard orders that were numbered after mine being called and handed off, no worries, I'm patient, after ten minutes or more of me standing there, ever so patiently waiting I was finally asked what order I was waiting for and was told they would start making it. I was told two more times after that, that my order would be started. I guess "third time's the charm" rings true in this instance, because my order was finally started the third time the same young lady told me it would be made with not even a glimmer of kindness, not even an attempt at a fake smile, I don't believe there was even an acknowledgment or apology for the 17 minutes I had been standing quietly waiting for my beverage at this point. A simple "sorry for your wait" could have at least been offered, yet it was not. Instead I observed a team of at least 6 to 8 people that were very clearly lacking in customer service skills, and there was absolutely zero communication between team members. I personally have worked in positions of varied settings dealing with customers for over 20 years, I understand that customer service isn't for everyone, I don't believe any person employed at this location is a good fit for having any type of face to face customer interaction. What do I know though? I'm a silly woman who pays more than $10 and waits of 20 minutes for an espresso drink. I do know that I will NOT be giving another penny to this particular location, as I've had an awful experience on every visit, this morning being my 3rd and final. This team definitely needs more guidance and/or training. Do better Dunkin'. (For reference, I exited the establishment at approximately 842am.)

I used the application and pre-ordered the night before. Last minute I was told that my command had a top tier see and be seen “potluck”- DD was my saviour- being that I did not leave Camp Blanding until after 2100 and was due to return 0745. The order was placed, credit card charged and I arrived at 0645. The application notified me that the order was ready- it was NOT. I, politely, waited for it to be gathered. A large sealed bag and 2 small bags were given to me. I inquired about the holiday toasted white chocolate hot coffee with an extra shot of espresso that was included with the order- the worker was obviously overwhelmed and a bit disgruntled. I went out of my way to thank her and even apologize in effort to diffuse her negativity. I moved my bagged items to a side table and began to match the contents to the receipt the same worker was angered at the site of this action- telling me that my order was correct. I continued. I noted that 2 items had been substituted without any mention and that there was guacamole (*A LOT) on one of the cinnamon raisin bagels. She wanted to take the entire order back. By this time- the establishment was standing room only- I , again, apologised to staff and thanked them as well as apologised to those waiting. I replied to the worker that remaking the order would not be necessary- we needed to trade plain bagel for an everything and the cinnamon bagel / guacamole for one without… and I would still like the coffee, please. She was angry to the point of eyes bulging! A young lady from the drive through (*wearing the headset) quickly walked from the side to the counter and asked how she could fix my order. She quickly and proficiently amended the issues, made an OUTSTANDING cup of coffee, smiled and wished me a good morning! Well played, young woman! Your older co-workers need to take notice and learn from your example: proper leadership, professionalism and customer service!!!

I'm tired of rude, unfriendly service in JAX FL. Today I stood at the counter waiting for my order to be taken while the young lady behind the counter stood with her back to me sweeping or mopping. With her back to me she says I'll be right with you. I replied GOOD MORNING. She took my order and then with the same gloved hands she was sweeping and mopping with she grabbed my donuts. I POLITELY said I"d rather she change gloves before grabbing my food items. I then went to the other end of the counter to wait on my coffee, observing more now. Without making eye contact or acknowledging me she said my coffee order was ready. Another gentleman grabbed my coffee thinking it was his. I politely said I'd rather another cup since somone else grabbed the cup. WITH ATTITUDE she started to change ONLY the lid on the cup. I said very politely I wasn't trying to be rude or insulting but I want another cup of coffee, and apologized to the man who grabbed it mistakently. He said he totally understood. She stated he only touched the lid. At that point I requested someone else make my coffee. Sorry for the long post. In this era of Covid I really want to be careful AND I AM VERY SICK AND TIRED OF THE ATTITUDAL SERVICE THROUGHOUT JACKSONVILLE. AM I WRONG OR OVER THE TOP? PLEASE CHIME IN.

This is probably one of the worst Dunkins in Jax's!! The employees are always so unhappy... And it's so slow in the drive-thru and even worse if you go inside.... They constantly give you cold bacon and you're lucky if the center of your sandwich even is hot.... 90% of the time I have to have my coffee remade because it's so hard to make a large iced coffee with extra cream and sugar the right way... PSA corporate. Your employees actually need to push the pump all the way down when adding sugars and flavors.... These employees, including the managers, are probably some of the most unhappy people ever.... Obviously things are not operating correctly there. Not to mention half of the time their employees call out and that's their excuse why the line is wrapped all the way out to the parking lot past the gas station... I wonder why their employees are always calling out!! I live 5 minutes from this one and would rather drive all the way to cassat or 103rd which is 15-20 minutes away! At least I know what those locations in my stuff will be made properly safely and correctly!!

This used to be the place for coffee. Quick service and great people that worked there. The last time we went through the drive through I ordered for my co pilot an item off the menu verbatim and received not even close to our order. It was so off putting we just said we are never going back. Can not wait for the coffee shop to open next door. If we could give a negative -5 stars I would. Went back and service was even worse. Ordered a simple Iced Coffee and we had to wait while at least 3 other orders were processed. How does this place not have cold brew on hand? Especially when it's close to 100 degrees outside. Where is the management in this place? Just hot trash I tell you. This place is the bottom of clown shoes... Another update, I went to this place in a pinch again and just had the drive through window slam closed right in front of my face. Whoever is running this Dunkin is trash. You have the worst management running this place from the top to the bottom just hot garbage NEVER getting my money again.

My husband went in and waited at the counter for 5 or 6 minutes for the cashier to come over and tell him to use the kiosk because the register was "signed out" so he told her that he couldn't figure out how to ring up the cold brew coffee and she looked at him again and said "the register is signed out you have to use the kiosk" so he just left and went through the drive thru and there was no one in the drive thru and he pulled up to the speaker and the drive thru attendant asked him to look at the menu and left him there for 5 minutes and finally came back and my husband asked for the cold brew coffee and they told him they were out until tomorrow! Why couldn't the cashier tell him that when he was inside the store.That is the most horrible customer service we have ever encountered at any Dunkin. On top of that the manager was talking very rude and down to her employees. I will use the cassat or blanding location from now on.

This is by far the best dunkin donuts I have been to my whole life. The atmosphere is so light and refreshing, the staff is amazing. Most importantly, Kala. She works nights there and has made my commute to work so much better every day. I only come here when shes working. She always puts in the extra step to make sure I'm happy. As soon as I step in the door she has my usual. I didnt think I could be so moved and feel so appreciated by an employee at the place I just started going to for coffee before work. I wish to see more genuine hard working people who care about the customers the way she does. I think of her now as a friend, not just my coffee lady Haha. I hope she sees this, her coworkers, and her bosses too because she not only deserves a raise but she deserves to be promoted. Here for work for the week and I haven't gotten a bad coffee. Mobile orders did not take long. This morning it appeared they were short staffed- they had the front door locked BUT still came to the door for walk on mobile orders...thank you!! It was nice to see the staff was still thinking about the customers. Some people just don't have time for a long drive thru line and you allowed people to keep their routine, rather than have to go without their coffee. The only downside is they close at 7pm. I work overnight this week, and this DD is so close to my location so I was definitely bummed they close so early. There is a racetrac for back up though or even the mobile next door although I haven't gone in to see what they got going on coffee wise.

Dunkin on Normandy blvd is going down hill. But I’ll be contacting corporate on the manager. Rude, very disrespectful and I’ve seen her for the past 2 weeks it’s worse and worse and no customer service skills at all.I walked in to the lobby and a manger on her phone in the middle of the floor there’s guess letting her know there waiting on food. In a rude tone it’s coming. The young girl on food had tickets lined up and no one helping her and again the manager on the phone.I shopped this restaurant a month ago and I had no problems at all. I returned and was shocked on how bad it has got in the last weeks. I read the reviews and if the owner or higher management doesn’t see it the manager and not the workers this store will be nothing

Asked the drive thru person named Tyler if i could use cash to get my points and he said no and i said can i speak to a manager to help me please and he got a attitude attitude so i said don't worry just give me my receipt and change please! I called to speak to a manager and some girl named Marissa said they could've done it and scanned my code. Marisa said that all the managers were in a meeting to call back. I did 2 hours ago and asked for the manager and told my name due to it was taken down along with my cellphone number. Tyler said I'm a manager and there is nothing they or he or any management can do. Told me to do the website and tell them about it .

9/3 Update to my previous review: It’s almost as if they brought in a mngr from another location and helped train for a month and then left. Back to the typical 30 minute waits, two dozen people standing inside waiting for their orders, messing up orders and mixing up tickets. July: This store has done an amazing turn around. I’m not sure what changed it. I stopped going for several months because I couldn’t wait 30 to 45 minutes for an on-the-go order. I gave it a try recently, and I can say you for the past several weeks, my order has always been ready and I have never had to wait. Great job! I will say, something needs to be done for the temperature control inside the store, my glazed donuts are always wet LOL not a big deal!

I had came through the drive thru and made my order the person who was taking my order was kinda rushy yes i get its easter but u also have to be patient when someone already said they have a long order now i was miss item and my cold brew didn’t taste right so i came back all they did was add the falvor but it still wasnt right i asked to see if they had many order the person said yah but didnt take the time to ask whats wrong at least they could have asked and see if it was okay for them to remake my order when they at least get some of the order they got out first i would have mind waiting so i was highly disappointed tht i wasted my money on something tht wasn’t even fixed right

I CAME HERE ON 11/20/2023 at 12:10 Your people working have HORRIBLE customer service. The ONLY ONE who acknowledged me was the foreign guy I’m sorry I don’t know what ethnicity.. the girls completely ignored me did not acknowledge the lobby what so ever walked by past me several times as if I wasn’t a customer.. THEN TO TOP IT OFF GOT MAD AT THE BOY FOR MAKING MY DRINK SAYING HE IN THE WAY AND WHY IS HE MAKING MY DRINKKKK !!! MIND YOU I ORDERED ON APP AND STILL WAITED 15 MINUTES IN THE LOBBY AND I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE …. GHETTO AND UNPROFESSIONAL

The guy at the window was super nice, but the girl who took my order was extremely rude, kept cutting me off, and was on the verge of yelling at me like she was trying to force me to be done ordering every time she actually let me finish speaking. Really don't appreciate the trashy attitude from the person taking the orders. Especially when my order was very simple, no special requests, and I only ordered three items. Sorry you actually had to work during business hours. Oh, and when I arrived back home, my order was wrong. I was one of two cars in the drive thru. She was too busy YELLING and RUSHING to even listen to what I actually wanted.

Absolutely horrible. I love dunkin Donuts and will not fault them for this rotten apple of a store. Stood at the counter didn’t get even acknowledged for 10 minutes. When we did, the associate walked over and stared at the screen with her mask down yawning. I said Goodmoring and waited. Said nothing for a min then looked up like she was waiting for me to order. I was polite and said,” oh I’m sorry I didn’t know you were ready”. Then she just nodded and waited again. I ordered my food and she walked away without a word. I won’t say names but please get the store some help in customer service. Nobody in there cared, not how i wanted my moring to go.

probably one of the worst store you could probably eat at, even to work at. they have mold growing under their shelf’s, ovens are old & definitely corroded. dishes are never fully cleaned. Floors stay filthy. Outside of the store never receives any maintenance. They sometimes use food from the previous day/night that was never stored or properly placed in the cooler and was just left out overnight. if y’all get sick from this place, y’all have every right to file a lawsuit! Oh also in the cooler they have food sitting directly on the floor. Florida food safety regulations say food that is stored must have a 4-6 inch height above the ground.

Got assorted donuts this morning, turns out to be not assorted but the same donut x2 of each other, then asked for no cream or jelly filled donuts, even made sure they heard me on that, boom 2 cream in the box, not going to spend the money on something that's not what I asked for, I'll go some where else, seems like its hurry and get them out even if it's not what they wanted or even asked for. This is a multiple time thing this happens, I'll go to Krispy or just get it from the store, not worth the money for something I'm paying for and not even getting

I have to commend this store and the limited staff they work with on a daily basis. I have came to this DD on Normandy blvd now for 2 yrs on my way to work. There has been times they only had 2 staff members working but they still pushed the orders out as fast as they could. Brittany who has been there every day serving the customers she has always had a smile on her face even while she gets yelled at by customers who don't understand that they are limited with staff. Brittany has always been so pleasnt thru it all. I commend this store for all they have done and keep doing for their valued customers like me.

I have been to this Dunkin at least a half dozen times, and have never had the experience I was looking for. On one occasion, they somehow completely left the creamer out of my partner’s iced latte. On another occasion, the girl working the drive thru tried to tell me they didn’t serve grilled cheeses…as I was staring at the grilled cheese on the menu. I had also ordered a hot coffee and received it iced despite the giant “hot” label THEY printed out and placed on it. The worst Dunkin I have ever been to, and I say that knowing another location gave me food poisoning. Never again.

We walked in and said hello to a staff member that just looked at us. There are times when the people at the drive thru are very clearly in a bad mood. But then you have trips where the staff is very friendly and everything is on point. This may be a donut place but they run out of donuts constantly. I don't recommend coming later in the day as those donuts are the what's left pile that has been knocked around all day long out on the shelf. My husband does absolutely love their iced machiatto with vanilla. They can also do drinks with Almond Milk which I did not know.

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely rude employees and management. Slow service accompanied with rude service. Don’t go here. Drive down to cassat store. Trust me. Tried again and still, their service and coffee is awful. I’ll keep going to 103rd where my coffee tastes amazing every morning and the service is great. I don’t know who is giving this location more than one star but I think you have the wrong location cause this one doesn’t even deserve one star. Just awful.

I don't know what has happened to this place. It seems they have a new staff every week. The drive thru line is ridiculously long and it never used to be like that. The service has gotten so bad. The workers are unfriendly and they messed up my order the past three times. When I ask you to remake my coffee because you didn't get it right the first time, don't give me a hard time. Just do your job right. Oh and an apology would be nice. Management, train your employees the right way.

I always purchase coffee from DD. I was headed in and had some things to accomplish, so I stopped. My first time stopping to purchase from them since the reopening from the COVID-19 period. Coffee was fresh as always, but young adults run the drive thru and there is very little customer service. They are often out of certain donuts, too but I guess I didn't need those anyway. Lol

The worst DD......rude staff.....they cant seem to get my mobile order correct if their lives depended on it......every single time an item is missing.....even when asked if its placed inside the bag when they hand it to me.....then when i mention an item is missing im told its not their fault....it wasnt on the ticket.....its clearly on the ticket that is attached to the bag....was told to pull around and come inside to sort it out so I dont hold up the line. I'm done with this place.

Usually this dunkin is bearable in the mornings but recently its gone downhill. The front counter girl thinks vanilla and french vanilla are the same. None of the employees seem happy to be here and it shows. It takes 10 mins to take someones order and half the time they don't listen and get it wrong such as extra toasting your English muffin or using white cheese instead of yellow. Its great to have a Dunkin at this location but they seriously need to step it up at least 2 notches...

What happened? This DD use to be great. The people there remembered who you were and had your order ready when you got to the window. Also they open at 5 but they knew they had early risers so the would have things already prepared. But this new crew they have don't get anything right. First off how is it you never are cooking food when there was never a problem with the last crew cooking? And second it's called a Maple Bacon Donut, not just a Maple donut.

I love the brand for their coffee. I now just buy their whole beans. The orders are never right, always different prices, rude associates, managers that don't care and a corporate office that seems to share the same view. The app has gotten ridiculous with the prepaid balance in $10 allotments and now the rewards changed too. If they're not Careful...Soon we will boycott altogether. Running on WaWa2022

everytime i come here the coffee always taste different and i get the same thing and i got a strawberry sprinkled donut and it looks like they took their finger and smushed into it 3 different times, and i don’t know where the heck your dirty fingers have been rubbing it all on my donut!! you guys throw away plenty at the end of the day, you should’ve included this one

This Dunkin Donuts is the absolute WORST location EVER! They are beyond slow, everytime I go into the drive thru, they’re slow, I sat 15mins waiting for someone to take my order, so I just left. This location never has anything, they are always out of stuff. I don’t know who runs this location but it’s clear they need new management and new staff! Places like this are reason why we have Karens!

Literally EVERY time I come here, my order is missing items or made wrong. I think my order only ever came out right once. It’s a shame, because the food is made well here- but it never comes out the way I ordered within a reasonable time. This is usually through mobile ordering. If anyone goes to the Dunkin Donuts located at 7818 Normandy Blvd, I recommend you rethink your visit. Went there on Jan 31 and not only were they not wearing their masks or gloves(our city is under a mask mandate), the one making my order literally used the palm of her hand to rub her nose, quite vigorously I might add. She then grabbed my drink without washing her hands! Needless to say I simply drove off. Never going back there

The workers are all slow, with no care in the world one girl with glasses took a whole 5 mins to put this guys Uber eats order in the bag when it was already made- both of us look at each other bc it was crazy. Ordered two drinks, got the first drink but took the other drink a whole 8-10 mins to make. I worked fast food and seeing these workers were appalling.

I went to this dunkin today I normally have no problem but today was different I decided to use the mobile app to order and when i went to the drive thru to pick up my order a woman taking orders was very rude and unprofessional. I went to spell my name because its hard to spell and she just said to me before I could spell it that "she got it and I could move" needless to say I wont be going back to this one. Plus my food was burnt

This use to be the best dunkin as far as customer service and quality of food and drinks. They have progressively gotten worse. The staff is rude and every time I go the food and drinks are not good at all. I keep trying to go back hoping it will get better but it doesn’t. Hope others have better experiences than I do and that management gets a handle on the customer service and products that are given to customers.

This Dunkin location is right down the street so it's very convenient and we stop at least 4 times a week. My son is autistic who loves D&D as does my 3 wolf dogs they love to go for the ride. The staff here at Normandy are a breath of fresh air. They are ALWAYS friendly and accommodating; if they are out of something they suggest something else. I appreciate the smiling faces. Great job to the hiring manager!

Awful. They forgot about my order. Waited for my breakfast for 30 minutes, didn’t even apologize. I asked about my croissant after 20 mins of waiting and they said they are getting it ready, but to be honest they just started to cook it when I asked. If you can’t make it just don’t take that many orders in the morning. Or hire more people. We come to get food and coffee not to have a bad service.

Order is usually accurate and fresh, any issues here have been minor but this place is WAY too busy. I ordered (way) ahead one morning and still ended up standing in a packed lobby for ~15 minutes for my order to be prepared. This is my favorite Duncan in all of Jacksonville I drive 10 minutes out of my way every single day to go there my drink is always 100% correct Tuesday the manager is fantastic I seriously hope she makes good money because she is an awesome manager and gives outstanding customer service as well as all the girls on her shift!!! She makes that dunkin' donuts worth coming to!!!

Probably one of the worst dunkins I been at. I’m pretty tall so I could see over the countertops & they were so dirty.. When I walked in the floors were sticky, the donuts tasted freezer burnt, the place had a funny smell to it! Didn’t smell like fresh coffee or donuts! truly the worst experience I had. idk who is running the show but clearly isn’t doing the job right!

This Dunkin don’t know the difference between there sugar I get regular granulated sugar in my online order everyday and they always put liquid in there and get mad when I tell them my order was granulated sugar. In the mornings they don’t even have time to remake it for me.i thought we could order our coffee with what sugar we want but at this Dunkin we cannot.

I have never heard of the snackin bacon being served cold. I requested to have it warmed up and was told it couldn't be warmed because of the sugar. Mind you there was no sugar on the bacon. Every Dunkin, everywhere else serves it hot/warm. Myself and 2 other guest were completely blown being told this.

DD already is cheap with their 6 hash browns in an order policy, but today I ordered 3 orders. Two orders had 4 hash browns and the other had 6. Are you kidding me? Either that's just lazy, your cheap, or your employee stole my hash browns. Yet, if a customer shorted you money you'd want to call the police officer sitting in your parking lot.

Horrible incompetent service. Ordered coffee received it made incorrectly and ordered snackin bacon and it was also wrong. Took it back and still wrong. The manager was on her way out so she put no effort in seeing whether or not my order was done right. They will soon have competition next to them maybe then they will care about customers.

I have been going there over million times. I'm a profound deaf person. They interact with me very well, and friendly. They have few employees that know sign language. However, I usually expect my drink to be tasted right. Sometimes a drink (depends on an employee) doesn't taste right, they are always patient to make a correction.

The staff is just a bunch of young kids that are not experienced enough to run an establishment of this magnitude they don't seem to care about getting your order to you in a timely manner which is important if you are on the go. Probably needs new managers with experience will not continue to be a patron there anymore

Please don't waste your time going here unless it's morning shift. Evening shift always have an excuse. Friday- Monday they were out of butter pecan, vanilla, and Mocha frappe, Tuesday they stop serving food after 1pm, today they discontinued the butter pecan and they not serving frappe im so over this location

Worst service ever! Always short staffed and rude, I understand being short staffed is not thier fault but no need to be rude to customers! Bacon is never fully cooked, even after asking for "burnt" bacon. Guess I'll start going to 103rd location where they actually care about thier customers.
